Not very. Everything is written in the reviews: the territory is good. The beach is easy to walk.
But the rooms are old, the air conditioning is so noisy that you wake up at night and think you're on a plane.
The staff, except for the cafe, is a little cold. The cops in the city are friendlier.
very good location, close to everything you need! But the service leaves much to be desired!

The hotel is old, but cozy. It's really dark in the rooms. The food is good for these stars .I liked the safes at the reception (always control. They always change the linen and clean the room. The staff is excellent
Not a bad hotel if you don't live in a room) Terrible rooms, dirt and repairs, probably from the construction. The air conditioner is cold, but with such a roar that it gets scary at night. Maybe, of course, I was unlucky with the room, although we had a Deluxe. I liked the area itself, but there was a problem with sun beds at the pool. Convenient location. The breakfasts are excellent.
The hotel is tired. We lived in a bungalow. It needs repair, the lighting is dim, and the rooms are cleaned every day, linen and towels are changed every day too.The pools are clean. The breakfasts are normal.Tea sucks, they can come up and dilute with water.
Despite the modest appearance, it is very cozy inside the complex. Beautiful territory, 2 swimming pools with bars, super convenient location in relation to the center, nightlife, but at the same time there is no unnecessary noise. Unless the windows of your room overlook the entrance, where there are 3 nearby!! Hindu discos, where dozens of 2 buses of drunk and inadequate Hindus are brought every evening. "Quiet nights" are provided for you.
But when changing rooms to the other side, choose the option in silence with a view of the pool, but in the vast company of well-fed cockroaches (((( You choose.
Breakfasts are normal, cleaning is standard, a pleasant walk to the sea for 7-10 minutes past fruit and other makashnits. There are 2 roads, the second one was not found immediately and was very sorry)) an area with beautiful high-rise hotels, a good 1 beach line. Close to the pier, direct to the ferry and to the islands - the road is wonderful, the views are wonderful, the smells are southern)))) I recommend.
The convenient location of the hotel, attentive staff, our room was excellent, but we paid 1000 baht extra, our friends also paid extra and settled in a bungalow, at first they wanted to put us in a building next to an Indian disco, but we must immediately discuss this at the reception and there will be no problems, you can even wipe a comfortable room, breakfast is somethingthat's incredible for a 3* hotel, wonderful breakfasts, it's worth staying in this hotel just for them, the location is good close to nakla and close to dolphins, we liked it and if they offer this hotel in the future we will be happy to settle again
This is the second time we have lived here in a bungalow, quietly, calmly, cleaned every day - worthy of praise. There is no Wi-Fi (a big minus), only at the reception. Breakfasts in general can be said to be normal (they could have been a little more complicated, otherwise we live a long time without changing anything). The staff is not visible, if anything is needed, they will do everything quickly and politely. The sun beds by the pool are getting worse every year, and so are the towels. The beach is not far away, the beach is getting steeper every year, cleanliness and order, well done guys are working. Located near the hotel - we really like the sea and Terminal 21 here, and all the tuk-tuks stop nearby, or you can walk in the evening. Everything is nearby. It's okay to winter, you can. They did not live in the hotel itself. We don't know how it is.
It's quite decent for a 3* hotel. They have several buildings, furniture and plumbing are old, but everything is acceptable, there is air conditioning in the rooms, cleaning every day, breakfasts are the same type, but hearty, the staff is responsive, at my request they changed the room, because the Windows faced the street, where music screamed at night until 3-00. There is a separate area with a bungalow and a swimming pool, but Europeans settle there. The sea is 400-500 meters away, five minutes on foot, the water in the northern part is clean. The hotel is next to Naklua Street, tuk-tuks go along it to the center and to Jamtien. There are many cafes and restaurants, massages, pharmacies nearby, and the Terminal21 shopping center is located nearby. In general, if you go to Pattaya for movement and movement, and not for a hotel vacation, then Pattaya Garden can be considered for overnight stays)
It was my first time in Thailand at this hotel
Mentally and peacefully, and the rest was just a success
Without any frills, of course, but what you need for a normal holiday is all there
Good luck to them
We rested in the villa. A good option for a "country" vacation. There are, of course, complaints about the room, cleanliness, the gap under the doors is very convenient for geckos and insects)) but, a nice green area with 2 swimming pools, a natural buzz in the evenings on the veranda of the villa brightened up most of the disadvantages. And they settled us in the front rows ahead of schedule))

We bought a tour, honestly, the hotels are not very good.Old rooms, no sound insulation, neighbors could hear through the wall. The food is not very good, the breakfast is so-so, you can not bring your own food and beer to the pool, buy it at the bar. One plus for the pool, it is deep, large and warm. The staff is angry, if you want a room with less noise, pay another 6 tons on top. I do not recommend it.
Did not meet expectations! Breakfast is not very good, the rooms are very old, it is simply not possible to solve some issue with the reception, hot water is provided on time.
A hotel for a solid three! Among the advantages: a great location (close to the sea and close to the evening entertainment center); a large green area of the hotel; 2 large, clean pools; the staff is responsive. Of the minuses that I remembered: the old room stock; they are not always well cleaned (you need to make comments); there is no kettle in the room
I am resting here and now , a bungalow for 3 stars is more than worthy -cozy ,quiet ,clean -cleaning and change of towels daily, bed every 3 days.Breakfast -for me as a non -breakfast person -too much of the disadvantages -WiFi -pool and reception, old furniture , but to get enough sleep-
A budget hotel, fully justifies itself for its money. Nice pool, excellent breakfast, very good location.
The furniture is tired, but not at all critical. Take the cheapest rooms from tour operators, choose what you want on the spot for 2000 baht. I didn't like the villas (too isolated and quiet))), but it's great with the kids there. I recommend you to visit.
Great hotel!!! Very green, like in the jungle) A comfortable cozy house with a gazebo, everything you need is in the house, including air conditioning. The furniture in the house is old and ordinary. The staff is polite. 10 minutes walk to the sea. We really liked it!!!
I've been to this hotel three times. the buildings are noisy, the bungalows are great!!! quiet and cozy) two pools are a plus. the breakfasts are dense and fresh. the location of the hotel is just great, the staff is polite and friendly. the territory is green, it is not badly cared for. This year, the 21st terminal was opened, so there is now a great shopping center within walking distance! the only disadvantages are the distance from the pier and the noise from the bar in the annex building.
Although the rooms were three-star, but in general everything was very decent. The pool is good, my daughter did not get out of it. In addition, the location is convenient - you can walk to the Terminal 24 and to the night market. You can reach the sea in 3 minutes in slates and underpants.
hello everyone.we had a rest with my wife in early April 19. the tour cost 83 tr. for 11 nights from Moscow.we settled in a bungalow near the pool .the first impression of the room
was not very positive.the furniture is old ala 70. the taps in the bathroom are broken, the air conditioner is not regulated and works like a tractor. at night you wake up from the roar of it. the Kazakh neighbor's wiring closed the room almost burned down, there is no safe only at the reception.the staff in Russian is not boom boom and generally not friendly, you will not see smiles on their face, they look at you and think how tired you are of everything.WiFi is only available at the reception and not only is the connection constantly lost, but passwords are changed every day.in general, except for the pool , there is nothing good .It's our first time in Thailand and as they say, he's all like that.It can be worse.Well I do not know.the sea is 10-15 m away.the water is not ice in terms of purity compared to the islands.you won't find sun loungers on the beach even for money.as well as toilets .There is no place to hide from the sun .there is one palm tree and that place under it should be occupied from shit.but in general, we rested normally
A good average hotel, the rooms were not lived in more than once, we took a bungalow and a deluxe villa. The villas are gorgeous, the air conditioning is almost inaudible, everything is new in the rooms. Wi-Fi catches only on the receptionist, but this is not the main thing. The food is a Shvets table, the food is monotonous, but you can eat. There are two swimming pools on site. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach . Convenient location in the city.
The hotel is old, the rooms are on a solid three. But,: they clean every day and the rooms are very clean. The bed and towels are changed every day. The breakfasts are great. The hotel is located next to the beach. When this virus ends and the country is opened, I will definitely go there.
A super hotel , justifies its three stars by three plus , the pool is excellent, the food is decent, the location is very acceptable, the sea is much cleaner than on Jomtien, the rooms are in order, there is no mini bar, but it's for the best .
We had a rest in February 2020, upon arrival we were immediately settled into the villa, after 2 days we were moved to a room, we could stay, but for a fee 6400-villa,2000- bungalow. In general, the hotel corresponds to 3*, the bed was changed every day, but for some reason they did not give towels for the face, only bath towels and one for the feet (room for two).
The view from the window is terrible, household.part of the cafe, noisy air conditioning, San.appliances and furniture are old, WiFi is only at the reception, breakfasts are hearty but monotonous, there is a massage parlor. 2 pools, the water is clean, we swam until 9 pm. The staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is not bad, shopping malls, night market, fish market, tuk-tuks stop. The beach is 300-400 meters away, past fruits, delicious pancakes, excursions, relatively clean.
There were no insects in the room. The room has a TV with 1 channel in Russian TNT. In a word, a budget option, for the price and quality.
The location is great! 10 minutes walk past fruits and pancakes and you're on a beach with clear water. 15 minutes on foot and you're at the Terminal 21 shopping center. The service is simple, the breakfast is simple. It justifies itself to its stars. The staff is friendly, everything is cleaned on time.

We lived in this hotel, cleaning on time, every day, the pools are clean, the breakfast is clean, but monotonous and very modest. I really didn't like the staff at the reception, rude, communicating through the lip, facial expressions "fuck you", and when you address the case, and not just like that. There are no hair dryers or kettles in the rooms. There are few towels in the pools. The location is convenient.
Good day to everyone. Don't be afraid to come here, the hotel is not bad. There is nothing terrible and disgusting here, as some write in the reviews. If the standard room, then yes, the view from the window will be somewhere other than the pool)) And if superow ( or whatever it is spelled correctly ) then the view towards the courtyard is likely to be, this is both a swimming pool and a green area. The hotel is not new, but everything is good. My wife and I were on 03/3/2020 and were satisfied, we did not expect more from the three. The breakfasts are good, you eat enough for half a day, we cleaned and changed the bed every day. They did not steal, They saw Rams only twice)) In short, have a good rest))
In principle, it is normal if you are looking for a good breakfast, a good pool, and the proximity of a quite tolerable sea. To put it bluntly, the rooms are not very good, but the staff is quite disposed to vacationers and you can live, a budget not sophisticated tourist who is not going to sit in the room. For example, our TV didn't work, well, I don't care, we didn't watch it anyway)))
Super hotel, quiet, peaceful. There are 2 pools.3 corps.Roh is purely a flophouse. The bungalow is a separate house, by the way, there are practically no Russians there and it is sometimes big +)))). Deluxe in the main building. The garden is not far from the dolphins)and this means you can go anywhere on a tuk tuk)))Generally a great hotel))
We've been to this hotel three times. At the first visit, 10 years ago, he was already "tired". Since then, it has only been dilapidated. Cheeky staff, but not all of them. There are 2 nightclubs nearby, the walls shake from the bass of those who live nearby. They clean well, nothing goes missing. 2 swimming pools, the territory is green, with orchids, birds, squirrels. The most important and huge advantage of this hotel is its location. It is 15 minutes to the sea, a lot of shops, bars, makashnits, fruit vendors, exchangers, pharmacies, a market has recently appeared. 5 minutes to Tuk, 15 minutes to the center by tuk
We stayed at this hotel in early April 2019. Overall, the impressions are positive.
Upon arrival, we quickly checked into the rooms, although we did not like the first room, we were offered a choice of other options. We checked into the room above the pool and guessed very well, as the wi-fi worked perfectly, which was not unimportant for us)
Good breakfasts, constantly something new, you definitely will not stay hungry.
The hotel has a massage parlor, with friendly staff and a wide range of services.
The room was cleaned every day. Changed the bed, towel, wet cleaning.
The rooms are ordinary, clean, comfortable with everything you need, the same as in the pictures))
The sea is a 15-minute walk away, we went only once, the rest of the time we spent on the islands.
Nearby is the convenient location of the new Terminal 21 shopping center, where there is a large selection for lunch and dinner.
We had a vacation with my husband in October 2018. A three-star hotel, as stated. The breakfasts were very good, always juices, fruits, etc. I did not like the fact that they have eternal problems with WiFi. The rooms were cleaned every day, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, water was put on every day. There is a TV with 2 Russian channels. There are 2 swimming pools in the hotel, open until 7, so I don't buy after 7. The location is also good, close to the sea, just 5 minutes on foot. Dolphin Square, the new supermarket terminal 21-all this is nearby
Nice hotel. Such a "village" in the middle of the city. Excellent location. It is close to the beach, as well as to shopping and other locations of the city.
It's not the newest hotel, but it's very cozy. Two pools. The linen was changed every day, no one encroached on the money and jewelry lying unattended. The air conditioner is working. A minute to the main road and tuk-tuks. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi worked every other time, and at the end of the trip it died altogether. The breakfasts are varied and delicious.
I would love to stay at this hotel again
