The hotel is beautiful. The most basic plus is children's animation and a kids' club open until 23:00, from which the children did not want to leave. The breakfasts are varied for every taste, but lunch and dinner are monotonous as in a sanatorium (there is a large selection, but the same thing, a variety of cutlets and meatballs). Of the fruits, only apples and oranges. You can say that there is no Internet (it is there, but the signal is very bad, even it is difficult to download mail).

The whole family rested here, two children of 5 years old and two adults.
Despite the fact that they position themselves as 5 stars, I would certainly dispute this.
3 stars, no more, but 3 confident stars.
I'm not writing this because we didn't like it, on the contrary, we were more than satisfied and liked it.
Good rooms, cleaned on time and replenished the bar.
The kitchen is very tasty, clean and with a large selection of dishes.
There is a bar open all the time, where you can get yourself any drink.
The staff is very helpful and is always there to help you.
Several pools of different depths, always clean and with clear water.
There are a couple of slides, small, but the children more than liked it. I didn't like the fact that the stairs are very dangerous and there are no railings on the slides.
The club is located on the first line, the sea is 50 meters from the first line of cottages.
The shore is covered with pebbles, so the sea is clean and warm. We sat in seawater and spent 50% of the time standing in the water.
And so, in general, I really liked everything, I can't say anything bad, except for the stairs to the slides))).

I say right away that this is really not a 5-star hotel, however, the infrastructure is built in such a way that children are comfortable and safe. Plus, parents could relax. Very good children's entertainment. The evening show. Very tasty food, varied.
I want to mention the spa separately. And the masseur Ramadan, who put us on our feet with my husband. After the massage, such a sweet dream was. None of the muscles hurt. If you are with children, then it is optimal. The territory is compact, everything is there.

Terrible hotel, a complete disappointment. The territory is very small.
They smoke everywhere on the territory, you are like in a gas chamber, they smoke on the beach where it says that the zone is non-smoking, the staff does not follow this, they smoke at children's pools! It was terribly unpleasant to inhale the smell of cigarettes all the rest! And nobody cares about it. The territory is very dirty in places, it was very unpleasant to go into the public toilet, glasses and napkins were lying under the feet in the cafe, the tables were stained. The restaurant is very small, crowded, while there are a lot of vacationers, and you constantly offend someone while choosing your food, the food, by the way, is not particularly tasty and varied, because of the lack of territory, tables are placed by the pool on the street, but it is not particularly comfortable to have breakfast / lunch / dinner in the heat, and the second floor is in they kept the restaurant building closed for some reason.
The staff is unfriendly, do not speak English, do not understand what you are asking for and constantly confuse or forget about your order. By the way, snacks in the bar are paid! Although the hotel is all inclusive. Alcohol is bad. Coffee beans only in 2 bars, and then from 10 am only! A children's disco is a horror, children crowd on a tiny stage like herrings in a barrel, while the zone is very small, windproof, stuffy, and parents are smokers who are allowed everything and no one makes comments to them. Horror! And children are constantly breathing this. Disgusting! The stage is very small, it's unpleasant to sit on the show in this nook, sweating.
Ice cream is distributed from 12 to 16, and then, you may not have time, because everything is snapped up. The children's slides work very strangely, the 1st from 10.30, and the 2nd from 14 to 16, when it's the hottest and many children go to nap!
On the day of departure, we were evicted from the room 3 hours before the transfer with a small child, they say, will sleep at the reception. A nightmare, as a result, after long scandals, they stole $ 60 from us and allowed us to sleep in the room.
I do not recommend this disgusting hotel to anyone, and we ourselves want to forget this hotel as a nightmare.

We had a rest in September 2023 , I liked everything , despite the fact that the hotel is for children , I haven 't seen so many small children in one place for a long time . We vacationed here with a family with two children of 2.5 and 6 years old in May 9-15, 2023. The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars. This is at best 4. The territory of the hotel is small, with full occupancy, the infrastructure is clearly not coping. The food distribution tables are on the aisle, there are always crowds of people who cannot disperse.
We also have to look for free tables.
Alcohol is disgusting. I do not know what they do with it, maybe they breed it, but you can only drink beer. It is not of the best quality, but against the background of the rest it is normal.
We arrived at the hotel ahead of check-in time, asked about the rooms and were taken to apparently illiquid and old rooms. Where the furniture came to die. And judging by the smell, it was probably not just the furniture that was dying there. A little later, the standard class room was vacated and we were settled there. They brought a cot for the first child and laid out a chair for the second. They said they couldn't give the promised children's beds. But that's not the most interesting thing either. I asked for blankets for the children 3 times. Instead, we were offered cotton blankets similar to towels. Blankets were given on the second day. Apparently when the people started to leave.
They constantly "forgot" to put towels for children after cleaning. That is, I had to remind you that there are 4 people in our room. On the last day of cleaning, they didn't even leave toilet paper. Well, this is the bottom, not the service. I will note that on the very first day I left a tip, but it apparently did not help.
There are only two slides, one works from 14 to 16, the second did not work, something broke.
Beach towels cannot be changed, you take them in the morning and hand them over in the evening. But since everything dries very badly due to the cold climate, it is correspondingly normal to use it once.
I would like to add about the food that, as previously written, it is monotonous. The fish is terrible, either bony or over-dried. Tortillas and kebabs have always worked well for them, yes. There are a lot of desserts, but in fact there is nothing to choose, everything is tasteless and they can only cook oriental sweets normally, which is logical. There really isn't much for children to eat there. Soups and porridges are so-so, in the end we ate only pasta, potatoes, rice and fruits. And thanks for that. Ice cream also worked only from 12 to 16, just for lunch and afternoon nap. Well, the constant imposition of the services of local merchants also did not add pleasant impressions.
The real plus is only in the sea and in the animation of children. Here, yes, the girls worked well. The children always had some activities, games, and entertainment at the club.
In general, I will not go back there for sure and I do not advise anyone. I do not know who writes rave reviews on the booking. Our expectations of a stay in a five-star hotel were not confirmed by reality. If they had 4 stars, I doubt it, but we can say ok.

Here are the evening shows with invited guests (Michael Jackson, Africa Show)there were interesting ones, plus points for that. There are 4 times in Turkey , there is something to compare it with. We are currently vacationing in Pirates, a family of 2 people and a child of 4 years old. I wanted to start writing a review from the moment I arrived. We arrived late, at 11 pm, checked in quickly, got a very good room. The room is spacious, clean, modern. Everything works, nothing falls off anywhere. The mirrors are huge- I was very pleased. There is a place to put things out and hang them. The balcony is nice. A baby pot was provided upon request. There is a children's stand to wash your hands. In general, everything here is for children. At 12 at night we went to have a snack from the road - where there was a disco - sandwiches were being prepared there. I liked the surroundings of the hotel - everything is designed in a pirate theme. The territory is beautiful, there are many fruit trees - it is interesting to consider. Everything is well maintained, cleanliness is everywhere! The sea... the sea here is just amazing! The entrance is a little painful, of course, but tolerable, the child and I went in normally, it hurt my husband, in this case, the aquashouse is saved (special bathing slippers). The sun beds are comfortable, umbrellas, everything is for people. Food- there is plenty of food!!!!! I don't understand who writes that the food is monotonous... full of vegetables, greens, side dishes, meat... we had fruits (October) watermelon, melon, apples, pears, grapes, plums, tangerines! Tangerines - green peel-soooo delicious! I liked the animation for the children, the child himself asked to go to a children's club and to a mini disco. There were two shows for adults - Turkish Night and Cruela - very beautiful shows. We haven't swum in pools, I don't like pools. We were driving across the sea - we almost didn't get out of the water! The staff is very good-natured! I personally liked absolutely everything! The only thing is WiFi - I caught it only in my room and at the reception, rarely on the beach and in the restaurant. But I was going on vacation, so I didn't focus on it. The hotel clearly does not match 5*
The first is food, everything is delicious. But it's the same thing every day. Once they were given rolls, it is simply impossible to eat them, the rice is half-cooked, there is practically no taste. There is no variety at all. We gave red fish a couple of times, it was very tasty, so there was even Dorado and trout for this plus. There is no fish day. Although I used to be. Don't expect oysters with crabs.
Bar. There is no imported alcohol at all in the hotel. Everything is local and the quality is so-so. Champagne and wine are impossible to drink, the taste is terrible. The wine is worse than Russian port)
Cleaning. One moment it is there, the next it is not. Although every time they turned on a light bulb to clean up and leave a tip. The quality of the cleaning also leaves much to be desired. The floors are not particularly trying to wash, they were wiped and swept a little and it will do.
Pools. It's actually something with something. The end of May - beginning of June, the weather is quite cool this year. The children's pool is just icy. Children want to swim. We went to the reception to ask them to turn on the heating. In this 3 days, they asked for a good thing on the 4th, they already began to swear, as a result, a whole council of managers and technicians gathered. They turned it on for exactly 1 day and turned it off the next, although the hotel positions itself as a children's hotel and vouchers to this hotel are not cheap.
In general, the territory is beautiful, they do something all the time, it is clear that the management is watching this. The staff is friendly, the waiters don't really understand Russian or just pretend. In the evening, the mini disco is the same every day. The animation shows that teenagers are invited mostly. Obviously, the hotel is sorry for the money.Will I come back here again? Hardly

We stayed at the hotel at the end of May 2022, a family with a 3-year-old child. I had a very good impression after my vacation at the Pirates. Beautiful view of the mountains. Beautiful well-groomed territory, lots of greenery. The theme of the hotel, pirates all around and everything connected with them, too, can not but rejoice. Cozy rooms with everything you need for living, cleaning every day. The territory has all the amenities. Friendly, attentive staff. Food: there are a lot of dishes, something may seem monotonous, but you will not stay hungry, it is also worth considering the specifics of cooking in this country (it may seem a little greasy, but boiled and steamed is also available), you should also not expect rich borscht and all that we are used to eating at home. Lots of sweets and pastries. Alcohol is local, you can drink it)
Entertainment: during the day, animators entertain guests and this is a huge plus. And aerobics and water polo and volleyball, in the evening there is always some kind of event on the main stage: dancing, comedy, karaoke, etc. It won't be boring. There is a wonderful mini club for children, with excellent animators, children hang themselves on them in the truest sense of the word, as the girls are engaged with children, entertaining them. Also in the evening there is a children's mini-disco. There are several pools for both children and adults. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach and by the pool. There are 2 large slides and slides for kids.
The hotel has a ship for going on a small excursion for children, completing quests, etc. and everything is in the style of piracy.
From additional entertainment: parachute, jet ski, inflatable banana.
Shopping trips or scuba diving are offered at the hotel and on the beach. Upon arrival, the guide offers additional check-outs from the hotel, we agreed to a trip to "land of legends" - we were satisfied. Yes, of course, everything costs money and not small, but everything and everything has risen in price all over the world))) therefore, it is not worth sinning on the price tag) but it is only worth accepting it and taking into account your desires and capabilities.
There is also a Spa where you can visit the sauna and steam room (free of charge), hammam and massage for an additional fee. I visited Anna's massage therapist, I really liked it.
There are shops on site where you can buy everything you need for a holiday. Outside the hotel there are shops, a bank, an ATM, a market.
Who writes bad reviews I don't understand, the music interferes, well, sorry, people come to relax, not to sit in a bunker)) Yes, you can hear the music, but not so much that it interferes, especially since you get tired during the day and sleep fine when you pass out. The food is monotonous, I don't know, you can choose meat, fish, cutlets, side dish, potatoes, rice, etc ... I don't understand what people want to see))), probably the menu from the Michelin restaurant and luxury class rooms. Of course, maybe in previous years the service was worse, I can't know, but now everything is fine, and we rested at the end of May, there were not many people. It's hard to say how everything works at the peak of congestion)
We were satisfied. No doubt we would come back here again.

We arrived during the school holidays. A week before closing, the hotel began to "wind down" its activities. They closed half of the distribution in the so-called restaurant, beach bar and pastry shop, which are declared not close, well, or not for us… To say that I am angry is to say nothing. We gave the same amount for the ticket as friends who had rested a few weeks earlier. It is absolutely not clear why we need to disassemble the deck chairs, the lifeguard booth, etc. The feeling that no one needs us here anymore is in the air. Why they sold vouchers for this time is absolutely not clear.

We have been vacationing since the end of October with a child. We liked the hotel. I liked the buildings. There are many two-storey buildings. The rooms are spacious. A 5-year-old child was sleeping on a small pull-out sofa, he was covered with a mattress. We came to clean every day, but sometimes we refused and took only towels.
The territory is excellent, beautiful view of the mountain. A lot of greenery. Lemons, tangerines, and pomegranates are growing. There is a tennis court, free of charge. Rackets are given out on bail. There were enough sun beds. There is a pier, you can jump. Entering the sea of pebbles.
Alcohol is local. I didn't like it. Only the tequila is normal, the wine is pink and the champagne is pink. There are coffee machines on site.
The food was delicious, we liked it. There was no seafood, mostly turkey and some mutton and beef. Great salad table. Lots of greenery.I've been to dorado a couple of times. They say that there is a fish day on Tuesdays, but we didn't get there because of early check-out and late check-in.
It's a LONG drive from the airport!!! who is with children, keep in mind. Well, all branded stores are only in Antalya, at least 2 hours away. It seems that they take you shopping from the hotel for free, but it was a pity for the time.
And so there is a pharmacy in a 5-minute walk, on the ranochka. There will be a larger street for another 10 minutes, there will also be pharmacies and souvenirs. Migros is 20 minutes away on foot with a five-year plan.
There is a kids club near the beach. You can take the kids there according to the opening hours of the club, a mini disco in the evening.
From the hotel you can take the 8th bus to Phaselis, take a walk there. Very beautiful coves. Entrance is 90 liras per person, travel is 18 liras per person.

We rested at this hotel in late October and early November. I can say right away that this is not 5 but 4 maximum. We are not picky tourists, but some moments were unpleasant. We arrived at 11.00 and settled in without any problems. When dealing with the reception staff, there were no problems, everything is OK. We liked the territory and the rooms. There is a pretension for cleaning, as with most hotels, they do not sweep and do not wash the floors (the pirates came from the Z hotel in Oludeniz. This is 4, but every day the floor was washed and even with bleach!). But this is the jamb of most hotels, we even stopped fighting with it and now we are just looking for a broom and put it in our closet and sweep ourselves. Otherwise, everything was fine with us. Children's club. We were just killed by the club's working hours. From 10 to 12.30, from 24.30 to 17.00, from 21.00 to 23.00. It's terrible how not convenient! In utopia world, the club is open from 9.00 to 23.00 with one break for one hour! But pirates is more focused on holidays with children than utopia! Oh well. We are not fans of animation, but we liked it, well done guys! Sea. The sea is like the sea. We believe that the best sea in Turkey is located in Oludeniz, so there is not much to write. Corals won't hurt. And the most pain, which is why such a low rating was given. This is nutrition. I myself am always skeptical of reviews in which they write that there was nothing to eat, the same thing every day. But this is the first time I've encountered this! The food was not delicious or not tasty. She was bland. And it's the same thing every day. I've been eating French fries with tea for the last three days!! And I'm not exaggerating! Fries and tea! For dinner, the same as it was for lunch, with the addition of a couple of dishes. And the fish! Damn. You come to a hotel that costs 3,300 euros for three people for 12 nights and you eat fresh mackerel! MACKEREL!!! What can I say in the end. A large enough territory that is monitored, blooming, pomegranates, oranges, flowers, lemons; cleaned daily, at different times. They cook delicious, a lot and beautifully. There are several water slides, different pools, ice cream, a lot of different drinks for everyone, evening children's and adult discos, cool girls-children's animators, guys: waiters, cleaners, cooks are very good. The main manager of the hotel made a huge impression on the child with his attention-very touching, caring. There are many families and children. Everyone is settled in such beautiful houses, each room has a balcony or terrace. Free wi-fi, very good staff, responsive, children are fine and adults too, everything is positive, you can celebrate your birthday, upon check-in you will receive a compliment from the hotel, in general, we are very glad that we chose this hotel. And who is unhappy here or writes that they have not seen sweeter carrots-they have seen and been, they just liked this hotel for its service, it feels like they are trying to please the guests, caring attitude. Maybe someone was just unlucky, not everyone should like it, but here more than 80 percent are satisfied and come back again. The sea is not that close, it's like part of the hotel-I don't understand the pretenses of other reviews, it's real. People who compare premium hotels with a good family hotel are negative, but at the same time they did not have enough money for a hotel of a different category. The pirate is also not cheap, constantly on the stop, someone can't get here either, so such reviews disorient tourists, it's good here.

The beach here is clean and the sea is transparent, there are a lot of sun beds, there is enough space for everyone. The rooms are cleaned daily, cleanliness is 5+. A good animation program for children, the Kids Club guys are great!

The food is monotonous, not a large selection and not always tasty, for the second week you no longer know what to take (((.
There are no bathrobes in the rooms, even for money they cannot be purchased. There are few snack bars in the hotel.

My review is a desire to warn you! We have holidays in Turkey every year, but we chose this hotel for the first time. Thanks to the reviews, of course. There is no reason to be excited, and that's putting it mildly. For breakfast, there is a fight over pancakes, and pancakes, scrambled eggs, and fried eggs are cooked on the same frying surface. The children nicknamed the "hungry hotel".In addition to turkey, chicken, sometimes a veal honeycomb, where there are 10-15 pieces of veal for the entire gastronomy. We avoided delicacies in the form of lamb head and leg soup, cow's head, liver kebab. The ice cream queue is a different story. To play darts, you had to find an animator yourself. There are also advantages: a volleyball court, a well-maintained territory, a sauna. The air conditioner worked for 4 minutes and turned off, it was fixed - it stopped completely. The rooms are only cleaned at special request, the day was just missed.

There are few sun beds by the pool, the territory is large, but there is no sense from this, you can only walk along the buildings. The food is tolerable for 4. Two slides, sometimes only one worked for a short time before lunch. The hotel is very far from the airport and far from the promenade with shops. The air conditioner in the room works according to a well-known algorithm, the pressure and temperature of the water in the shower in the evenings also live their own lives. The reception works well - it instantly solves the problems that arise.

We had a rest from May 31 to June 10! The hotel is generally nothing! Room cleaning 5 points- do not squeeze and leave a tip! The linen was constantly changed and cleaned. The 11-year-old child had nothing to do. Animation for children 5-8 years old no more. No-frills food- mostly chicken, fish for lunch almost every day (but cooked poorly). There were quite a lot of sweets! The fruits are mostly all green! Strawberries began to be exhibited - beautiful! But not sweet. Slides for children are constantly closed- a sadness for children at all! The pool is closed during lunch and before dinner! And that's it, you won't swim in the evening if you want to. There are tables around the pool- as such, there is no place for eating. Oh, the sea! There are large pebbles on the beach and bridges with handrails for entering the sea are made on all neighboring beaches. They got greedy here and didn't do it. Sun beds and umbrellas for 5! In general, the hotel is not bad for not 5 but 3 stars no more! And so it's up to you! It will be great with small children!

Adult animation. There is entertainment all day long. From yoga to water games. The animation team is very active, friendly, sociable, cheerful. The guys are just great. I haven't seen this for a long time.
Children's animation. I can't say anything, the child doesn't like it. There is a children's club, a mini disco. But the playground is surprisingly small and boring.
Almost all the staff speaks Russian.
We were checked in with a small child 3 hours earlier. Nice.
Ah! Yes! Wi-Fi. You won't be able to work with him. It is either there or not- Error. And more often not than there is. There is no one on the beach at all, as well as in the restaurant. Perhaps this is the only disadvantage.
Separately, I would like to note once again the cleanliness of the entire hotel. She is at the highest level. Besides, nothing falls off anywhere, it's not broken, as it sometimes happens. Once I sent a lamp to work on the track, so it was repaired right around 10 pm.

Everything is at a high level. Maintenance, swimming pools. It's just a pity that they closed at 18:00. The deck chairs were almost always occupied too. But it's not scary, because in general the food is delicious, the area is clean, and the animation is great for children. Thanks to the staff!

The hotel is not bad. I definitely recommend it for trips with children. Everything is tailored to them. If you are with children, I definitely recommend it. On the downside, you can hear the neighbors talking, they can't make alcoholic cocktails, there's nowhere to leave the hotel. We are currently vacationing at this hotel in September 2022, we want to leave only positive feedback. Upon arrival at the hotel, you are met directly from the bus and your suitcases are picked up, checked in ahead of schedule, escorted to the room, everything was shown and told in the room.
The room itself is spacious, the bathroom is also not small with a shower. What is very pleasing is that the towel is changed every day, daily cleaning is also done every day , everything is wiped . The staff is very polite and always ready to help.
The beach is big, there is enough space for everyone. The sea is perfect . There are rocks and sand on the beach , it didn 't bother us .
The food is varied, made of meat: fish, chicken, lamb, beef, grilled meat, tongue, shrimp . The food is varied, there was a fish day on Tuesdays , on this day they even grilled tuna.
A lot of entertainment all day , in the evening too .
There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, especially Germans, everyone is nice to each other.
The hotel is mainly for children, but I think that if you arrive without them, you will also really like it here. I recommend this hotel to everyone, we have been to different ones, but this one impressed us.
I also wanted to write that we like two-storey houses, our room was on the second floor with a large balcony.

We had a rest in early May.
Pros: clean, cleaning every day, changing towels every day, the food is delicious, there is animation. You can catch Wi-Fi everywhere, you can make video calls, YouTube works without brakes. There is a safe in the room. The mini bar is replenished every day, but without alcohol. Everything is free.
Minus: there is no separation of rooms for smokers and not. Cigarette smoke is very addictive in the room, waking up in the morning from the smell of tobacco is a so-so pleasure. Sweating on the beach is given once a day, by the evening they are very wet, it is not pleasant. In May, the pool is not heated, although the water in them was very cold at first.
It was our first time in Turkey and we didn't expect much. But we liked it. The child liked the slides, even if there are only two of them, but it was enough to roll. Rescuers control the queue for bagels on one of the slides, so everyone will have time to ride. But there weren't very many children, they probably give out more bagels in the summer. The food suited us, there were fish and meat, vegetables, greens, French fries for the child. Lots of desserts. Delicious pastries in the morning. There were few fruits, out of season: apples, pears, oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, watermelons, apricots, bananas went on May 9. There is a lot to choose from. Food and fruits were not over, there was an abundance of everything. The alcohol is decent, not diluted, delicious cocktails. The adventure on the ship is a complete delight. There is not much place to go out for a walk. Just take a taxi. We went with apechtur, they offered to take us to the shopping center for free, this is of course trash, they promised zara and h & m, like 5 floors of shops, but forgot to say that each floor is 20 sq.m. and of course this is a market, at super great prices. Don't see each other. We just left after 5 minutes and were taken home.
Beautiful landscapes. There is a lot of greenery on the territory. There are entertainment for adults: volleyball, pool contests, dancing, water aerobics, etc. in the evening, entertainment programs and a disco.
