Not very. Everything is written in the reviews: the territory is good. The beach is easy to walk.
But the rooms are old, the air conditioning is so noisy that you wake up at night and think you're on a plane.
The staff, except for the cafe, is a little cold. The cops in the city are friendlier.

Not a bad hotel if you don't live in a room) Terrible rooms, dirt and repairs, probably from the construction. The air conditioner is cold, but with such a roar that it gets scary at night. Maybe, of course, I was unlucky with the room, although we had a Deluxe. I liked the area itself, but there was a problem with sun beds at the pool. Convenient location. The breakfasts are excellent.

Unless the windows of your room overlook the entrance, where there are 3 nearby!! Hindu discos, where dozens of 2 buses of drunk and inadequate Hindus are brought every evening. "Quiet nights" are provided for you.
But when changing rooms to the other side, choose the option in silence with a view of the pool, but in the vast company of well-fed cockroaches (((( You choose.
Breakfasts are normal, cleaning is standard, a pleasant walk to the sea for 7-10 minutes past fruit and other makashnits. There are 2 roads, the second one was not found immediately and was very sorry)) an area with beautiful high-rise hotels, a good 1 beach line. Close to the pier, direct to the ferry and to the islands - the road is wonderful, the views are wonderful, the smells are southern)))) I recommend.

This is the second time we have lived here in a bungalow, quietly, calmly, cleaned every day - worthy of praise. There is no Wi-Fi (a big minus), only at the reception. Breakfasts in general can be said to be normal (they could have been a little more complicated, otherwise we live a long time without changing anything). The staff is not visible, if anything is needed, they will do everything quickly and politely. The sun beds by the pool are getting worse every year, and so are the towels. The beach is not far away, the beach is getting steeper every year, cleanliness and order, well done guys are working. Located near the hotel - we really like the sea and Terminal 21 here, and all the tuk-tuks stop nearby, or you can walk in the evening. Everything is nearby. It's okay to winter, you can. They did not live in the hotel itself. We don't know how it is.

The hotel is next to Naklua Street, tuk-tuks go along it to the center and to Jamtien. There are many cafes and restaurants, massages, pharmacies nearby, and the Terminal21 shopping center is located nearby. We bought a tour, honestly, the hotels are not very good.Old rooms, no sound insulation, neighbors could hear through the wall. The food is not very good, the breakfast is so-so, you can not bring your own food and beer to the pool, buy it at the bar. One plus for the pool, it is deep, large and warm. A budget hotel, fully justifies itself for its money. Nice pool, excellent breakfast, very good location.
The furniture is tired, but not at all critical. Take the cheapest rooms from tour operators, choose what you want on the spot for 2000 baht. I didn't like the villas (too isolated and quiet))), but it's great with the kids there. I recommend you to visit.

I've been to this hotel three times. the buildings are noisy, the bungalows are great!!! quiet and cozy) two pools are a plus. the breakfasts are dense and fresh. the location of the hotel is just great, the staff is polite and friendly. the territory is green, it is not badly cared for. This year, the 21st terminal was opened, so there is now a great shopping center within walking distance! the only disadvantages are the distance from the pier and the noise from the bar in the annex building.

hello everyone.we had a rest with my wife in early April 19. the tour cost 83 tr. for 11 nights from Moscow.we settled in a bungalow near the pool .the first impression of the room

We had a rest in February 2020, upon arrival we were immediately settled into the villa, after 2 days we were moved to a room, we could stay, but for a fee 6400-villa,2000- bungalow. In general, the hotel corresponds to 3*, the bed was changed every day, but for some reason they did not give towels for the face, only bath towels and one for the feet (room for two).
The view from the window is terrible, household.part of the cafe, noisy air conditioning, San.appliances and furniture are old, WiFi is only at the reception, breakfasts are hearty but monotonous, there is a massage parlor. 2 pools, the water is clean, we swam until 9 pm. The staff is friendly. The location of the hotel is not bad, shopping malls, night market, fish market, tuk-tuks stop. The beach is 300-400 meters away, past fruits, delicious pancakes, excursions, relatively clean.
There were no insects in the room. The room has a TV with 1 channel in Russian TNT. In a word, a budget option, for the price and quality.

We stayed at this hotel in early April 2019. Overall, the impressions are positive.
Upon arrival, we quickly checked into the rooms, although we did not like the first room, we were offered a choice of other options. We checked into the room above the pool and guessed very well, as the wi-fi worked perfectly, which was not unimportant for us)

The sea is a 15-minute walk away, we went only once, the rest of the time we spent on the islands.

The breakfasts were very good, always juices, fruits, etc. I did not like the fact that they have eternal problems with WiFi. The rooms were cleaned every day, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, water was put on every day. There is a TV with 2 Russian channels. There are 2 swimming pools in the hotel, open until 7, so I don't buy after 7. The location is also good, close to the sea, just 5 minutes on foot. It's not the newest hotel, but it's very cozy. Two pools. The linen was changed every day, no one encroached on the money and jewelry lying unattended. The air conditioner is working. A minute to the main road and tuk-tuks. The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi worked every other time, and at the end of the trip it died altogether. The breakfasts are varied and delicious.
