The hotel was vacationing together with a child of 11 years old from May 23 to June 4, 2023. I chose it consciously, given the good location in relation to the beach, shopping center, tuk-tuks, center, etc. In fact, the location is not bad, but also not ideal-it's 10 minutes to the beach, and it's still a decent distance, given the high humidity and heat, it's decent to walk.Of course, there is no beach, like everything in Pattaya, no matter what anyone says, but this is a fact. The water is muddy, dirty, and it takes out broken bottles and other garbage from the sea. It's also a decent walk to the Terminal, 10 minutes, taking into account the crossing of two roads, 15 minutes to Central Marina, also not close, there are hotels located more conveniently to these shopping centers. Breakfasts are common in Thailand, for hotels of this category.Since it was out of season, the hotel was very sparsely populated and quiet both day and evening and night. There are very few sun loungers, I think that in high season they will not be enough of the word at all. Plus, the hotel for me is only the territory, cozy, beautiful, quiet. It's all. The staff is haughtily polite, they look down on you, they are lazy and sluggish, no one speaks English here. I did massages at the hotel at first, the salon is dirty, old, shabby.Suspicious massage therapists worked -two lady boys, well, or I don't know how to say exactly about them. The salons on the street behind the hotel are much cleaner and more decent, at least clean. The prices are the same. The bungalows are cramped and dark. There are a lot of mosquitoes. We had a good rest, of course, considering that there were few people in the hotel. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, you can find a better one in this price segment and location. PS : the water pressure is weak, if you want to take a towel for the beach or use the safe at the reception, then they look at you as an obstacle.

The place is good, yes. Maybe if you're lucky with the number, it's fine. We were unlucky... The balcony overlooks a lovely street, but (!) at night the most "fun" is the music! It's impossible to sleep! The room was offered as a replacement with a view of the wall! Of course, they refused. Such a "rest" is already bad!
Breakfast - you can eat it.
The pool is also a sadness... Something is poured into it, the water is cloudy and slimy!
The beach looks fine. But money was stolen from our bag on it! Be careful!

The location of the hotel is very good, it is relatively close to a good beach, although you need to go through the cluttered backyard of the hotel. You go down to Centara Beach or to the beach near the high-rise buildings under the trees - these are the best beaches in Pattaya, but we mostly went to Koh Lan, where there are several stunning beaches to choose from depending on the direction of the wind and waves! Then it's very close to the tuk-tuk road from the hotel. And the condition of the room stock is of course very tired, serious renovation is required, but we had a Deluxe - tolerable - and there is a kettle and everything is given and the linen is normal and the rolls are changed and cleaned well. They say the villas have good rooms!

Dirt is everywhere: in the elevator, in the rooms, the territory is dry, the pools - it's good that there is an extreme, but there is no aesthetics around them. The breakfasts are ordinary, it will do, but the dishes, furniture and tablecloths - turn out the light ...
Pros:
- the location of the hotel itself and a clean beach, if you don't want to go anywhere;
- your suitcases are carried by a specially trained person;
- the staff understands English, is sometimes friendly (but not all) :))).
In general, if you want aesthetics, never come to this hotel 🙈

The location is good, close to the Terminal, 10 minutes to the center by tuk-tuk, 10 minutes to the sea on foot, the beach is good, fairly clean sand and water. The rooms are ordinary, everything is a bit neglected after the pandemic, but if you do not pay attention to some little things, then in principle a normal hotel, the breakfasts are quite decent, everything is delicious and varied. The hotel has only one advantage-it's location, and it's close to the sea and the center. But there are a lot of disadvantages. We were at the hotel from February 3-12, 2023. The rooms are dark, there is not enough light at night, there is no overhead light at all, the backlight is above the mirror, in the entrance part and near the bed, with a sconce hanging on one side, and the control cabinet is on the other side. The walls are thin, the neighbors can be heard. The rooms are paired, the door to the next room is between them, of course it is closed, but the audibility is excellent. This door is convenient if you take two rooms and go to each other or to the kids through it. The furniture is old, terrible-looking, the TV is ordinary, has long outlived its usefulness, although there is no time and nothing to watch there, but still, if the hotel writes that there is a TV, then it could have been more modern. The air conditioner is built into the ceiling, it turns on from a button near the bed, you can choose the modes, but it buzzes so that it is impossible to sleep. If you leave the door to the balcony open, then mosquitoes are overpowering. Some bird is also screaming on the territory, both day and night, but at night it is very annoying that you want to kill it. The water pressure is small, but you can wash yourself. Upon check-in, they offer Rooms with a view of the road, I immediately went to change them, they changed them with a view of the pool and did not even ask for an additional fee. Breakfast is normal, you can choose what to eat: omelette, fried eggs, sausages, ham, vegetables, lettuce, sauces, rice, various stews, tea, coffee, croissants, toasts, buns. The room is well cleaned and always cleaned, unless there is a "do not disturb" sign on the door. Wi-Fi is only available at the reception. I do not recommend the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in April, in general I can say not bad, we lived in a bungalow. Yes, the condition - it would not hurt to make repairs, but everything worked, everything is there for a comfortable stay. The only thing is that there is no kettle in the room, but we never needed it. Breakfasts are like everywhere, no more, no less. The territory is quite large and cozy. But there is a lot of plant debris, although something is constantly being swept and cleaned. There are two pools on the territory, and they are quite large, the water in them is warm and not to say dirty. We swam with pleasure. The sea is a bit far away, but it didn't bother us. In general, the location is good, it is 5 minutes to the dolphins, exactly the same to the terminal. There are many places to eat street food behind the terminal just below. If you are hunting in a cafe, then turn right at the exit to the road from the hotel, there is an excellent cafe called "tavern". Everything is very tasty and acceptable at the price tag. So, in general, the hotel is not bad, but for an adequate tourist who goes not to sit in the hotel, but to enjoy his vacation.

Rest even in old bungalow houses is very pleasant.

We took a bungalow, as we had already vacationed here before the pandemic. Last time, the bungalow was located on the left side of the entrance to the territory. Nice room, renovated. There were no complaints.
This time we were less lucky. They settled in a bungalow that had not been renovated since its construction. At first, they were sent to the general building in a regular room. But then everything was resolved without any additional payments.
The linen is clean, cleaned every day. There are no questions about this. The staff is friendly.
In fact, the location of the hotel is very good, you can easily get to any place in Pattaya by tuk-tuk or motorbike. Good territory. The beach is nearby and it is clean enough. of course, if you need a 5-star super service, then you are not here.
PS:We were surrounded by the elderly grandfathers of the country that we once defeated in the Great Patriotic War. They spend the winter here. They drink in black). One of them decided that it was convenient for him to put beer cans near our bungalow. Rudeness is rare. The second one tried to push this garbage on us, allegedly we had spread it. Extremely dissatisfied employees are sitting at the reception.
The room was changed three times until it was chosen with barely working air conditioning. But later it turned out that the sink was constantly clogged ((( A kind of cleaning, which we later abandoned.
The breakfasts are monotonous.
In general, I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.
The only advantage is its location.

If you take rooms of the Roh category on a voucher, this is the worst option, somewhere in the household part!
We took a lot more expensive Bungalows from the tour operator.
At the hotel, upon check-in, you can also choose a better room, of course, for a fee! I don't understand why this came as a surprise to many in the reviews))
The best room in the Villa category house looks like - you can immediately see that everything is newer.
The area itself with bungalows and villas is very cozy. No rats were seen. Only squirrels. Cockroaches and spiders were also not seen, ants appear if you leave food waste on bedside tables, etc. In principle, there are none. The room is small, the air conditioner is noisy, but it cools. There are few hangers/hooks. Nothing was missing from the things in the room.There is a refrigerator. There is no hair dryer, but they can give it to the reception (we didn't ask, we don't know).
The hotel is three stars, with outdated repairs, but cleaning every day and thoroughly enough, 0.5 water every day per person. The breakfast was average, but it was fine.
There are not very smiling girls at the reception. Check-in is at two, we arrived much earlier - we put our suitcases and went for lunch and a walk.
It is inconvenient that the safe is at the reception and is open from 8:30 to 20:00.
This hotel is an ordinary three for Thailand, a hotel not for living, but for spending the night! The location is great.
I would have come back here.

I agree with the review, where, apart from the location, there are no more advantages in the hotel! We are currently living in a bungalow. Everything is old, the audibility is excellent. The most frustrating thing was the lack of thorough cleaning of the room. They put dirty laundry on again, without changing. Shampoo and soap are not replaced, they were added 1 time. Once they forgot to leave towels, I had to go to the reception to ask for them!!! It feels like they can not only not wash, but also shit!!!

Do not eat or drink by the pool ! The fine is 500 baht! The horror! Don 't swim in a tank top! A fine! Children who were burned in the sun were pulled out of the pool and there were no other options for swimming ! The staff.... No one asks them to understand Russian, but they should know the English fleet of words ! They had to explain everything on their fingers ! That 's all it is !!! The rooms are very old, dusty, probably from the 70s, the air conditioning is also buzzing like a steam locomotive, there is no way to adjust the temperature, the controls are here on the bedside table. The pool is muddy, probably there is no filtration here.
Breakfast is good, there is always a hot Thai chicken dish, eggs, rice, fruits of 1 type :watermelon or pineapple.
The location is really good, close to tuk tuk , shops , various cafes, Terminal 21 .
The beach is 800 meters away, the sea in the north is clear, you can swim.
In general, the hotel for the money that it costs nothing, 900 baht per day with breakfast, but the tour operator sells it from 140 thousand for 2 and this is a very large amount and it is expected that there will not be such a quality holiday...People book it on their own and live for 2 months, it costs 1000 rubles per day in advance.Therefore, I cannot say whether this is a bad hotel or our tour operators simply rip us off, putting us on charters for 200 thousand for three and bringing us to a hotel where accommodation for 10 nights costs 10 thousand rubles

I stayed here for the fourth time in 2023. Don't bother with everyday life. Everything is simple here. I recommend the bungalow. It's quiet and green. The hotel is probably in the best location. I have been to Pattaya for the tenth time, in different areas, there is something to compare with. Wongamat beach is within walking distance. This is utter horror! It's not even close to 3*! I would give you one with a stretch! Firstly, upon arrival, all package tourists are accommodated in hotel rooms that overlook the alley, in which the workshop of the same hotel is located in the basement, in which furniture, doors are repaired, broken toilets are stored and similar things. They start working from 5-30 in the morning, so if you want to sleep at least until 7, forget about dreaming. Of course, you can change it, but I do not understand why you should initially spoil the opinion of the hotel and cause this kind of inconvenience.. Secondly, the walls, floor and ceiling here are really made of cardboard, because absolutely everything that happens from above, below, right and left can be heard. Thirdly, furniture that has outlived its life in the last century. It seems to still perform its function, but it looks so sad that you don't even want to touch it. Fourth, the room itself has a door next door. It is, of course, closed, but if you are heavily intoxicated and have a great desire, you can open it with a kick. Therefore, if the neighbors drank alcohol and came pretty violent, there are no guarantees that no one will invade your room through the door inside at night. Of the advantages, only the location: 7 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to tuk-tuk and breakfast: monotonous, but tasty and satisfying.
Definitely, I do not recommend it! This hotel is the last place to choose for a vacation!

For an additional fee, we were accommodated in a room on the ground floor, overlooking the pool, now more or less comfortable. The furniture is very old, there is a TV and a refrigerator, old, but working. The breakfasts are very meager, there are no fruits, pastries, and breakfast cereals. But you will not stay hungry and the coffee is not bad. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm, there are no Chinese or Indians. The location of the hotel is convenient, everything is within walking distance. The sea and the beach are clean.
