I really enjoyed my vacation at the Pitius holiday home.The territory is beautiful, there are many benches, beautiful exotic trees.A beautiful alley that starts from "Pitius" and ends at the pension "Litfond".There is a place to relax, admire the sea, breathe fresh air, enjoy music, taste delicious Abkhazian wine, fruits that are already ripe and juicy in October, especially persimmons.Excursions occupy a special place in recreation.It's just super!And thanks to our wonderful guides, Vadim and Bislan, we learned a lot, saw a lot, captured it on our phone.The guys behaved with us culturally, politely, helped the elderly ladies climb to heights, photographed us with great pleasure.In general, there were funny guides who were interested in making us like it.The food in the dining room was more or less edible, except for the last two days before closing.The salads were all peppery and they made my stomach ache so much that I had to go to the nurse who gave me a nosh.The room was washed once in 10 days, the garbage was removed from the toilet every other day, and toilet paper was changed every other day.Bath towels were changed after five days, bed linen was never changed in 10 days.It was a standard room, and the superior rooms had floors washed daily.The beach is pebbly, the bottom of the sea is also pebbly, barefoot is very uncomfortable and painful for the feet, there were free sun loungers.Once a week, a motor ship sailed, they gathered for an excursion to the dacha of Mikhail Gorbachev and Stalin.Those who wanted to went, the reviews were good, They were taken directly from the shore and brought here.In principle, everything is fine.For 2 thousand a day is quite normal.Balconies were also in each room, so you can admire the views of the mountains and the sea from the balconies if it rains or it's late to go for a walk. Everything is wonderful - a feeling of unity with nature, an almost pristine park! The sea is clean , the beach is in order, the number of tents has increased. The food is delicious and nutritious . You can always choose an excursion, go to a concert in the city. Library, dentist's office, excellent massage specialist Vago! I had a rest from 16.09-29.09. In Abkhazia for the first time, in Pitius too. One-local standard, 6th floor, everything is modest, Soviet-style. Cleaning every day, thanks to the maid. There is enough food, some you eat with pleasure, some you don't (I couldn't figure out what kind of meat the cutlet is made of). Special thanks for the salads-varied and delicious. A big plus is the beach is very close, there were enough sunbeds. The sea is warm and clean. There is a variety of vegetation on the territory, and employees keep it clean. And the smell is a miracle. Will I go again? I don't know. There is no huge delight.

There are almost no questions for the hotel staff, they are trying. Among the advantages: the availability of amenities in the room, meals, a shady park, the sea is two steps away. In general, nature and the sea in Abkhazia are the main advantages. But the hotel is a horror: everything is old since it was built, the elevator causes reasonable fears for life, the food is disgusting, you eat and you don't know if it will come back or not. And for this horror, crazy, absolutely inadequate money. Wi-Fi works only in corridors and halls heated to red.

We had a rest from September 9th to 18th. Everything is fine!!!! Even the grandchildren liked the food. They try to cook at home: simple and delicious. The beach is clean, there are plenty of sun beds. Nature, sea, air..... .I have already done it 2 times, I will definitely come again.

Of course, there is no modern renovation and furniture in the rooms of this boarding house. We took a luxury room for two. The room is very large, there are two rooms, ) two corridors, a bathroom with a toilet. The plumbing is new, the tiles are not the most expensive, but modern. Furniture from the Soviet era (cool at that time), good TV, air conditioning. The loggia is fabulous, 8 meters on one side, turn around the corner and there are still 6 meters. 50 meters to the beach, no more. There are sun loungers, but to take them, you need to get up by six in the morning, borrow, put your things on them and you can go to sleep, nothing will go anywhere, because the beach is your own. They feed me three times a day, I won't say that it's fabulous, but everything is delicious and eat as much as you want. The territory is shared with the pension "Litfond", huge, well-groomed, in lush subtropical vegetation. The price-quality ratio is just fine. In short, I advise everyone who needs a relaxing beach holiday, who needs a cool party, to go somewhere else. The photo shows the view from the roof of the hotel.

Very hospitable people. Conquered by the beauty of the soul of the locals, as well as the beauty of nature. I recommend taking rooms on the 10th floor, where the renovation is. The beach is 20 meters away: sun beds, canopies, everything is free, saps for 250 rubles for half an hour, lifeguards are very sensitive and attentive, especially Denis. There is a cafe where the best coffee and trout are on the grill. The center of Pitsunda is 7 minutes away by taxi. Abkhazia, Pitsunda, we'll be back ❣️

There is an ATM in the building of the Literary Fund, withdrawal without commission. On the highway, the Literary Fund has a shop, beer, cigarettes, ice cream.That's all by location, it's sparse, but there's a Pizza place nearby. On the way back, I noticed Gagra, that's where life is, a lot of guest houses are being built, a lot of cafes and retail outlets. I will add to the review that 95% of vacationers are pensioners, keep in mind.

Everything beautiful that was created by nature is systematically destroyed here by mismanagement, indifference and laziness!!!! Even the clean, wonderful sea does not cover one big fat minus for everything else. The beach is unkempt, crowds of dogs are running around here, they immediately eat, relieve themselves and reproduce. All this is in front of vacationers. No one is watching this. I don't even want to write about the boarding house. The food, if you can call it that, is just terrible. Everything is meat with a taste of rotten meat. You can't eat it. Cattle are fed better. The dishes are dirty and chipped. All the vacationers I talked to went through rotovirus. This fate did not escape us either. All three of them collapsed with a temperature of 38.
The whole holiday is overshadowed. But it is possible, it is possible to restore order and the nearby "LITERARY Fund" is an illustrative example of this.

Currently, it has been chosen as the main base in Abkhazia! I am satisfied with the clean warm sea, cozy territory, magical air, the absence of a large number of vacationers on the beach. The boarding house is located in front of the entrance to Pitsunda. Oh, how I would like to be here in the early 80s of the last century, when it just opened. Excellent location, wonderful park, capital, indoor swimming pool, two steps to the sea.Alas!!! It's all in the past. The pool does not work, the park is in disrepair, the room stock is dilapidated.It gets especially sad when you look at his twin neighbor. The pension Litfond.That's where everything is done for vacationers.I really hope that with the arrival of the new leadership, the situation will change for the better. We were with the children in Pitius in 2018. I wanted to read the reviews. I started with the negative ones.
They mostly write correctly: and that everything is old (building and rooms). And it's a bit boring for young people...
Even the USSR is remembered and called a "scoop"...

Пансионат Питиус расположен на самом берегу моря,вид из окна замечательный : на горы и на море! Прекрасная большая территория с пицундской сосной,эвкалиптами,магнолиями,олеандрами и др.. Пляж оборудован зонтиками, лежаками,правда в недостаточном количестве. Им бы почистить прибрежную полосу от бамбука и было бы чудесное место для загара в тени сосен!!! Обслуживающий персонал дружелюбный и гостеприимный, чего я бы не сказала об администаторах на рецепшен ( конечно не все) . Кухня достойная,спасибо отдельное поварам, блюда без изысков,но очень вкусные!!!Номера конечно с советских времён,особенно "убивают" санузлы,это что то в некоторых номерах!!! Хотелось бы пожелать коллективу Дом отдыха успехов и привести хотя бы санузлы в надлежащий вид,мы конечно не жить приезжаем,но хотелось бы и отдохнуть в нормальных условиях и уехать с хорошим настроением. Вернуться хочется сюда только из за близости моря ,природы!!!

Очень понравился пансионат! Бывший дом отдыха для работников газеты "Правда", построенный в конце 70ых годов. Красивейший парк..прекрасный пляж. Единственно столовая на первом этаже где душновато и однообразное питание с полушведским столом, где вторые блюда выносят официанты. В целом место хорошее и хочется вернуться туда снова! Жаль что не работает бассейн..Он большой и очень бы украсил этот прекрасный пансионат.

Sugar is put into the porridge, tea seems to be made from birch brooms, and not from black tea. Good cottage cheese, butter and bread are fresh and delicious, especially black. The Soviet canteen.

Шикарный пансионат! Близость моря, территория вся в зелени, пляж огромный, лежаков на всех хватает👌👋. Кормят как в СССР,но это и хорошо.. От "всеВКЛЮЧЕНО, уже итак все жирные,толстые и больные. Вода есть всегда. Лифт работает. Кровати хорошие, бельё новенькое. Обслуживание и встречают гостей всегда с улыбкой👍. Евроремонта, в номерах конечно, нет. Но я думаю скоро все исправят и сделают. Тогда и цена сразу подпрыгнет. А пока и дешево и мило. Спасибо, вам, организаторы👋👋👋

Отлично отдыхали! Прям назад в прошлое по антуражу) кухня хорошая. Территория для прогулок, мини-зоопарк с замечательным ручным дагестанским туром)Пляж рядом. Всё чисто.Мало только лежаков, которые занимают с самого раннего утра ,бассейн и бильярд не работает. Обязательно ещё приедем❤

I have a question, how is the sanitary condition of the kitchen checked? I have repeatedly noticed that the spoons are greasy. Another minus on the work of the kitchen.Last year, if we went on an excursion and could not get to lunch, we were given a dry ration. This year the ration was canceled.I asked the administrator where the money for the paid lunches goes, she pointed to the working hours of the dining room!!!! Last year, middle-aged women worked at the reception desk, they were attentive to vacationers. This year, young girls (not all)were inattentive! They were constantly talking on the phone or among themselves, not paying attention to the vacationers. It was necessary to apply several times!

Окунулись в советские времена, 😀 Номер 602 на 6 этаже самый классный . В номере чисто, уборка каждый день. Мебель советских времен, в принципе пойдёт ещё. Дополнительное место не понравилось, раскладушка с оцень тонким матрацом, давили перегородки, пришлось с 2х кресел подкладывать подушки. Балкон угловой выходит и на,, Литфонд,, с озером и на море. Плюс сцена прямо под нами, музыка не мешала, наоборот можно было наблюдать не спускаясь. Попали во время детского фестиваля, шум не мешал, все заканчивалось в 22.00. Столовая обычная, голодным не останешься. Салат из огурцов с помидорами расхватали с дракой😀 Отдыхающие наваливали тарелки с горкой, потом официанты жаловались, что не сьедается и выкидывается. Молодёжи нет вообще, в основном бабули с дедули и и родители с детьми.

Плюсы: прекрасная территория, просто очень красивый парк, близость к морю, хороший пляж, есть лежаки, нормальные свежие номера (мы жили на 10этаже и на 4(на 4 унитаз был новый, душ совсем старый)
Минусы:огромный минус этого отеля-лифт, он постоянно ломался, представьте 10 этажей, всем надо ехать, то вверх то вниз, один лифт постоянно сломан, вечные очереди, нам постоянно приходить ходить с маленьким ребёнком на руках пешком🤪
Постоянно отключали воду, даже потом вывесили график подачи воды с 12-14 и 17.30-19.00
Периодически отключали свет
Балконы, на 10 этаже сделан ремонт, но почему то не тронуты балконы, они ужас какие страшные.

Еда в отеле отличная на 10 из 5. Назвал бы даже шведским столом маленьким.
Пляж отличный и расположен близко к отелю на 5
Для тихого отдыха.
Нет никаких развлечений, если только ходить в соседний отель.
Лифт ходит максимум с 4 пассажирами на борту.
Персонал адекватный и вежливый.
Звезды поставил за ужасные номера на фото всё понятно без слов.

Отдыхали с женой с 3 по 13 августа этого года. Сам пансионат нам понравился. Номер стандартный на двоих. В номере 2- х спальная кровать, телевизор, кондиционер, горячая и холодная вода и душевая кабина. То есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Питание оплачено трехразовое. Питание и приготовленная пища нам тоже понравилось. На завтрак кроме обязательных творога, сыра и сливочного маслапредлагалось 2-3 вида каш как на молоке так и на воде. На обед выбор из 3-х первых блюд и различные салаты и свежие овощи, на ужин тоже разнообразные варианты. Территория зеленая с различными растениями и жеревьями. Имеются скамейки, урны для мусора, атакже точки для мытья ног и обуви. Персонал внимательный, вежливый. В номере проводилась ежедневная уборка. Периодически меняли постельное бельё и полотенца. Нам все понравилось. Рекомендуем всем. Сами возможно приедем в 2025 году еще раз. Татьяна и Евгений .

Территория зелёная, здание пансионата требует ремонта как с наружи, так и внутри, пляж в 100 м, лежаки есть. Бассейн не работает, требуется ремонт, никаких мероприятий для отдыхающих не проводят. В столовой кормят простенько, однообразно и многие жалуются на изжогу и ротовирус от еды в столовой и это не единичные случаи. В соседнем пансионате Литфонд можно и погулять и в кино, на дискотеку сходить. Отдыхаем в настоящее время, второй раз не приедем.

I have been vacationing in Pitius for several years. Mostly in August. And despite the maximum of vacationers, the staff coped. The elevators were working, the water was always hot and cold. The bed linen is excellent. But the pillows need to be updated. There are watermelons in the dining room every day. The territory is clean. There are more sun beds, new changing rooms and canopies on the beach. For such money in high season on the first line and with three meals a day, you will not rest anywhere. The sea is wonderful, I love animals. May God come again!

Отличное месторасположение, первая береговая линия, до моря рукой подать, все цветёт и благоухает, персонал отзывчивый и добропорядочный, пляж чистый, море бирюзовое, в окружении соснового леса, камышей, самшитов, пальм и цветов, рядом озеро и горы. Отличный вид открывается на море и горы начиная с 6-го этажа. Питание простое, сытное, шведского стола нет, все свежее и часто повторяется, если вы не притязательны как к мебелированию, так и к оформлению гостиничного комплекса и питанию, тогда это самый раз. Интернет только на первом этаже, зато хорошо ловит со стороны санатория Литфонд и на пляже :) народу не так много. Оптимальное по соотношению цена/качество. Для детей конечно не хватает детской анимации и вечерних программ, зато их предостаточно в Литфонд, а также там есть бары и дискотека, куда с радостью приглашают гостей. Рекомендую для отдыха как семейного так и если вы приехали один или в двоем, до города - рукой подать :) чистый, воздух, море и атмосфера гор заряжает на долгие месяца. Абхазия очень гостиприимная страна!!!

Отдыхали конец мая 2023г. Всё что написано на сайте отеля-не верьте. Вся инфраструктура в заброшенном виде. Вы не покупаетесь в бассейне,не сходите в сауну,не поиграете в баскетбол,магазинов с сувенирами нет и т.д. ,анимации тем более нет. Понравился персонал и территория более менее на плюс,на пляже лежаки и зонтики от отеля. Заход в море каменистый.Ресепшн и столовая выдержана в стиле времен СССР,чувствуешь себя как в музее. Много отдыхающих бабулечек,похоже на дом пристарелых.Наше появление вызвало удивление некоторых членов персонала. Развлекаться ходили в соседний отель Литфонд,там тёплый бассейн и дискотека. Питание как в столовой,простое,но оно и к лучшему. Плохо кофе не было,пришлось своё покупать. Отдых испорчен не был,т.к.море,природа Пицунды всегда вдохновляет. Отель не для молодёжи ,а для пожилых людей. Слышали ,что отелем начинает заниматься новый владелец,поэтому ждём преображения!

But if you still take a chance, there is an amazing massage therapist in Pitius, an office in a building with a swimming pool (the pool does not work).

Нормальный пансионат, жили на 9 этаже уборка каждый день, еда диетическая, каждый день творог , администраторы в столовой приветливые, решают все проблемы.территория красивая, море и пляж👍. А кому не нравится мониторте зарание, что бы потом не жалеть о поездке

Если хотите погрузиться в СССР, то это то самое место. Но довольно таки уютно, очень хорошее расположение, 50м до моря. Брали номера без питания. В номерах обстановка средняя, в туалете тесновато, но в целом хорошо. В каждом номере кондиционер. Персонал на ресепшен отзывчивый и понимающий. Территория отеля красивая, но не ухоженная. В следующий раз обязательно рассмотрим этот отель.

Пансионат для непритязательных людей. Лично для нас не важны камфортность номера или изыски в еде. Для нас важнее шикарное море Абхазии и пригорода. А ещё простор. Куда хочешь туда иди и плыви нет ограничений , как за границей. А еда вкусная домашняя, и чего некоторые выпендриваться, можно подумать дома наготавливают деликатесы, хорошо если вообще готовить умеют. и в номерах все необходимое есть. Душ, кровать удобная, телек и даже кондей. Что приехали в номере что ли сидеть.

В принципе за свои деньги место не плохое, питание как и заявлено с элементами шведского стола, еда вкусная, свежая. В номерах конечно всё старое, "ванная комната" оооочень маленькая.10 этаж с ремонтом, но там уже и цена дороже. У персонала отношение к гостям никакое, я бы даже сказала хамское, особенно у администраторов, да и в принципе абхазцы не такие уж и дружелюбные. Огромный плюс море 2 минуты ходьбы, на пляже место есть, лежаки тоже в свободном доступе. На территории шикарная природа!
