The hotel does not match the reviews and the stated 5* stars, at best 4*. Children's club - "mat-rewind", to a remark made to the manager about the inadmissibility of such "manners" in a children's club, they politely sent to complain to anyone, the food is a clean canteen, there is nothing to choose from the word at all (in the morning this is one dish, potatoes were added to lunch became another dish, for dinner they stirred soup 🤦♂️), drinks are terrible, carbonated water did not save, the air conditioner in the room does not work, they asked to be patient for a few days, they will buy a fee. Think for yourself, decide for yourself...

Now in this hotel, it does not match its price. With two children aged 3 and 13, both are boring. There are not just pebbles and stones in the sea, it is not pleasant to swim. There are two slides. One works from 10:30 to 12:30, the second from 14 to 16 (just when the little one is sleeping, class). Animation is also on the clock when the child is sleeping. Only in the morning you can get to the children's room from 10 to 12:30 and that's it, then the hours when it is open are from 14 to 17 and from 21 to 23. This trip on the ship is a full hat and costs 35 euros per person. The food is monotonous and not tasty. There's a crowd in the canteen, you won't find a table. Drinks are served by waiters, they are not to be found. They stole towels from our sunbed, and for the lack of it, a fine of 10 euros.
Playgrounds for children and a swimming pool - in the Aska side grand prestige (which is 2 times cheaper for a second) and then it's better at times. I do not advise anyone and I will never go again. For this money, many other hotels with a children's concept are cooler.
Towels can be handed over only once and strictly until 18, and the pools work until 18, then at sea, but you will have to take the towel with you.
The audibility in the room is terrible, we had the first floor, on the second as if elephants lived.
Of the advantages, only the green area, but this is the least that I want from a vacation.

An old hotel, cleanliness is poorly monitored, glasses from last night may remain on the beach, smoking is everywhere: both at the children's pool and at the amphitheater, the staff does not respond to these complaints. The pools were closed due to infection, the child also caught it. Kitchen for 4.

We had a rest at the end of September 2022.
I take off one star for the discrepancy of Ultra olinclusive, there is no variety from the word at all, and since October 1, the assortment has become even more scarce. In terms of food, it's more like 4 stars.
Last year we had a rest at the Adalya elite Lara hotel and there during the day you could have a snack with fruits, corn and tortillas - there were food containers on the beach. Right there, only during meal hours, you can find fruits, and the assortment is apples, pears, oranges, watermelon and sometimes: peaches, plums, melons. Ice cream is only from 12 to 16h and it was just superimposed on the child's lunch and sleep time, so she tried ice cream only once. The children's menu is pasta with bolognese sauce, pizza, nuggets, fries, etc. ((since October, Rastishka yoghurts have stopped being given. No soups for the kids, the cutlets are too salty, in general, the daughter was fed from an adult table.
And I take off the second star for disclosing information about clients at the reception: upon check-in, you are asked to fill out forms for providing personal information, but even if you refuse to distribute it, the reception will easily tell outsiders where you are from and in which room you live.
It's hard to be objective about animation, they're a bit amoebic to me. Like robots, without enthusiasm and interest in their work. The same aqua aerobics, for a young mulatto man it is really the burning of calories, and for a girl with a tattoo on her back, it is some kind of sluggish event.
Among the disadvantages of the room: there is no kettle, the room is shabby, stains on the curtains, a glass door to the bathroom that does not close is something) there are no bathrobes, only water, mineral water and juice in the refrigerator.
I chose a hotel where there is a lot for children, but in the end it turned out that we did not ride on the slides for kids, because the water is cold in the pool. The kids' club is under a canopy and it's terribly stuffy there during the day, there is a room with a shower, but we didn't fly to sit in the room. A playground near the tennis tables with a sandy surface, respectively, all the slides and other dirty.
Of the advantages, the sea is clean, there are good and sufficient sun beds. The territory is very well maintained and rather big. The friendly staff, the cleaner laid out an exposition of flowers and towels on the bed. The hotel consists of low-rise buildings, so there is no sense of a human being. Very comfortable and calm.
Despite all the disadvantages, we had a good rest, but the hotel is clearly not worth the money paid.

Only for family holidays with children under 6 years old. There's nothing else to do. Meal for 4, one turkey and chicken. Occasionally beef and mutton, and then, more often in the form of minced meat. We barely found coffee from the coffee machine at the reception.
I was pleased with the Wi-Fi, stable, with good coverage, there was enough speed even for video calls.
The beach is separate, there are always places. I would like to recommend a team on water rides, located closer to the Sapphire. Great guys, you can safely take all the services))

We had a rest with a child in the Pirates Beach Club department from 30.08 to 12.09. The impressions are extremely ambiguous. In short: the hotel gets a 3+ rating. It's not 5 stars at all!!! The main criteria:
- check-in: 2 (due to a scam at check-in - due to overbooking, they first gave a broken room in the "duty" block, which does not correspond to the information about rooms from the hotel's website)
- territory: 5
- rooms: 4
- meals: 5
- drinks: 3 (due to the lack of natural coffee for breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- cleaning: 3
- Wi-Fi: 3
- animation: 5 (very subjective, TK was almost not used)

We rested from 24.09-8.10 .
The sea is a fairy tale. The room cleaning is excellent. The mini club and the girls in it are super.
I give the hotel 4* for the eternally dirty glasses and cups. It feels like they are not washed at all, but they will be rinsed with water.
There is no variety in the diet, almost the same thing every day.
Of course, we didn't go hungry, but it gets boring to eat the same food.
I expected more, of course.

There are 2 heated pools, in fact 1 and that is for the youngest. One of the slides is not working properly, the children were scratched while riding. The rooms are small, the cleaning leaves much to be desired. But in general it's fine. Strong animation!

I love Pirates, so many fond memories. I have been here many times, I know all the staff, the hotel guests. You come like home. The hotel is large and cozy. The ancient city of Phaselis is nearby. On bicycles, it's the best way to go back and forth. The food is delicious. But! There has been a problem with animation in recent years. It used to be much better. Strawberry champagne top!!!!

The only good thing here is the beautiful territory and the warm sea.
Very VERY noisy. We are in the suite, the noise from the neighboring hotel from early morning until 12 at night, now we are listening to "a glass of vodka on the table" at volume, as if right in front of the room, the child will not fall asleep accordingly. The number is not changed. The noise from the animation of this hotel is in some of the other rooms. Only those who are in the middle of the territory are lucky.
The hotel is positioned as a family hotel, I have nothing to feed the child except pasta, curd in plastic, ice cream and melon. Porridges are inedible, all meat is either boiled in rubber, or peppered and fried, mashed potatoes are even tasteless. There are not enough tables on the street, so you have to sit down with others at breakfast. There are no teaspoons as a class, it is very convenient for the baby to eat with a tablespoon.
There are not enough sun beds on the sea for everyone, if you do not take a place before breakfast, you can stay by the pools. We personally went to the sea, not to the pools.

Probably one of the best places to relax with children. Good animation, both childish and adult. Excellent nutrition. Responsive staff. One of the few places in Turkey where you can dive both with and without scuba diving (freediving).

A very noisy hotel! There is no relaxation! Children's music and singing around the clock! Snot; cough; rotavirus infection is guaranteed! For a good rest, just not here! You will not get enough sleep and will not rest a single day here! The restaurant is screaming from children, coughing in all directions! The positive reviews are clearly custom-made! The advice is to choose any other normal hotel!

We were at the hotel from 30.08 to 08.09, the first three days I noticed flaws, then I got used to it, it's a good four, not a five-star hotel.
Of the cons:
- Baby food (pasta, pizza, powdered mashed potatoes, porridges can be found in adult food, but they are liquid and bland)
-From adult food: good meat, vegetables, pilaf, sometimes fish, the rest must be carefully selected, non-alcoholic drinks are diluted powdered nectars, tea, coffee.Seafood is cotton wool. Local fruits like figs were seen 1 time.
- There are poorly washed glasses and cutlery in the dining room, but this is due to the large flow of people, a couple of times I even had to wait for a table to have lunch.
- The entrance to the sea is quite uncomfortable, pebbles, but there is a pier with a ladder
- There are no bathrobes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair balm in the room.
-Numerous imposition of services on the territory of the hotel
From the good:
+ There is a children's club, a couple of times they left the child for 2 hours to go to the store
+CLEAN room, normal cleaning (we left tea)
+ It is clear that the staff is trying and trying to help if you have any questions
+ 2 wonderful slides, open until lunch and from 14 to 17
+Good beer and wine, strong alcohol is cheap
+clean beach, normal sun beds, beautiful sea :)
+Green area, nice to be in
Overall, we liked it, but the price seemed too high for the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. Family. There is a children's room (from 4 years old). The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The food is delicious, the menu is very diverse. There is a children's menu. The hotel staff speaks and understands almost all of Russian. Every evening there is a children's disco, a show program and a disco. The hotel is located on the first line (you can always find a place on the beach). There are three swimming pools on site, including children's pools (there are two water slides). It takes about an hour to get from the airport (excluding traffic jams and arrivals at other hotels).
