We were looking at the window, Daria sent us to the terrace and said that the waiter would come to us. After 15 minutes of waiting, we went to get the waiter. Daria did not call him at all and the three waiters chatted sweetly at the end of the hall and did not follow the guests and the veranda at all. Further more. The waiter turned out to be an intern. But we found out at the end, when it turned out that there were three breakfasts ordered by all of us... they can be cooked in 3 hours - eclairs with salmon. We ordered tuna salad and panels. The waiter didn't know what it was. Then he came back and
And he said there was no salad. Although we saw it in the window. We're already nervous. Let's go inside. We bought tartlets and again Daria snorted behind the counter that she could not give plates. We ordered salmon sandwiches. There were only 3 of them. And those old ones. Cafes and storefronts do not communicate with each other. Apparently the boycott is mutual. Cold coffee was brought. We ask for blankets - the waiter, i.e. the intern, goes for them. Then it turns out that there are no traces. But he didn't know. It's kind of surreal. We are waiting for escargot 2 pcs. The waiter forgot. We went into frustration. Moreover, such an attitude towards guests is expensive - neglect and rudeness. A request to the management. A wonderful place opens at 7.30. I wanted respect, professional service, attention and polite attitude.

The place has gone badly wrong!!! First of all, complaints to the HR manager: previously, the employees of the institution corresponded to a certain level of quality (appearance, professional etiquette, sense of the institution's team), now it feels like constant turnover, they are simply recruited from the street (indifference, lack of professional manners, careless appearance, tattoos on prominent parts of the body (level as in fast food eatery)). There are even bigger complaints about the kitchen staff: recently, new workers have been working there and, compared to the former order, even through the visible part of the room, there is dirt, noise and unsanitary conditions. The impression was finally spoiled when black hair was found in the bread baking. When it first opened, there was nothing left of the wonderful institution except the address and the interior!!!
