The hotel is amazing. Clean, cozy, quiet. I liked the organization of the interior space (there are no crowds of vacationers, there were always enough sun beds, drinks / bars are located both by the pool and on the beach, and everything can be ordered without getting up using a qr code). The pools are large and clean. There is absolutely everything for children of any age (a paddling pool, tables in the restaurant, pots in the rooms). The room is spacious with a great view of the sea. Every day there is a very well-organized animation. Moreover, you can't hear music from the room, which is not a little important for recreation. A beach with pebbles at the entrance to the sea, uncritical. In general, the rest turned out to be excellent. If you want a quality vacation, this is definitely here!

We had a rest from August 27 to September 8.
The hotel is small, everything is compact and nearby. The sea is excellent and warm at this time.

An excellent hotel, there are a lot of pools on the territory, there is a water park, heated pools, many locations with a bar. Different bands perform every day. There is a buffet after 23 hours. The food is fine. The room has everything you need, shampoos, gels and toothbrushes, etc. Replenished every day. The same story with the bar, replenished every day. I want to say thank you to the service staff: the child lost a spare part from the irrigator in the room, everyone reacted immediately, as a result, they gave us a new one for free at the medical center. It's very nice, and I didn't have to go anywhere. There was also a case of losing an earring on the territory, and strangely enough, after a couple of days they found it and gave it to us at the reception. Actually, we had a great time.

We had a rest in the middle of May 2024, the weather was cool, we traveled very comfortably with friends, each family had three children, there was something to do and where to spend time. The hotel has a large children's room. I meet this for the first time. Children from 5 years old can be left. We tried a couple of times. We left the middle children there. They really liked it. They had fun because there are enough different entertainments. There's even a room with beds where you can put little things to sleep. I liked the hotel. Cleanliness and order are well received on the territory. Every day, different animations and performances were attended by everyone, strangely enough, it was very interesting to watch the talented guys watched Michael Jackson's performance on the last evening. In general, everything was taken at the highest level for 7 days, it turned out that it was not enough in such a way and I recommend it to everyone no longer. Yes, there is a good gym in the complex with a swimming pool, so anyone who does sports will come in. Good luck to everyone and have a good rest.

The rooms are large, comfortable, sound insulation is good in the main building, last time I lived in a separate bungalow, there is high audibility. A small but very cozy hotel, I would like to have a more varied meal.... Although you won't stay hungry for sure. Shall we come back here again? Without a doubt!!!!! The rooms are cleaned daily, everything is clean everywhere, the evening animation is great, there is a good club for children. There are a lot of bars, a large food court and a burger joint open from 12-16 o'clock. Ice cream for every taste is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. I would like to write about the sea separately..... not the cleanest, but definitely the warmest, the beach is sandy, and most importantly, the fish do not bite.

We are currently vacationing at the hotel (rooms 1515 and 1517).
We really like Papillon Zeugma, starting from the moment of booking. Dasha from the online booking department was extremely attentive, took into account all our wishes, personally checked on the day of arrival that our two rooms are located next to each other and on the preferred floor. Special thanks to her for this!
Also, thanks to Elena from the reception, who was very smiling and pleasant, told me everything and immediately took me to breakfast. The food and drinks at the hotel are of high quality, a diverse assortment of everything, and very tasty executed and served! Greens, vegetables and fruits are perfectly washed and laid out, which is rarely found in the main restaurant. The Mosaic restaurant staff tries very hard, not a single table is left without their attention. Even with a full landing, they cope perfectly well!
The bars and coffee shops here are beyond praise! The choice and quality of drinks for the most demanding taste! Coffee is chic and different everywhere, I advise you to try it at each location, which are decorated here amazingly!
There are now 4 Ala carte restaurants. So far I have visited 2 of them. We were particularly delighted with the fish Meyhana! Serving dishes and making them very tasty. Fish grill for 10 points! Thank you very much to all the staff who decorated the evening on 10/31/2024, advised the dishes and wonderfully decorated the table! Great fellows!
The rooms are quite spacious, clean and bright. A great mini bar, cosmetics pleases! The hotel itself and the whole area are incredibly beautiful, everything is very thought out here. Magnificent heated swimming pool, water park!
The sea is clean and still warm! The beach is very well maintained with a beautiful sand.
I would also like to thank the guys from Guest relation, who respond to every request and wish, are always happy to help you and make your stay here perfect.
While we like everything, we will spend another 5 days here.

Nice, big hotel. The territory has everything you need. Yes, the territory is not comparable to MaxxRoyal, but it is sufficient. Delicious cuisine, varied menu. The reception of the cafe makes wonderful cocktails that are in no way inferior to restaurants in Russia.
The rooms are comfortable.
The only thing missing was the pier. And with a full load of sunbeds, they are almost stuck (although they have never been left without them).

A comfortable hotel, well suited for vacationers with children. The child had something to do. Unlike other five-star hotels, there is good coffee, good cocktails, room cleaning every day, you do not need to catch and ask to be cleaned. The beach is comfortable and there are sun loungers. The air conditioner works strangely in the room in auto mode, sometimes it starts working without stopping and then it needs to be restarted by pulling out the card in the room. Then it works fine.

The hotel is just great!!! The staff is very friendly. The service is at the highest level. Upon check-in, we arrived early, we were placed in a waiting room where you can take a shower, watch TV, relax on the couch. A waiter is already serving here, who will offer drinks.
The rooms are clean and cozy. They constantly replenish the refrigerator with drinks.
There are several coffee shops on site, where there is a variety of cakes. The coffee is great.
The beer restaurant has very tasty and huge plates with beer snacks.
In the main restaurant, you can choose fresh meat or fish (salmon, dorado) and you will be grilled.
A burger house with very tasty burgers is open from 12 o'clock.

The animation is super too! There was an awesome disco on Russia Day. The equipment was installed only for 2 days. We don't have such shows on City Day. We had a great time!!!
The beach is clean. There are no problems with sun loungers at all. Each one has a QR code to order a drink from the bar.

We rest for a week after the May holidays, the family in Zygma is a very good hotel. I like everything about the hotel from the moment I check in. We live in a two-storey room - clean, everything works, two bathrooms, convenient when the family is. The large pool is heated, it's super! The sea is warm.
There are many places to eat during the day - the burger is super!
Very attentive staff at the guest relay, respond to every request instantly!
There is a gym, open from 7 a.m.
The antimators are unobtrusive, but the animation is there.
There are good shows in the evenings, we usually don't go- but we liked it here, thank you!
The sun beds were not occupied - there are always free ones. Towels are on the cards, but if necessary, they are given anyway.
A taxi to Antalya is 50 euros))

Rest at the end of September 2024.
I sincerely do not understand the enthusiastic reviews about the hotel. Alcohol is the cheapest imported, cocktails are delicious only in 2 bars (in the main building and by the relax pool). Qr codes for ordering drinks work in 1 out of 10 cases.
The rooms are tired. You wait 5 minutes for hot water at the tap. The water in the pools is frankly cold (they don't seem to be heating them now). Seafood 0, a couple of types of white fish for dinner. Normal food is only served during the buffet - the rest is either dry-boiled or deep-fried (and they say that any restaurant has a children's menu). A la carte stated that they work during the day, in fact only Italian. In the evening, only by appointment (what about the last century???).
There is one answer to everything - the hotel reserves the right.... But you write if something is wrong!
The service leaves much to be desired.
We vacationed in Ethno in June for the same price of accommodation - there were no complaints. Sorry for the time and money spent.

The three of us went with my son for 10 years in the second half of July 2024.
Food:
A full set for breakfast, fried eggs individually, shakshuka in a frying pan, delicious pancakes, over-dried waffles.
There are a lot of fruits.
Fresh fruits are free (orange and carrot).
The coffee is tasteless (it is better to take it in a pastry shop/Vienna coffee shop/coffee shop on the beach)
Lunch – the menu selection seemed meager. But very tasty borscht, add sour cream and greens – great!
Dinner – there is lamb, beef, dorado, grilled salmon. In principle, the set is complete, no frills. There was always Indian food (masala, curry, flatbreads, basmati, etc.), I love it very much, so I was happy.
In the main restaurant there is a separate room for eating with small children (it is not relevant to us, but still).
From 12 to 16, a food court with street food (pasta, shava, hot dogs, etc.) worked outside. To be honest, it was difficult to assess the taste because it was very hot (July) and besides, it was even hotter next to the kitchen. We tried it once instead of lunch and didn't go any more.
Closer to the beach there is a burger house with delicious burgers. We also ate once.
It turns out that from the end of breakfast to 12 and from 16 to dinner there is no food in the hotel (except cakes and ice cream and an order in the Z-lounge, see below). Even fruits!
Birkhouse is a separate street restaurant with beer. Free of charge 4 types of beer (Ephesus, dietary supplements and a couple more) + chips, nuts. You can also order a full beer plate for free. It's pretty tasty, only some old dried sausages (you can give them to cats). This plate gets boring quickly, but the beer is fresh and delicious, it's good to sit there for it and the atmosphere.
Imported beer is paid!
Pastry shop – I didn't like the cakes very much (worse than in the neighboring Gloria),
Ala-kart: if you're staying for a week, you can go to one restaurant for free. We chose the Far Eastern (seafood). The sushi is not bad, the crab salad turned out to be with crab sticks, I did not like the main Japanese dish, the dessert is delicious.
In general, the kitchen feels a little weak.
Drinks: good cocktails, a large selection. Tequila, jim beam whiskey and 3-year-olds for free. The lobby is probably better with drinks, but somehow it didn't happen to check, I can't say.
The crown is paid! (unlike Gloria).
There are a lot of bars throughout the hotel, which is a plus.

Weaker than in other hotels, the animators are kind of sluggish.
The shows are standard. Live concerts are great.
There are a lot of things for children, a club, group classes.
The main thing is great football for children aged 9-11. Training with a coach every day at 16 and then at 17 football for everyone. The people were steadily gaining.
My son, a football player (10 years old), was there every day from 16-18, I really liked it!
Aquapark: it's worth hiding by the road, it takes a long time to get to it from the sea. But it's big enough. Children of any age are allowed on any roller coaster, the main thing is to put on a bracelet and sign that all responsibility is on you.

Between the sun loungers (on the beach and by the pools) there is a box with a refrigerator inside, there is always water and ice in the refrigerator (and you can throw beer). Comfortable.
At each point of the hotel, you can order drinks to the waiter.
The villas are located behind the buildings, it takes a long time to walk from them to the sea. But the water park is 2 steps away.
There is a place called Z-lounge. You can stay there before check-in (12) if you arrived early, or after check-out (14) upon departure. There are rooms with sofa beds, changing rooms, places to eat (you can order food from a limited menu, but it is quite sufficient).

The general feeling is that you are in paradise, everything is there, not everything is perfect, but the disadvantages are insignificant.

We rested with a child for 3 years on October 1-14. The hotel positions itself as a luxury hotel, so there were more expectations from it than from an ordinary hotel.

Не первый раз в этом замечательном отеле! Очень довольна, прекрасная архитектура здания, внутреннее убранство, комфортные номера, вежливый и профессиональный персонал. Несколько бассейнов, аквапарк, детский клуб, отдельные виллы с бассейном, спортзал, салон красоты, магазины с необходимым на территории отеля. Приезжаем не первый раз, здесь очень уютно! А еще отель соответствуют семейному и действительно для семей с детьми здесь очень хорошо, не нарушается покой при том, что так же проводятся шоу ежедневные( всегда на высшем уровне), развлечения для взрослых не мешают отдыху маленьким посетителям отеля. Для деток есть в ресторане детское кафе, детская площадка. На территории есть несколько A La carte ресторанов, где вы можете насладиться прекрасно приготовленным обедом или ужином. Питание разнообразное и что самое главное здесь вкусно готовят. Рядом есть отель в котором мы не однократно отдыхали, вообще сеть отелей Rixos предпочитали раньше, так вот там может быть и разнообразие больше, но приготовлена еда без души, иногда я удивлялась, как можно испортить то, что испортить невозможно. Я очень рада, что когда-то выбрала Papillon, действительно достойный и комфортный отдых без забот. Здесь есть пивной бар, очень популярное место. Всегда радовало, что при отеле имеется зона ожидания после выселения из номера, где можно комфортно провести время перед вылетом, не продлевая при этом номер. Всего сейчас и не вспомню, так как я вообще-то не очень прихотливый турист, но я ценю удобство и знаю разницу между хорошим отелем и так себе. Так вот Papillon действительно отличный отель, куда хочется возвращаться! Спасибо администрации и персоналу отеля за теплые приемы и прекрасно проведенное время в отеле, благодаря работающим здесь людям, отдых действительно проходит на высшем уровне! Рекомендую!

A strong average man among 5⭐️ hotels. Perfect family vacation with kids. I will write a detailed and truthful review. Just a couple of days ago we returned from a vacation at this hotel. Perhaps he will help you with a fateful choice)))
Positive:
- Clean sea and well-groomed territory. The beach was well cleaned, there was no garbage lying around, the sun beds were cleaned, the tables were wiped.
- Wonderful cleaning, responsiveness and friendliness of the maid.
- Daily replenishment of the mini-bar and rations (chips, biscuits, salted sticks).
- A compliment at the entrance to the room – wine and fruit (photo in the attachment).
- A pleasant meeting with the manager at the entrance to the hotel – they were immediately treated to drinks and desserts while the documents for check-in were being processed.
- Responsiveness of the hotel staff and an instant solution to problems: we solved the issue with air conditioning, brought additional bathrobes and towels (there were 2 of them in the room, and there were 4 of us), an iron with ironing board. It took literally 2 minutes to resolve the problem.
- Amazing Ala-kart restaurants. Be sure to visit the seafood restaurant - it's a dump of the head. The Italian is also good, but some of the dishes were poorly cooked.
Minuses:
- TRANSFER. I know from experience that luxury hotels are delivered by individual minibuses. I saw the latest reviews, who, just the same, was brought to this hotel in this way. In 2022, we visited the Papillon Belvil Hotel, where there was just such a meeting, but this year such luxury did not happen to us. I had to look for my bus in the heat, and then wait for more than an hour for the rest of the late passengers.
- MEALS (in the main restaurant and snack bars). I've seen enough reviews about the excellent food the hotel provides. In fact, this has never been the case. The food is tasteless and of the same type. We have instructed several types of rice, noodles (pasta) – which, I note, have absolutely no taste. The same problem with vegetable dishes ... not to mention the undercooked hard meat, which could not be chewed and swallowed, moreover, sprinkled with some creepy spices typical of the Turks. Sometimes even the fish had no taste… They could also exhibit dried yesterday's baked goods, spoiled margarine. I still couldn't eat cheese… It smells, but it doesn't taste. Miracles)) But it was good: delicious baklava, good soups, king prawns, squid rings.
- DRINKS. Any juices and sodas were diluted with water. The real soda was only in our rooms in the mini-bar. Alcoholic cocktails are completely faceless and the serving is appropriate. There is something to compare it with - in Rixos Park Belek it was just art.
- ICE CREAM. This is my pain. In Papillon Belvil, it was incredibly tasty and viscous. Here, after a couple of seconds, it became watery.
- Wi-Fi – poor reception throughout the hotel except for the rooms.
- ANIMATION. The evening shows are just solid dancing with green dancers and the same movements. I liked only one acrobatic fairy–tale show - Wonderland. Almost every show was not watched, and a couple of times they even decided not to attend. Perhaps that's why animation ratings were low. One of the employees asked us for the room number and our birthdays in order to leave positive ratings on her own (before the start of the show, cards with QR codes are laid out on the table to record opinions about the performance) - this was necessary to wind up the ratings.
- REVIEWS. When visiting bars, Ala-maps of restaurants and providing other services (cleaning, animation, etc.), it was required to leave a review on each occasion at each visit. We visited the Burger House maybe 5 times and each time we were asked for a review. Why bother these guests on vacation? It seemed that everyone was working for the reviews.
- PAID SERVICES. I think that this part is the main problem of the hotel. Endless annoying employees offering trips to the factory + shopping center, SPA, photo and water sports. We went to the SPA, but the staff still kept up with us! Every time, the same person came up again and again and offered to sign up for a massage. It's the same with shopping – we've made it clear that we don't need shopping. But the person still came up day after day and asked "did you decide to go?", then literally 15 minutes later another employee of the same service flew up and also laid out... 5-6 photographers at the hotel – isn't that a lot? All this together does not correspond to a high-level hotel…
On the last day of our vacation, we had a cocktail party in the Terrace Bar for regular guests of the hotel. There we were presented with branded mugs and a charm against the evil eye. And the managers also asked our opinion about the hotel. Of course, we exchanged a few words, after which the owner of the hotel came up and talked to us personally about the shortcomings that should be corrected. He suggested that we go to the Far Eastern Ala-kart restaurant, but we could not get into it by reservation and went to eat at the main restaurant. The staff called and were concerned about the embarrassment that had happened, but we still decided not to go again. In any case, this dinner would not have solved the problem of the restaurant with food and would not have changed the concept of the hotel, since all 3 hotels (Papillon Belvil, Papillon Ayscha and Papillon Zeugma) work the same way, as the CEO of the hotel explained to us, and, apparently, he was not happy that we compared it a hotel with the quality of another hotel in this grid, he even blurted out in Turkish "Well, then let's go to Papillon Belvil!", which, of course, his translator did not translate to us, but we understood because we knew Turkish))))
I think that with all these disadvantages, this is not the level of a luxury hotel. This is the usual average five. And there is no value for money. The trip cost us a lot, but the expectation did not coincide with reality.

For 6 days now in papillon , I wanted to write a review . This is our first time in the papillon grid. We've been wanting to come and try these hotels for a long time.
As other people write in the comments, a consistently good five - no surprises, I agree.
The food is of high quality, quite varied, but without frills.
Everything is very tasty.
The hotel itself is large and clean.
We took a two-room room in the main building, we have a large loggia, the second floor, but there is also a small view of the sea. The service is very good, we were satisfied.
There are many Russians and Germans too.
Russian, German and English are well spoken at the hotel.
The shared restaurant is clean and cozy.
Everything is provided in the room upon request, a pot was given, a cot was given, there are bathrobes and slippers.
There are good cocktails in the bars, well done guys, they try.
I liked that the children's chair was disinfected and covered with a film.
As always, the shows in Turkey are great.
The disco for the little ones is wonderful.
The kids' club is good, there are a lot of toys, they really work with children.

It's inconvenient to walk to it, it's a long way.

The third disadvantage . The paddling pool is very boring, there are no slides for small children, there are no splash pads.
We looked, we didn't even go there, although in other hotels we always spend a lot of time in the children's aqua park.
I mean a pool with slides for children 2-4 years old.
The beach is nice, yellow sand, but when entering small stones, it is not very pleasant for the first 2 meters.
Another approach to the beach is not shallow; it is immediately deep there.

We had a rest together from 13/06/2024 to 21/06/2024.
This is the 2nd time in this hotel. Previously, we rested on 24/06/2022 to 03/07/2022 in the Superior Land View room.
It is said that there was a renovation between these years. We have not seen any significant improvements.
Check-in from 14.00. They were settled minute-by-minute, which is in 2024, which is in 2022.
2024: Luxury Pool Suite Upper Floor (2nd floor). These are the buildings behind the beer restaurant. An undeniable plus is the presence of your own pool. You can swim for 24 hours. It is convenient both for families with children (lived on the 1st floor) and for adults (you go down the stairs and swim). View of the indoor pool. There are private sun beds with beach towels on the balcony.
The cleaning was fine, but we left tips. The air conditioning is excellent, the water pressure in the shower is strong. The technical staff solved all current issues promptly.
The sound insulation is 0... we, like the neighbors, protected each other's peace and did not slam the doors. But the footsteps, the laughter, the sound of the suitcase wheels on the floor – everything was audible.
The minibar was not replenished daily: cola, beer, mineral water, snickers, chips, nuts and crackers, tea set. We associate this with the workload of the hotel.
On the day of departure, the room was extended at a modest price, we were satisfied.
2022: Superior Land View Room. Sea view. This is the main building, one of the wings. The biggest difficulty is waiting for the elevator to and from the room. The audibility of music shows is excellent if you sit on the balcony in the evening. Sound insulation is normal. The cleaning is excellent.
Food: No variety! The only salvation this year was the grill area, as you can choose meat or fish, and the cook will fry it fresh for you.
It's the same thing every day. We were at the Eid al-Adha holiday week. Absolutely no treats.
The waiters are sleepy flies. It is difficult to wait for a free table. By the end of the rest, we were sitting outside, although in the heat, but at the table.
Drinks: The most lame cola in my life. The ratio of water is 2k1 (2 servings of water). Alcoholic cocktails are barely delicious. Even their menu with Papillon's signature cocktails has become weak. At the same time, the bartenders flashed old (the staff has not changed since 2022).
Of note, there is smoked red fish in the morning and delicious orange juice
Alyakart: We only managed to get to the Fish Market. I read reviews that people were already falling from pleasure. As a result, the menu is the same as in the main restaurant, and their snacks are all sour and acetic. The main advice from the restaurant staff is "take a lobster for a euro, it will be delicious." But we can eat lobster in Moscow for that kind of money, so we didn't take it.
The only delicious thing was the baklava show with ice cream and figs from the chef.
I do not recommend it.
Beach: Plastic sun beds with a sealed net. The condition of the sunbeds is monitored, there were no broken ones. The towels are pleasant to the touch, not super terry and already a little tired. The card system in 2024 is terrifying, of course. I understand that the hotel thus provides a place of work for a person, but
The distance between people on the beach is catastrophically small. Due to the 95% occupancy of the hotel, there was not even 1 meter between the sun beds, privacy is out of the question. Sun beds can be "booked" with a towel from morning to evening. We started monitoring this only towards the end of our vacation. If there were no personal items, the towel was taken from the hotel staff's sunbed.
There were always free places on the beach by 10.00. Entry into the sea is generally normal: small pebbles at the beginning, sand, cliff. At low tide, all this increases, but if you sail away to the pier level, then there is a 180 cm tall man standing on a sandbank.
The beach bar is modest. You can order by kewar code. But the drinks are out of the ordinary.
Activity: There is an animation team, it conducts some activities (yoga, aquagymnastics, petanque). I personally went to yoga in the sports area on the beach (fans, towels, excellent flooring area). There is a huge kids club! Animation with children works from morning until late at night, during the evening shows by the pool, the children were busy with their activities.
Evening shows: Sadness. Shows from guest artists. We watched the performances again for the second time, the composition of the dancers from the "nezalezhnaya" was updated.
The audience at the hotel is cold, you won't get any applause.
Vacationers: The audience is cool and diverse. Mostly people from the CIS. There are few foreigners from the EU. There were no conflicts between tourists. The two of us (couples, lovers, young married couples) will be bored. For families with children (there were a huge number of them) and older couples will really enjoy this hotel.
The territory is large and well maintained. It is very green, there are places with shade.
Other: The reception staff left a mixed impression. Frankly, they were not rude, but I can't call them friendly. There are a lot of people, as well as at the reception.
If you arrived at the hotel early or decided not to renew the room, then you can safely change clothes in the SPA area (there is a luggage room, shower, toilet).
We will not return to the hotel. In our subjective opinion, he is not 5.
