The hotel is very nice!We are currently having a family vacation at this hotel!the staff is very responsive, they respond to any request instantly!Animator Ekaterina is a great entertainer for the whole hotel!My daughter is waiting for the evening to get to her!the rooms are cleaned once every three days) so what!what's difficult is to take out the trash and not dirty the room.The food is just space fish every night, meat of different kinds, alcohol yes, local well, what) don't like it go buy a good one!!!so I recommend this hotel

I liked the location not far from the sea and from the road with a stop for transport. A peculiar town with its own vacationers.The rooms are clean and cozy, there are terraces for outdoor tea drinking.I didn't like only the ants (a lot) in the rooms, but they are fighting against them.

Why people write bad reviews, I do not understand, the hotel corresponds to 4 stars, the food is good, the variety (beef, pork, turkey, chicken, fish, squid, liver, always three types of fruits, side dishes are also a variety) the rooms are new, everything works well, the staff tries. It's just that vacationers behave like pigs themselves (it's hard to get to 🗑 and throw away a cocktail glass, for example)If you wanted everything to be perfect, go to 5+, everything will be cleaned up after you (probably)! Wi-Fi throughout the hotel (it surprised me) very convenient! Cleaning for 7 days of rest 3 times (quite enough) the sea is clean, but you need to take corals, go to the sea for 5-10 minutes (we are not a bummer, we went)The water park is also cool, there is a place to get adrenaline! The first week of October 2021. I liked the hotel. The sea is a three-minute walk away.. Really Pierce. But if you go left within half an hour, you get to the gorgeous Nissi beach. And if you go to the right, then a 15-minute walk to the beach in the port area. In principle, I think you will like to walk along the embankment ....). The hotel really liked the food, a wide variety, a special children's menu. The children ate everything). The bar is open from lunch: alcoholic cocktails, children's cocktails, ice cream all inclusive.. You can have an additional snack between lunch and dinner. The hotel has its own swimming pool and water park... The slides are high and different....there is a children's pool... The houses for living are very cozy and clean. Tip: take European-type sockets with you, because our Russian ones are not suitable.

We had a rest in the spring of 2019. I really liked it. The territory consists of the main building, where the restaurant is located, and many two-storey cottages. The room is comfortable and large. Since it is on the 1st floor, we went out to the terrace through the balcony door, and we lived in the sun, drinking excellent local wine. It was a complete feeling of a Cypriot cottage! Add to this the wonderful aroma of oranges blooming around, a great pool and the proximity of the sea, and you will understand how much we got high! Yes, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and the entertainment at dinner by the invited artists was quite on the level!

I will tell you about the disadvantages, they are very significant. The queue to go for lunch, dinner is 30-40 minutes, then the second queue is 20-25 minutes on the buffet. There are days when you manage to skip the stream. The hotel is not coping, there are no sun beds available at 11 o'clock. There is no animation, the kids club is not working. In the water park, the children's area is almost completely broken, the water does not flow anywhere, except for one slide. Instant coffee, grain 5 euros.There is no cleaning, only if you really ask at the reception, the cleaning does not cope with the flow. The hotel says Turkey has spoiled you, no, you just have terrible service. Thank you, the bus was allowed to go to the beach. There are ways to solve problems, but no one is interested in this.
On the plus side, friendly staff, reception, lobbies, waiters, dishes are not varied, but they are deliciously cooked.

It was no more than 5 meters from our balcony to the pool.It's convenient, you can swim and go change in the room right away.The room has good furniture, air conditioning, two TVs. But there is no phone to call the reception. There is a bad drain in the shower, water flows down the floor into the corridor. The master was called twice, he cleaned the drain. He said that you need to pour a thin stream and not for long and then everything will be OK.More about the cons. There were small ants and cockroaches in the room. There weren't many cockroaches just in the toilet, but ants were everywhere.There were no blankets in the room upon check-in. They brought a single blanket instead of two blankets and only by 10 o'clock in the evening. With words, there are no other blankets. I was asked to get dressed at the reception several times starting from lunch. Some individual person is responsible for the blankets, which we were waiting for. In spring, the bungalow is cold and damp, the air conditioner for heating and blankets save.The room is cleaned well, towels are changed every day, and linen is changed every three days.Overall, the hotel left a positive impression.

Price= quality.
I really liked everything in this hotel. Excellent buffet (we went with incl.breakfast and dinner), entertainment programs in the evening (although we went out of season), relatively nearby (10-15 minutes on foot) a great bay where there are no big waves even when they are in principle there. The hotel itself has two swimming pools - outdoor and indoor. They never reached the indoor one, but the windows overlooked the pool in the courtyard.
The room was cleaned daily except Sundays and Tuesdays. I don't know why this is so, but we had enough of such cleaning. The hotel itself is located in the most popular village of Ayia Nara, so even in the off-season, quite a lot was open (compared to other cities on the island). In general, we are satisfied with the hotel! Solid 5!

I liked the hotel! We were in November, it's not the season anymore. However, there were a lot of people, the menu was varied, new every day. Cocktails, beer, any alcohol are served at the bars. The location is perfect, the very center of Ayia Napa. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is mediocre. The pools are clean. There is a playground, a kids' club, animation in the evenings. We had a rest from September 20, consisting of 2 adults and 2 children (2 and 4 years old). We chose it for a long time and were very satisfied. The main advantages
1. the presence of a water park, after lunch and before closing is just fine, the children were ready to live there. It was always not crowded, there is a bar with ice cream and drinks.
2. Near the amusement park, 12 tokens for 10 euros. Tickets from 1 to 3 tokens. Kids were always allowed in for free, they only paid for adults.
3. Located between two beaches. There is a bus from the air-conditioned hotel to one. To Nissi by city bus according to the schedule.
4. Excellent buffet. There is no heartburn and other delights of catering for either adults or children. And very diverse.
5. Friendly staff. They always helped with both the safe and the key. For more friendliness and better cleaning, leave 2 euros.
6. Comfortable family rooms.
7. Flight from Tui to Larnaca. It took an hour to get to the hotel. Friends lived on Nissi Beach and flew to Paphos plus 3 hours on the way.
Minuses:
1. The air conditioner was very noisy. But it helps not to hear the neighbors.
2. In the family rooms in the main building with neighbors behind the wall there is a closed door. The audibility is correspondingly excellent.
3. Animation for kids magic tricks and bubbles was late. It's definitely a late rise in the morning.
We were very satisfied with the rest. The children have been playing on vacation for the third month.

We spent a vacation at this hotel in June 2019. The hotel is wonderful for families with children. We lived in a bungalow on the second floor overlooking the garden. It's quiet, you can't hear loud music from the street, animation is in the main building, so the noise didn't reach us either. The food is excellent, varied, for every taste and stomach. There is also excellent food for children, lots of fruits, always replenished, ice cream all day in unlimited quantities. We went swimming to Limanaki beach, a 15-minute walk along the sea, we did not use the shuttle. It's always nice to take a walk after a meal. Plus, there is a good water park on site for any age and preferences. The main street is within walking distance, shops, cafes, near a large amusement park with attractions for children. The territory is small, but cozy. In the evening, a promenade along the sea. A very good hotel, we recommend it for all vacationers. We will definitely go back there again.

We stayed in this hotel for about 2 weeks in December-January 2020. Large pool, detached two-storey cottages with rooms for 6 each. There is a central building with a restaurant. I can't say I want to go back. The low season may have affected, but there is nothing to do at the hotel, there are 0 animations for children, only an evening disco of 4 children's songs. Poor quality of room cleaning, objectively dirty. Ants were actively crawling in our room. Breakfasts and dinners (we took half board) are also so-so - quite monotonous.

But here it is like in a fairy tale, you reach the embankment, it is 100 meters from the hotel and if you go to the right, then you will come to the sandy beach in 15 minutes. If you go to the left, you will come to the rocky beach in 15 minutes. Both have their advantages, for example, there are reefs on a rocky island and it makes sense to buy a mask and observe fish and other underwater fauna. Chill on the sand accordingly.

We were given room 3101 next to the kitchen, where the extractor hood works day and night and cars pick up products all day, opposite the laundry room (rumble from carts all the time) and cars pick up garbage. I asked the reception to replace the room, but for the fourth day they tell me the same thing, that there are no rooms, although fifty people leave every day.
Although we booked and paid for everything in half a year. For all the time of travel, this is the first hotel with such an attitude towards vacationers.
Otherwise, the hotel is not bad, food, entertainment are all top five.
But think before you go, if you are not lucky with the number, then the rest will be ruined, because it is impossible to live for 14 days under the roar and hood!

I'll start by studying the reviews more carefully next time. I will not come to this hotel a second time. We stayed at this hotel from August 11-23. From the first day, the rest was ruined. Upon arrival, we were checked into the wrong room, but into a cheaper one. Contacting the reception, we received the answer that there are no rooms. And this is taking into account that we paid for another more expensive room. We had to wait for the next day, but the next day they also refused to move us to our room. The girl Alesya (quality control) helped us. She talked to the senior manager and our number was immediately found. There was no light bulb in the sconce above the bed in the room, we were informed about it at the reception, but they did not screw it in until the end of our vacation. Ants also lived in the room with us. And it was also very interesting to clean the room: the linen was never changed in 2 weeks, my husband saw the staff once and asked to change at least the pillowcase and it was changed only to him, and the floors were washed as on the deck, water was poured on the floor and smeared. After that, there were puddles that we wiped with towels. There was also a very ancient air conditioner installed in the room, with a broken remote control, which at one point just flowed like a good waterfall. The employee who came to our aid said that their conduits were very old and had already worked out their own, but they were not going to change them.
The hotel has absolutely no territory, i.e. it will not work to walk within the hotel, as in Turkey, for example.
Also, for 2 weeks we have never been able to visit the pool, since when we arrived (at 10 a.m.) all the sun loungers were already always occupied. We came to rest, sleep off and did not plan to get up at 6 a.m. and run to take a seat. Moreover, they were not released either in the evening or at night. Although it was announced by the hotel administration that things lying on the chaise longue unattended for more than 45 minutes will be cleaned. But in fact, no one collected anything.
The same situation was in the water park. It opened at 10:00 and by this time there was a queue every morning. People (getting up early) ran in, threw towels and could safely go about their business, but most importantly they booked. Even in the water park, there were simply not enough circles, there were no more than 10 of them.
The buffet was a little meager, and the food got boring very quickly. But the most shocking thing we will see in the snack bar. We came with our son to have a snack and ordered pasta carbonara. We were seated at a table opposite the kitchen. The door to the kitchen was open and what I saw shocked me. There was a woman who took spaghetti with her BARE hands and scattered it on plates, which were then distributed on the tables of vacationers. After what we saw, we didn't want to eat at the hotel at all and we left, decided to have a snack at a restaurant outside the hotel.
WI-FI worked intermittently, often for technical reasons it did not happen. The sofas in the lobby of the main building are very dirty and stained.
The bar sold alcoholic cocktails at an inflated price, for example, mojitos at the hotel 6.75 €, and in the restaurant next to the hotel 6 €. Moreover, for this money they were disgusting. And what they call juice, we have it like ZUKO or YUPPI.
Plus, the hotel staff is mostly very friendly and there are a lot of Russian speakers.

We arrived from this hotel yesterday. There are a lot of ants, repairs apparently have not been done for a long time,there was a closed door between our room and the next one,behind this door is the bathroom of the neighbors, through which you can hear them bathing, farting, talking,starting at 7:30 in the morning,there were crabs from seafood a couple of times, there were few fish, fruits too,mostly watermelons and melons. We left at 6 a.m. and they forgot to give us breakfast, although everyone was on course at the reception in the evening.
