A coffee shop in the very center of Minsk with a summer veranda. A large selection of sweets, cakes and coffee. I really love Pavlova cake, I adore this delicate airy dessert and always order it if I see it in stock. And there was Pavlova in Paul's coffee shop, too, but I made a mistake. It was a cake made of meringue, which has nothing to do with the airy Pavlova. She informed the waitress of her disappointment and asked if she knew who Pavlova was , to which she smiled sweetly and shook her head negatively.
My husband chose an eclair , it turned out to be not tasty .
And the coffee was fragrant .

It's just a great place. The pastries are all amazing. We were in Minsk, went to PAUL. I've tried almost all the mini versions of croissants - and it's just mega-delicious. I want to come back again and again. I couldn't try the main menu, so I can't say anything. But baking is really something. And, as it seemed to me, the prices are quite reasonable. I hope that one day there will be an institution in Moscow with such divine pastries and with such affordable prices. It seems that there is a similar institution with a similar name in Moscow, but I think the assortment and taste are not the same at all. Not to mention the price.

We waited for the breakfast order for 50 minutes from 12:50-13:40. Baked sandwich with chicken and mushrooms. Not some complicated dish.
The waiter assured me every time that it was 4 minutes, but the next 10-15 minutes passed. It's very tiring and hungry. Especially for a woman in a position. And especially when the orders were brought to the neighboring tables to the guests who came later much earlier. Very ugly.

But there are a couple of nuances, I asked for water, of course they brought it, but after 20 minutes, and in a glass that didn't smell very nice, respectively, I didn't want to drink. The tables are more than comfortably located in one room, but very close in the other. We were with a friend, it was really awkward for us to talk and communicate.

It's a great place. I live in Moscow, we were passing through Minsk, went to warm up and were very pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere, sooo delicious dishes and quick service, I have not enjoyed going to a cafe / restaurant for a long time. When we return to Minsk, we will definitely visit this place again!

Where is the logic at all? People want to drink coffee with dessert, not watch it cool down. We asked to replace the coffee with hot coffee, and they refused us. In addition, there is a very long wait, the waiters chat and take their time. We will definitely not come here for breakfast anymore. The management should be instructed.

Review of the bakery franchise:
What a disappointment! Croissants are flat, yeast-free, without a crispy crust and not a drop of decent butter. If the French saw what their "franchise" had become, they would die of shame. Shameless fraud: they sell the French dream, and serve low-grade pastries. No authenticity, just a money machine under a deceptive name. Run away from here, it doesn't even reach the level of the station bakery!

we waited for the waiter for 10 minutes, they said that the table was dirty. The girl replied that they did not have time to clean, she moved to the next one. It also had crumbs on it. We ordered breakfast, decided to just eat, perhaps the first impression is deceptive. But then from the decor on the window: bread in a basket, a huge number of midges flew. The limit. The order was canceled. Guys, you can't do that, there aren't many guests at 9 - 20 a.m. to treat visitors like that.
In addition to midges, there are also wasps flying around the glazing, dead wasps on the windowsill. In the hall, the girl at the next table got up several times to drive away.

We waited more than an hour for the order. They brought cold and did not warn that the wait would be more than an hour. We came with the children and the long wait was critical for us.
