We were at the amusement park on 11/13/2022 with a company of active kids. Despite the fact that we had 12 children, Vladislav and Pavel showed their best side, coped with everything, the children received a lot of positive emotions, and most importantly.. Good afternoon. I want to leave a review. The place is not bad, the idea is good. We took the Wild West world quest. Children from 4 to 10 - there were 8 children . VIP package. The animator was a girl. Very boring , sluggish , the children were not interested. The costume consisted in the presence of a vest, which she then took off. That is, she is indistinguishable from other employees. Two children - they are 4 years old, they did not like laser tag or rope town - they did not even play. When I booked with the administrator, I clarified that there are small children and they can take a smaller package or adjust the cost. To which I was told we have a cheerful animator, everyone will be involved....but the animator didn't care. There are also offers to take vending machines for an additional fee. And why this service when you are not tracking. For example, a table with an arohokey - our children have not been able to play, it is always busy. Maze - again, it is clear that this is for the little ones. However, children of 12 years old were running around there, playing catch-up. Small children got hit on the head and sat crying. No one is watching the number of children in the maze, not their age. And virtual reality is generally a mockery. 4 minutes per person . And while one passes, the rest run as they want, and the animator is not even around. Children are screaming, music is playing loudly, it is very noisy and not comfortable.The program is not fully thought out. The rope town coincided with someone else. There were a lot of children. We just waited .... from the stated program for 2.5 hours. It's probably just waiting. She described how the holiday went with us. I wouldn't want to come here anymore.
