The boarding house is in a dead state, the lights are constantly turned off (respectively, there is no water) the elevator is in a deplorable state (people are stuck for 1.5 hours, no one cares)They require payment for honey. insurance in the amount of 330 rubles per person, Internet is paid and only in the lobby on the ground floor, furniture is dead, It's better not to come there!
There were 3 times there.Like it.The rooms are cleaned daily, it's cozy in a Soviet way.Buffet, but I liked the selective menu more.Dairy products from your farm. The beach is quiet, smooth, and full of grace. In 2018, we had fun in the "Literary Fund" for 5 minutes walking along the pine alley.
I am shocked by the hotel!there is no pool, there is no buffet table either, the food is terrible, there is no menu in the bar on site, there is dirt all around, the rooms are all dead.and the tourists are here by themselves, there is no animation, no one even informs about the transfer that should lead to the airport, in general, my advice is, forget about this hotel!
Greetings from the scoop of the 60-70s. Everything is old, the furniture is dead, paid wi-fi (bullying in today's realities), the plumbing is old, the auditorium smells damp, the ceiling has fallen off.
Pros - an area with palm trees and vegetation (there is no lighting, you need a flashlight at night), the sea is nearby, rabbits in cages ala zoo.
We had a vacation with my husband in Pitius in September 2018. We are fascinated by this paradise. I liked everything about the facilities and service. For the elderly, this is a quiet family vacation with a measured daily routine. The sea is clean and warm. The room is comfortable and clean. Meals are served buffet style. The only bad luck was with the weather- it was often stormy!.
It's a terrible place. This is not the first time we have come to Abkhazia. We walk through the territories of boarding houses. Nothing changes in pitius. It gets worse and worse every year. The territory is not well maintained, the plates were cracked 7 years ago, so they remained. In order to make repairs, they bring unhappy animals. There is no playground.
At first I wanted to give a slightly different assessment, but after staying at the holiday home I realized that I was wrong and the place deserves 4 points despite some disadvantages. Now in order: 1. A huge plus is the walking distance to the beach and the sea (after the 6th floor, the balconies offer stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area). 2. Transport accessibility as everywhere else, either by taxi, private drivers or excursions from the hotel. 3. stunning nature and tranquility around (music, dancing and fun are in the neighboring literary fund), and here in the mornings and evenings you can hear the sound of the surf and meet the dawn. 4. Externally, the building requires repair, of course (but this is not the most important thing). 5. Very pleasant and friendly staff in the dining room and pool. 6. Most of the rooms, as I understand it, are renovated, the superior rooms are located on the 10th floor, many complained about uncomfortable bathrooms, the superior rooms have showers (a fairly high threshold and a small protrusion inside the pallet create inconvenience), the furniture in the rooms is average, but not broken, there are air conditioners and a refrigerator. 7. perhaps the most unexpected moment is the lack of soap, shower gel (I encountered this for the first time). 8. Wi-Fi is paid (150 rubles per day or 500 rubles for 5 days). 9. It is possible to order excursions from the recreation center (evening gagra, trout farming for 500 rubles per person), other excursions are more expensive in the range from 1100 to 1700 per person. The territory is small, but there is a lot of vegetation, there is a small paddock with goats.
Meso is beautiful, that's all. The food is average, the rooms are too

It's a pretty tired boarding house. But they keep him in a normal condition as best they can. Park, beach, cafe... Swimming pool, sauna... It's not far to Pitsunda.
The territory is poorly maintained. The pool rarely worked. There are 2 dead exercise bikes in the gym and that's it... the photo on the website does not correspond at all to the hall. There were not enough spoons and plates in the dining room, we had to stand and wait. The dishes are washed VERY, very BADLY, wipe everything with napkins first. There were digestive problems. The maids on the 10th and 9th floor were good, cheerful and kind. But at 8 we came across a boor, she allows herself to raise her voice and command where and to whom to sit, when we moved from room to room there was an incident with her, then she did not even say hello once. There was a delay with the check-in, instead of a suite we were offered to stay 2 days in another room, so we had to live in different rooms
An old building, mold everywhere, the territory is not well maintained, the service is disgusting, the food is disgusting, the pool is terrible, there is no worse boarding house in Abkhazia! However, I liked the sea, it was clean :3
The Revizorro team does not recommend the Pitius boarding house
Basically, the old interior of the dining room is terrible, the pool is in disrepair, WI-FI is paid 100 rubles per day, I was pleased only with a clean beach with a cafe on the shore, the password for Wi-Fi was given for free. The contingent is retired.
