But that's only on Sunday. On other days and evenings, everything is fine.

We were in the institution twice by a company of 6 people. The second time is October 19, 2023. I didn't like it, but the administrator Yana was able to correct the impression, so I put 5 and recommend it.
1. Long serving of desserts
We ordered second courses and desserts. Desserts for some guests, the second — for others. The company's internal rules assume that desserts are served last, so the five of us had to wait for the second one to be prepared and served to one of our company. They asked to serve desserts faster twice, it didn't help, desserts from the finished showcase were brought 30 minutes later. It would be faster and easier to take them yourself than to wait for the waiter and explain what we want.
Drinks were served first. That is, it was not possible to drink hot tea with desserts, because the tea was no longer hot.
2. Lack of support in the team
We were served by a young man named Artem, who worked for the second day. It was clear that he was not experienced and was very worried. There are zero complaints against him, since at the same time he tried and clearly followed the instructions, which are probably more important than the wishes of the guests.
The problem of the institution is the lack of team spirit. It was as if Artyom was thrown to us to be torn to pieces and when his behavior showed with the naked eye that the guy was not coping — none of the team came to the rescue. Our angry, bored looks were ignored by everyone. Administrator Yana continued to communicate in a friendly manner, either with another visitor, or with a former or current employee, although she had the opportunity to "pick us up" and help.
3. An open kitchen where you can cook and communicate by phone
In 30 minutes of waiting for desserts, I managed to get acquainted with everything. And with the excellent branding of the company, and with cool branded plates, teapots with a logo. And with a toilet. And with the kitchen, where the cook pressed the phone with his shoulder to his ear and continued to cook. Attached photo. In my opinion, this is not hygienic and not professional, at worst you can use headphones.
4. They know how to work with feedback
When I got tired of waiting for desserts, I went to complain to the administrator. In my opinion, Yana lacks the skills of active listening and empathy, and yet she did a great job and listened without interrupting. It seemed like she could ask me what I wanted. I didn't need a discount, but it was important that the guys worked out my feedback and fed me as soon as possible. It didn't happen. But they added a discount of about 20% to the receipt and treated them to branded desserts, which were packed in beautiful packaging and bags and given with them.
5. Desserts are ordinary
I can't assess the quality of the kitchen. Desserts are ordinary, without a wow effect. A wonderful atmosphere inside, the entourage of a French cafe and reasonable prices.
In general, I enjoyed the visit and I will be happy to visit the institution on my next visit to Minsk.

Now this place is included in our list of must-see places.
