We were at 8ozer in July for two days, from Thursday to Saturday , a great place to relax , the territory is huge , well-groomed , cycling is super , reception and housekeeping are very polite and helpful staff , rooms are clean .
The Arowana restaurant , where breakfast is served , liked the speed of service , polite waiters , all the dishes are delicious, desserts deserve special compliments - we tried everything !
The biggest minus in this vacation was visiting the Vostochny restaurant, it seemed that this was another state in this territory, they ordered 5 hot dishes, accepted the order, after 15 minutes one was brought, after another 30 minutes the waitress came and said that the remaining 4 hot ones would not be, there were no ingredients! Does the stop list work in the kitchen at all? Where are the restaurant managers looking? While we were waiting for an hour, four companies came in , tried to place an order and left.
The cocktails were brought in sticky dirty glasses .
A very strange place for 8 lakes .
I would also like to ask the administration to put up signs and directions where you can drive and where not on rented electric cars.
And in general, the place is gorgeous for a family vacation !

We are here every weekend-this is a place of strength for our family👍🏻 An amazing beauty park with lakes, ducks, geese, excellent cuisine in the restaurant, fresh fried fish and a very tasty barbecue, the opportunity to rent a bike and ride along the paved paths to the eighth lake - in 5-6 hours of stay you are energized for the whole working week. The prices are very reasonable, we rented a house for a couple of weeks this summer. In winter, a SPA with a thermal pool with hot water, in summer a large pool warms up to a comfortable warm temperature, children have a zoo and the opportunity to ride horseback. In general, this place is our love😊

Beautiful territory, a good thermal spa, 3 baths and two swimming pools, indoor and outdoor with hot water, the price tag of course is too high for drinks ... The beach club is very good two large pools and a pool for children, on weekdays it is very comfortable, on weekends of course there are a lot of people, but in comparison with urban pools it is better here, in the restaurant is certainly not cheap, but everything that was ordered is delicious and the portions are normal.

Every year in the warmer months we come here on bicycles to ride. A great place for a ride, a walk, a family vacation. A huge territory with its own zoo, clean, clean air and peace everywhere.
Why, if you paid for a visit to the spa center, do you have to pay to get out and go in again? I want to go eat at an oriental cafe nearby, as there is simply no food in the spa. I ordered a smoothie, I ordered tea, but it's not food. Make hot dogs, burgers at least. I think 10% for the service is inappropriate. There are just tables by the pool. We returned from the thermal pool to the table, others are already sitting there, although we left mugs and towels there. The waiters just gave the table to others because we were gone for 30 minutes. The thermal pool is good, 3 steam rooms are good, but the pool near the steam rooms smells strongly of chlorine.

Everything seems to be fine, the room is clean and warm, the territory is huge, but we came because of the pools. In the evening we went to the thermal spa, the grandchildren bought plenty. The next day we went closer to lunch and what a horror, the water is dirty, dirty. Something floats, but mud floats. Apparently, they didn't clean it at all. But very young children also swim there. If you can't see anything in the evening, then in the afternoon it's real, it's terrible. Children dive, water gets into their mouths involuntarily. In general, it became so disgusting. They pulled the children out and did not want to go to the pool at all anymore. They have sworn off going to the thermal spa, it's not worth it for that kind of money. It's nice that breakfast is included, but visiting the spa only once, and you rest for a day or more and it's just not wow.... we ate at the Aravanna restaurant (I think it's called that) European cuisine for 4! We were at the rink, of course it's a mess, a lot of people, people come just for a day, and You (for example ) you rest for three days and you also stand in line with everyone and sometimes you don't have enough skates ((( with roller coaster riding, the same sad story. To stand in line, in the cold, to take a ride once, you can do it once later if you don't want to.

We stayed with the girls in the room. The water was drunk, not all the accessories were there. The staff is, frankly, slow in restaurants. The price and quality of the food does not match at all, even considering that in such places the price can be overpriced. There are no programs after 11:00. At least the music and the dance floor. We were celebrating a birthday, we had to wrap up early.
It is still impossible to enter the pool area if you exit. Let's say we had a room, we expected that we would run to the air conditioner sometimes and play board games. But alas…
But on the plus side, it's beautiful and clean. Especially at night, the beach club is atmospheric. I also liked the thermal spa.

The resort is very developed. There is only 1 minus in the cafe, it is very expensive and the food is so-so. Now the pros are the atmosphere here is like in Dubai or Turkey. Everything is clean in the locker rooms. The pool is very clean, the women are told to collect their hair. And there is also a SPA in the resort, the Zoo is free. A wonderful place! I especially liked the hot pool at the spa! Definitely, I recommend it. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is everything-sports grounds, a swimming pool, bicycles, horses. You can fish, or just wander around the territory, the benefit is huge.

The pools are magnificent, the type of service, I liked everything, the only thing is that you can't even take water with you, but it's very expensive inside, we went with a girlfriend, a barbecue and two glasses of lemonade cost almost 15 thousand.

Дети очень любили отдыхать в 8 Озерах. Мы, обычно, снимали коттедж на два дня. Постель белоснежная, мебель уставшая, как в санатории. Ценник всегда 5 заезд)
Со своей едой напитками нельзя, сканируют на входе при заселении, при выдаче карты с обязательным депозитом, который можно потратить на территории.
Мы в питомнике были один раз, больше не хочется смотреть на уставших животных в не совсем понятных условиях. Волк, медведь худые и несчастные. По территории прокатились с ветерком, дети довольны.
Можно брать велосипеды, но на весь день, почасовая оплата не проходит.
Завтраки входят в проживание, сервировали быстро, к обслуживанию нет претензий. Нам понравилось , были не раз, может нам повезло, многие жалуются. На тот момент было 8 ресторанов, потом 4. Ценник там кусается, если кушаешь всей семьей. Официанты , в основном, просят закрыть счет задолго до окончания ужина. Может так там принято, но осадок остается .
Возле большого бассейна лежаков не хватало. Выходить с территории бассейна нельзя, повторно надо платить. Дети оставались купаться, я шла в термальное СПА. С напитками летом можно разориться. Больше льда, чем лимонада. Почти весь лед.
Решили ездить на горячие источники и раз в год только приезжать, пока детям нравилось.

The waiter brought the kebab straight on a stick, did not take it off. The barbecue was burnt, I specially attach a photo. When the administrator Lyudmila was called, she did not even apologize, she immediately began to defend herself, like we had nothing to do with it, it was extremely unpleasant, a convincing request to the management to work with the staff. Плюсы
1. Красивая ухоженная огромная территория
2. Есть питомник
3. Круто покататься на велосипедах, самокатах
4. Спа центр отличный
5. Номера и коттеджи уже подуставщие, но очень чисто. И все вылизано.
Минусы:
1. Грубая охрана. Обыскивают и грубят.
2. Лояльность к гостям нулевая на каждом этапе сервиса
3. С продуктами и напитками не пропускают и при этом в ресторанах выбора нет. Почти совсем. Цены бешеные.
Но все что пробовали было вкусно.
В ресторане арована нет уюта, стулья ужасно неудобные.
4. Единственный минус в спа. Там нет ничего, что можно перекусить. Опять же с собой ничего нельзя. Но и там не перекусить.
Но очень вкусные чаи и смузи.

Место отличное, приезжали семьёй на "разведку" чтобы просто погулять. Всё понравилось, планируем как нибудь приехать на выходные в бассейн, потому что выглядит все отлично! Единственное было бы отлично если бы в узбекский ресторан добавили свой мангал, а то половина меню на столе была из за того что один мангал на весь комплекс (как сказал официант)

Все супер конечно шикарно завтрак класс кухня хорошая , территория зелень гуси итд но когда ты зашел в бассейн выйти нельзя то есть можно но опять зайти 4500 опять заплати ..в бассейне кушать ничего нет только пиво итд пиво банка 1800 тенге цены космос попросили детям покушать отказали нельзя сказали …охрана шманает даже сосиски детям не разрешили приказ… средний чек в кафе без спиртного и не супер много поесть 10000-15000 тенге со спиртным 25000-35000 тенге на одного человека …официанты слабые на завтраке могут 20-30 минут нести яичницу … а так территория супер красота но цены космос на еду и спиртное как в дубае с собой можно только воду 1 литр на человека… надо разрешить возле бассейна источника продавать еду хотя бы пиццу для детей пусть хоть по 5000 И так далее они не могут сузарями орешками покушать а с другого кафе рядом нельзя заносить ешьте в туалете дурдом это ваше де кафе 10 метров от бассейна нет выйти нельзя и заносить кушать …чуток туповатая алминистрация не продуманные правила

Любимое место с самого открытия. Сейчас стали немного терпимее и даже стали разрешать брать с собой воду)
Из минусов это контактный зоопарк, в точнее речь идет о месте где живут кролики. Дикие дети и не менее дикие их родители замучивают кроликов до смерти, некоторые роняют их с высоты и разумеется насмерть. Считаю, что подобного быть не должно и правильно будет закрыть подобный доступ детям и даже взрослым. Все же поощрять подобные убийства не правильно
Из плюсов- настоящий узбекский плов. Довольно хороший спа центр. Ну и конечно очень нравятся как коттеджи так и обычные номера. Спится там потрясающе.
Озера очень красивые и просто потрясающе на велике все их объезжать. Виды нереальные,
Очень хотелось бы чтоб вход на территорию опять сделали платным. Так будут приезжать больше ответственных людей на отдых.

Хорошее место чтобы провести время с друзьями, в зимний период классно покататься на коньках, посетить геотермальный спа, где открытый бассейн с горячей водой. Кухня в целом нормальная, Ароване рекомендую заказывать дичь, восточный ресторане лучше брать лагманы. Завтраки стандартные каша на выбор и яичница глазунья, с йогуртом, вредом голодными не будете. Территория большая, для неспешных прогулок самое то. Подойдет для 1-2 дневного отдыха. На территории было чисто, персонал работал быстро.

Плюсы: Большая чистая территория, хороший зоопарк, чистая вода в бассейнах и раздевалках. Не убитые коттеджи. Интересные ивенты на лужайках. Зимние активности хороши. Супер инфраструктура для прогулок и поездок на велосипедах. Особенно отмечу - чистые туалеты даже на дальних озёрах.
Минусы: ушатанная в хлам детская площадка (раз 5 обращался в администрацию, завтраками кормят уже пару лет), ценник на кухне не соответствует вкусу и внешнему виду блюд, при средней посадке официанты теряются и обслуживание по качеству от случая к случаю.
Итог: место старается казаться дороже, чем есть, но ездить кроме как сюда и в Лесную Сказку с детьми некуда. Так что переплачиваешь и отдыхаешь.
