We celebrated the birthday of a child (6 years old). Of the shortcomings, it was stuffy.
And then only the advantages! Very pleasant and polite guys meet at the door, ready to answer any question and provide assistance if necessary.
And what an animator we had... Jan took our very temperamentally different children for 2 hours (the parents had 2 HOURS of rest, which, with children who are not yet completely independent, is a rarity and a buzz)! The children ran out to drink and rushed back to Jan. After the event, the children, tired and running away, satisfied and happy, left with tears, they really wanted to stay for another 4 hours (it seemed to them a little, although they barely dragged their feet)
The holiday was fun, but you don't need more)

The staff is extremely unprofessional. We got a lot of negative moments and everything is connected with an incompetent administrator and a couple of the same animators. Change staff if you don't want to lose customers. As for the location itself, it is quite suitable for celebrating DR. If the staff hadn't spoiled the mood, then everything would have been fine.

It seemed noisy, stuffy, and uncomfortable. There are a lot of things, but everything is small and local. The maze is not big. The rope town is very small, almost nominal, there are even no insurance tk height 50cm. But no matter what, the children liked everything in the campaign, because the screams and squeaks were not measured and it was difficult to get them home!

We celebrated our son's birthday and were not satisfied.....we ordered a quest for 2.5 hours, the wild west, paid, signed a contract, but the children were released after 2 hours, our animator Polina said that everything, the children accidentally collided at the infirmary, some of the children left, the organizer did not even think to return them, I had to entertain them myself, the organizers knew the age of the children, we had a VIP package, but the children themselves were dissatisfied (there were 6 children, 5 and 11 years old), they asked us to go home, in total..... the space is large, there is no organization, we left, no one approached us, there was no one at the reception....I really ruined my son's life in this place

Hello. I want to leave a positive review about this center. We celebrated the birthday of our son - 8 years old with the cyberpunk VIP package. The children in our company were from 6 to 13 years old, and absolutely everyone was satisfied and did not want to leave) No one was bored. While the children were completing the quest, the adults played slot machines - an unlimited number of times for 50 rubles for everyone. And when the laser tag game started, our dad and godfather joined the game, we laughed heartily) Everyone came out happy and with smiles from ear to ear! I would like to express my special gratitude to the animator Kirill! An active, cheerful guy who found an approach to all children) and most importantly, all children ask for a repeat of the event)

Nice club, spacious. We were on a weekday, there weren't many people.
The only thing is not quite clear with virtual reality. You sit on an office chair, put on glasses and ride a roller coaster. I wish there were outdoor games too. Or did we get something wrong?
