The overall picture is excellent.in the standard room, I had problems in the shower stall. Water was flowing from under the structure. Well, if you don't look at it, then you can spend the night. We stayed in this hotel for two days in the fourth. To say that you are DISAPPOINTED is to say nothing! The cost does not match the quality 2 times for sure!
1. We wanted to live in a castle. We have booked 2 standard 2-bed rooms. The cost is 150 rubles per day from one room. Upon arrival, it turned out that all standard rooms (except suites) are not in the castle, but in the former stable! This was not mentioned anywhere on the website and no one warned when booking! Our first and main disappointment.
2. Check-in at the hotel from 14 o'clock, but you can pick up and unload things from the car only after 19. Check-out is at 12 o'clock, but you can drive up by car until 10 a.m. In fact, you have to check out before 10, if you do not want to carry bags to the parking lot, which is located at a decent distance from the hotel.
3. The size of the standard rooms. I have never seen such tiny rooms anywhere. The rooms with double beds are located on the 2nd attic floor, it is practically impossible to move there due to the slope of the roof. I have to crawl almost to the bed.
4. The location of sockets and switches. It seems that when performing repairs, they specially tried to place ALL the switches as inconveniently as possible, always behind the door, behind the TV or in another secluded place.
5. The WiFi signal in many rooms is so weak that sometimes you have to run around the room in search of the Internet to send an email. My wife's smartphone couldn't connect at all.
6. There is a refrigerator in the room, in fact it is not there. There is a public one located on the 2nd floor. Run up the stairs.
7. There is an ironing room, there is an ironing board in it, which is about to fall apart.
As a result, the price of such a room should be 50-60 Belarusian rubles.
After reading the reviews, they refused to have breakfast at the Hetman restaurant.
Among the advantages - friendly staff, cleanliness, proximity to the castle.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room is newly renovated, linen and towels are not worn out. Everything is very neat. But, be careful with the coffee and tea at the reception. They are paid, although there is no price tag on it and the coffee machine is freely available for self-service.

There are burnt areas and scratches on the walls.
In the morning, a silver coin was found in the bed (harmless and harmless, but not very pleasant).
A shower watering can is a fear, it is impossible to wash normally.
The shower tray may be clogged, it does not have time to drain.
The tile in the bathroom is flawed, the builders apparently did not know about the existence of grout.
The view from the window is on an earthen wall, that is, there is no view.

Stayed for 3 days in a suite (overnight ~ $230). The word lux can be crossed out everywhere at once. It's not a luxury at all. There is an air conditioner, but it does not work, they gave a fan instead. Seriously? How to sleep with a fan? The toilet drain was constantly breaking down. The pressure of the shower is weak. The refrigerator is small and opens only half, it is impossible to put anything in there. The breakfasts from the hotel are very modest and tasteless. Upon check-in, the room was delayed for half an hour (no apologies). Room cleaning is only on request. Even it is elementary to take out the trash, make the bed and vacuum - there is no such thing. The number is already lived in: chips, cracks, doors won't close. The staff does not introduce you to the room and the hotel, they just give you the keys and accompany you to the room. At the time of eviction, they do not even specify whether they liked everything. The staff does not communicate with the guests. No compliments from the hotel. Although they celebrated a birthday there. Well, this is not a luxury level in any way.
One of the advantages is that four suites are located directly in the castle, the rest are in the former stable.
There is a beautiful shared balcony on the floor with the rooms, but it was occupied by the Hetman restaurant, located one floor below and rents to its guests by prior reservation. There is no information about this.
There is little entertainment: a tour of the castle chambers, scooters, a boat, a carriage, photos in medieval costumes - that's all. There's nothing to do for more than three days - it's boring.
I recommend that the staff undergo training.

The very realization that you live on the territory of a medieval castle is beyond praise. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, then you need to hang a sign. Peace and quiet. Smoking is prohibited on the territory of the castle, but there is an exception for guests, when leaving the hotel with a table and chairs on the right, you can smoke there, well, drink a cold beer.

Nice hotel, attentive staff, nice rooms. As everywhere in Belarus, everything works properly and performs its functions. We checked in late at night, and found that the lock in the bathroom was jammed. It's not fatal, but just in case, they informed the reception. And after 10 minutes, a locksmith came and fixed everything. In the evening! In a castle in the middle of an open field! Bravo.
And also - there is a wonderful restaurant in the castle. Almost everything is delicious

We chose a place with incredible safety of passports as our first place of residence during our trip to Belarus. One day, when we went inside, the passports of the guests were stacked at the reception, apparently, and there was no one in the lobby except us. Perhaps it was a gift from the establishment, as well as complimentary tea, which became a very pleasant accompaniment to our stay. In general, the place is cozy, in winter you can note a walk through the nearby parks, a visit to the castle itself and a restaurant. The room is cozy, but cool, as it blows from the windows, and even the batteries can not cope with the onslaught of the elements. A sofa is offered in the room as an additional bed, which can hardly serve for these purposes, since it is banally difficult for even a thin girl to fit on them. The Wi-fi was terribly slow, but we're all not ready to work ahead of the holidays. The staff is polite, although sometimes absent. The impression after the visit is that no one is perfect, including this hotel, but we would love to stay here again.

I cannot recommend the Palace Hotel. It's very dirty, the towels stink of sweat, the floors are covered with dust, not a cozy place. The restaurant in the castle is also disgusting. If you want to stay in Nesvizh, I recommend the Nesvizh Hotel and the Skarbnitsa restaurant.

We booked a triple room. When booking on the website, I asked in the comments not for the attic floor. They called in the morning and asked if we would come. When checking in at the reception, they first took the payment for the accommodation, and then said: "Oh, you are so tall, I don't know if you will be comfortable on the attic floor. We can offer a quadruple room." Was it really impossible to inform during the morning call that there were no attic triple rooms?
We were given keys and a magnetic card... and everything. We went to look for the room ourselves, the escort at least to the room is apparently not included in the price.
We did not change the number (N 22), as we liked it at first glance. The ceilings are low, of course. The repair is very, very tired. The cleaning seemed to be normal,
but there was a spider web on the wall above the door in the room. The refrigerator in the room did not work! The receptionist suggested that we use the refrigerator with drinks at the entrance to the hotel. Later, it was clear from the number of packages that we were not the only ones who faced such a problem.
Impressions of the castle are very positive, but the service at the hotel leaves much to be desired.

There were 4 days. As a result, we moved to another Nesvizh hotel 5 minutes from this one, where the level is much higher, huge rooms.

An amazing and wonderful atmospheric place with its own history.
Minuses:
1. The ice is not removed from the yard. Walking from the parking lot to the porch and not getting killed was a quest.
2. The doors in the room to the bathroom and the room overlapped with each other. It's terribly inconvenient.
3. Room service from the restaurant has captured our imagination!..🤦♀️ In the rain, 2 girls carried our food under the open sky for 150 meters. At the same time (attention!) the food on the plates was not set at all!..🤦♀️ It's just impossible to believe, but it's true.
By the way, the food was delicious. But, the delivery was amazing. I remember even six months later. Where can you forget that?
4. Expensive for such a controversial service.

1. An amazing place - a palace and a park.
2. The opportunity to stay with pets.
