Good price-quality ratio. Not far from the center of Terminal 21, next to the cleanest sea in Pattaya. Just 10 minutes at a leisurely pace and you're on the beach. You can buy inexpensive fruits on the way, they are building a new 7/11.
There are 2 more from the side of the road, very convenient. For 2000 a day, a wonderful option with a varied breakfast, which included croissants, freshly made omelets and wonderful coffee.
Breakfast hasn't been repeated all week that I've been there. Cleaning every day, clean towels, a little tired. The rooms are very spacious with old furniture, plumbing did not leak.

Начну с того, что 3 х звёздами здесь и не пахнет, максиму 1-2.Не рекомендовала бы вообще приезжать в этот отель, условия просто - СССР общага, если не сказать хуже, в ванной воняет канализацией и плесенью, все разваливается, кондиционер если и работает, то под его шум никак не уснуть, под балконом до 3 х ночи караоке и дискотека, то есть спать вы не будете от слова совсем,утром начинается стройка по соседству, со всеми вытекающими звуками, плюс активное движение транспорта под окнами, мы купили тур на 15 дней и таких мучений я не знала никогда. Единственно более менее завтраки приоичные и постель и полотенца меняют каждый день, но от того что их постоянно стирают , все в дырках. На бассейне нельзя со своими напитками и закусками, потому как там кафе и обязаны покупать только у них , вообще непонятно почему, обслуживание что на ресепшене , что в том же кафе просто отвратильное , если конечно ты регулярно не отстегиваешь чаевые, посуда мало того что пластиковая, так и ещё вся убитая и сколатая, конечно в номерах ни фенов, ни чайников, что нормально для 3 х звёзд. Вообщем это не отель, а как писали зло на 100 %.

A hotel is like a hotel, it matches its money. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. For lunch and dinner we went to Terminal 21 to the food court on the 4th floor, it's close. The rooms are clean. Cleaning every day, change towels, add soap and shampoo in a bag. The air conditioner is working, although it is noisy. Of course there is no kettle, but there is boiling water at the reception around the clock, running with a mug is far away, so there are thermoses, which by the way keep the temperature well. Once they brought boiling water in a thermos and it was enough for a day. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms that do not look at the pool. But the local SIM card is sold very cheaply. The pool is really dirty, we didn't swim there. Thursdays are a sanitary day, you can't swim in the sea, so we went to Lan Island by ship for 30 Baht, they go every half hour. Just do not be late at 16.30 for the last return, otherwise you will get by boat for 200.

We just arrived from Pattaya Garden .the number went to 4223 . Take a hairdryer with a sub, beryusha without them does not seem like terrible karaoke right under the windows, they beat me up to three and the beryusha did not help. The cleaning is good, the breakfasts are excellent.

There were three of us, me, my wife and my son for 10 years. If the location is closer to Terminal 21 and you are somewhere all day, but not in the room. That's normal. They didn't take any money for the extra bed. The houses are old, everything needs to be replaced, the Europeans are dragging taek to the hotel. Breakfast is without frills, but you will not stay hungry. There is a double impression of this place. You need to go to the sea, it's not comfortable in the heat. You won't go again. I won't come here again.

It's not the first time in Thailand, but I've never seen this anywhere! I saw such a shabby hotel for the first time, and hopefully for the last time, even Deluxe rooms, for which I had to pay extra 500 baht /night-this is a terrible bottom! Fortunately, we spent only 2 nights and a few hours there before departure. The rooms are shabby, if you have ROH, then you will definitely be settled in the most creepy, dirty room (including dirty bed linen) with a view of the garbage! Then they will move to the same dump, but with a better view. If you pay, then you will move to a deluxe room, where at least the bedding is more or less clean! Everything is packed in the room, but first of all the air conditioners! They just blow mold out of them! And the roar is just magical! The bathroom is just a creepy place)There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms at all. We were at breakfast once, I'll tell you straight-everything is sad with food too, rotten chicken, leaky tablecloths, there's not much to eat. In general, there is only one positive thing -good food at the pool bar, and the pool itself. The rest is a solid fat minus! If you want to ruin your vacation, then come here! It is clear that in Tae you do not sit in rooms, but just come to spend the night, but you want to do it in comfortable conditions.

A nice, cozy hotel. Cleaned every day, clean large pool. Excellent location, close to shops, cafes,restaurants, 5 minutes from the beach and the sea. Very good masseuses in the salon at the hotel, in comparison with other salons, massage is awesome! The breakfasts are quite varied for 3 people. And I didn't see any animals in the room.

We have been at this hotel since 02/18/2024 for 10 days. The most budget hotel in Pattaya. The hotel is very old. Outdated all repairs, furniture, etc., there is no cleaning in the room. The floor has not been washed once in 10 days. The legs were black. Blankets without duvet covers, just a sheet. There is very little light in the room, some 2 lamps are hanging, there are not enough sockets. The dining room furniture is old, rusty chairs, tablecloths with spots and holes. The staff at the hotel is not friendly, not smiling. The hotel has one plus location and that's it

- Good location. It's 10 minutes down to the beach. Terminal 21 and Tuktuks are 10-15 minutes away. The festival is 30 minutes away. To the pier on tuktuk, go to walking street, there is a 10-minute walk, or again to tuktuk and straight to the pier ;)
- Breakfast is monotonous, but you won't starve.
- the rooms are so-so, you can hear noise from everywhere, cleaning and replacement, although every day, but overall cleanliness was not added.
-there are 7 elevators and an exchanger nearby.
- I personally liked everything, because I arrived and did not stay at the hotel. I came to spend the night cleanly.
I do not recommend taking excursions from a separate guide, the price tag is much higher, and you will also be scared that if you go with someone else, they will not help you in any way.

We rested from 3 to 15 February. The meeting takes place for an additional 2500bat at best. We did not pay and we were settled on the 1st floor with a view of the garbage dump. There is no hair dryer, no kettle, no slippers, no safe, nothing. The breakfasts are decent, there are 2 types of fruits daily,. There is no cleaning, but there is no mold in the room at all and this is a plus. It takes 7 minutes to go to the sea, 12 minutes to return, since it's uphill., yes, it's not critical. The first week we rested on the beach, everything is great. Another week on Koh Lan and only there, because after the islands I did not want to swim on the beach at the hotel. The rest was great, as we only spent the night at the hotel.

The hotel is old, of course, but calm. Clean nice pool. Good staff, breakfasts are quite normal for 3*, although there are no breakfast cereals and one type of fruit. The rooms facing the road are very noisy, but I was too lazy to ask for a change. Good location 20 minutes walk to the Festival, about 10 minutes to the Terminal, 10 minutes to the pier on tuktuk. There is a nice beach between the Centara and Pullman hotels. It didn't bother walking for long with the children. Along the way, we bought different food in makashnits. The area is much better for me than Jomtien
