This is a delightful magical place, service and cleanliness at the level of👍the Hetman restaurant impressed with a magical atmosphere, delicious cuisine and excellent staff. And you definitely need to visit the castle itself, it's very impressive, plus there are great live music evenings, even though I'm from St. Petersburg myself, but Nesvizh Castle really impressed me, I will definitely return there again.
The rooms are small, but comfortable and cozy. The staff is qualified and fussy. The breakfasts are good. The restrane in the castle itself is an interesting interior. The hotel is located on the territory of the castle complex, the park is magnificent. The city center is not far away. I recommend.

3 stars for the beautiful authentic interior and very polite staff (thanks to Svetlana), but minus 2 stars for the terrible hard mattresses and brick pillows, there were three of us and everyone suffered, hardly slept at night, and the bathroom has been in need of repair for a long time! And do not take the breakfasts, they are disgusting (and you are not warned that there is no choice): they brought tasteless almost cold oatmeal, a dish with scrambled eggs, sausages and toast was cooked a few hours before serving, that the toasts were soft, even raw in tomato juice, and the buns were yesterday's and tasteless! And like the cherry on the cake: a cat was sleeping on a beautiful tablecloth in a restaurant at night, you could see the place of his bed made of wool.
The hotel is located on the territory of the castle and if you do not live in a suite, then get ready for very austere living conditions. The repair is very simple, the walls with wallpaper for painting, the parquet is battered, the furniture is wooden, but very simple, the bed linen and towels are gray with stains, and the pillows and blankets are very old. A TV with the size of a computer monitor and it stands on the table, right at the entrance to the room and looks at the front door, how to watch it is not clear and shows 3 channels. The bathroom consists of a toilet bowl that is not fixed to the floor and a shower stall in which it is impossible to hang a shower, because it does not attach to the holder at all. The water flows strongly, then weakly, then hot, then cold and leaves very badly. There are no cups for brushes. The doors are wooden, they creak, handles and locks do not work well in the whole room.In general, all plumbing, furniture, repairs and cleanliness are at a very low level. The shared refrigerator is only on the floor. And in addition, the audibility from the neighboring rooms puts a fat minus to this whole hotel.
Nice, beautiful hotel. Clean, cozy, polite staff. There is a pond, swans, and a park area nearby. The view is amazing, it's nice to come in the evening after excursions and walk around the park. The castle itself, where the hotel is located, is very beautiful. Next to the castle there is a large playground for children, next to a small pond. There is a parking lot for cars, for hotel visitors, it is free. Breakfasts in the restaurant, which the hotel belongs to, are very expensive, more than 1000 rubles (in Russian) per person. In general, my husband and I were very pleased that we checked into this hotel. We advise everyone)
The opportunity to live in a real castle does not come up very often. If you want to use it, book a place as early as possible: there are many people who want to. The rooms are small but very cozy. The staff is friendly, always ready to provide a cup of hot coffee, which is so nice to drink on the porch of the castle building.
A small cozy hotel right in the castle of Nesvizh. A special pleasure to walk in the evening, when all the tourists have left. The rooms are normal, with a non-standard layout, mattresses with springs, but you can sleep. Clean, tidy, the staff is polite and attentive.
It's very beautiful, amazing. My husband's birthday was celebrated, the hotel administrator Svetlana is such a responsive girl, they prepared a room, balloons and champagne (sooo delicious, I recommend it. "Radzevil") The restaurant was also ordered in advance, the menu was prepared through WA, everything was discussed, it was very tasty.Well, of course the castle itself is a museum, GREAT!!
+
• Excellent location on the castle grounds
• Medium-clean room
• Delicious breakfasts
-
• After 10:00 am, check-in from the parking lot to the hotel is not possible due to some internal rule (not the hotel). No one warned us about this. Family of 4 people, 2 adults, 2 small children. As a result, I had to carry 3 suitcases and a lot of packages over the paving stones to the parking lot.
The hotel refers that the warning was in a letter from the hotel, but it is not so (attached).
• The sofa in the room fell apart when I laid it out (the mechanism is broken), there are shreds of dirt under the sofa.
• The bathroom for the Palace is very small and uncomfortable.
A gorgeous place! I regretted that it was only for one night. The hotel is part of the castle ensemble. Everything is very high quality, friendly staff. A wonderful large exposition of the castle. The most beautiful area around - ponds, beach, park. Excellent infrastructure - cafes for every taste, a dining room, rental of bicycles and electric scooters, antique costumes. And even a swimming pool (you need a hat).
But the main thing is that it's all very beautiful! And to feel not like a guest, but a resident of a historical place is a double pleasure.
The hotel is right in Nesvizh Castle. The rooms are not large, without any special complaints, there is no air conditioning, but it is quite located. In the evening, you can walk around the castle.
Apart from the problem with the air conditioning in our room, we enjoyed our stay.. It is clear that it is not realistic to do all the benefits of civilization in an old building. No one will give the go-ahead for deep alterations of walls and other things. There's a great atmosphere here.. and that's the whole point..
Convenient location
Polite staff
It was convenient to book by phone and without prepayment
The room was for 4 people, separate beds
Of the minuses, there was a terribly old mattress in one bed, the springs pressed into the back🫣
The others were tougher
And there is no hair dryer or slippers in the room
It was hot, and there was no air conditioning either
1. The hotel is not located in a castle, but in a former stable, behind the walls of the main building. Moreover, at one time the horses lived in much more comfortable conditions.
2. The rooms are slightly larger than a refrigerator box. And because of the attic and the low sloping ceilings, as you enter the room, you become a half-fool and move around the room all the time.
3. The room has a cheap renovation, a cheap bathroom, the doors creak louder than a worn Boyarsky saddle.
4. Parking is separate from the hotel. They are allowed to drive up only after 19 o'clock. If you want to check in early, you will have to carry your suitcases on the hump for 800 meters.
5. be restaurant. The prices are Minsk, the quality is Nesvizh. There was not a single delicious dish. They gave us salted porridge for breakfast. On the remark that the porridge is too salty, they said - well, add sugar!
6. The TV in the room from the time of Brezhnev. 19 inches, of course, without smart and other internets. From the connectors - skart (SKART, CARL!!!) So instead of USB, take a video recorder with you, because ordinary TV also practically does not work - everything is in the "snow".
7. The quality of service is low. The staff is impertinent, contradicts and reacts inadequately to comments. They obviously don't like people here.
The place itself is good, the price / quality ratio for accommodation does not match. The quality is lame. You need to work with the menu and cooking in the restaurant. The service in the restaurant is also mysterious, they constantly strive to put dishes on the table that were not ordered.
We lived in an improved family room
It's nice that there was a discount for turning off the water
In general, number 10 is tired
And it's cramped on 4
But the opportunity to walk at night in the castle and in the early morning is wow! You can put up with it for one night
We rested at the hotel on May 1. The economy room in the main building was under the roof, which is not very convenient - they hit their heads several times. The beds are pushed two together, but the mattresses are comfortable, the linen is clean. We spent three nights, but there was no cleaning and even the garbage was not taken away. It would be good to put an air freshener in the bathroom. It was very cold. There is one refrigerator per floor (not in the room). But all the inconveniences are covered by the place itself - a beautiful castle and park. We walked to our heart's content, fresh air, swans, flowering trees.
I liked both the hotel itself and the surrounding parks, although we took a bike and could not go around the entire park. A huge plus is that the hotel is located on the territory of the castle, and in the evening you can go out and walk around the night castle, just as if you are plunging into that era. The rooms are clean, the staff is above all praise, the palace is certainly inferior in comfort to the Mir Castle, but overall everything is fine.
We were on New Year 's holidays - people DON 'T TAKE SUITES !!! There is a lot of space, but it doesn't make much sense - there is a restaurant downstairs with an established smell of cheburechnaya in the room, the water pressure is weak and the water is semi-warm, 1 thin blanket for two, from cleaning - only a bed was made in 2 days, breakfast in the restaurant on the 1st floor is generally a PROBLEM - 1 drink per person on the menu, 1 liquid porridge on sour milk and 1 plate with overcooked sausages, bread and egg...at night, something turns on downstairs at the restaurant and buzzes well...
An amazing opportunity to spend the night in a medieval castle! Great atmosphere, suites in the castle itself (the rest are in the former stables). The children spent the whole night discussing whether the ghosts would come)) The restaurant at the Hetman Hotel is very atmospheric, though we were only at breakfast. Beautiful interior, antique fireplace. Christmas decoration!
A great place to visit. And the general development of history. If anyone wants to have a snack there, I'll say right away - the restaurant is not cheap. As well as housing. But the atmosphere is worth it.
One of the best places in Belarus! Spending the night in the castle at least once is worth it! When the park closes after 18 and you and your family enjoy the beauty of the surroundings and silence-these are not transferable emotions. There is also a good restaurant on the castle grounds with original and delicious food.
The Palace Hotel
The birthday of her beloved husband was celebrated in Belarus, Nesvizh, in the Radziwill Castle! Cool, right? :)
"Lux" - of course :)
We felt like princes! 😎
(the hotel is located in the castle itself)
The room is luxurious! 120 sq.meters:) You can arrange balls!
Furniture is flying away! It is made in the best traditions of European carpentry art! Everything is selected with taste and elegance. The bathroom is a fairy tale! You can write a poem, it's very stylish! 😎
The bed is comfortable, but the mattress is soft, we like it harder, but this did not spoil the experience. The room has a hairdryer, a kettle, a refrigerator (WITHOUT a mini bar, well, suddenly who cares), dishes for 2 people, black and green tea.
Payment is made upon check-in, but it is possible after. They accept the Mir card. And the course is much more profitable. And you don't need to run around looking for an exchanger, it's convenient, in general.
The view from the window is a song! And to the pond, and to the courtyard of the castle! Sitting in a cozy armchair with a mug (porcelain, of course) of tea, I admired the landscape and caught myself thinking: "I wish every morning it would be like this..🥰 quietly, calmly, in harmony with ourselves, without our eternal haste :) ehhh.."
Are you intrigued? Come here!
You will like it! We are absolutely delighted! 💫
P.S. We had breakfast in the cozy restaurant "Hetman" on the ground floor of the hotel (I will tell you about this separately)
The hotel is located right on the territory of the castle, or rather it is part of it, so the accommodation in it is already atmospheric, creates a certain atmosphere, the gates close at night and you find yourself under the protection of centuries-old walls. The standard rooms are located in the servants' wing and are quite ascetic, unfortunately even the small bar refrigerators in the bedside tables were removed. From the entourage of antiquity, there are walls more than a meter thick. The luxury rooms are located right in the main courtyard of the castle and are of course more respectable and interesting with a good view from the windows. In general, the hotel is not bad for a one- or two-day stay in transit. The restaurant in the castle is for three, you can eat, but the assortment is not very large and does not represent any exotic old menu. The city of Nesvezh itself is not of great interest, it can be viewed in an hour and a half on foot. The main interest will be the outskirts with a private sector in which you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the province of Belarus.
A very beautiful place, a beautiful castle around the territory, a wonderful park. We rented a bike, we were happy with the walk. Excursions around the castle and around the territory are interesting and informative. I recommend visiting and enjoying this place. I can't explain anything about the hotel because they didn't live in it. The whole review of the place where it is located
The rooms are very simple and tired. Rooms on the attic floor have a slope on the ceiling, which leads to head injury.
Also, a taxi does not enter the castle territory, the distance to the taxi and bus stops is very long.
The staff is polite.
There is a weak exposition in the castle and it is very boring without a tour. I spent two hours on the inspection of the castle, examined it (closely) in 40 minutes.
I really liked the hotel. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. The room is very clean, it can be seen that it was carefully cleaned after the previous guest (there was no dust even under the bed). The standard room had a kettle, a set of towels and shower accessories. A hairdryer and iron can be requested from the reception. I am glad to have the opportunity to walk on the castle grounds after closing at 19:00, you can feel like a man of royal blood for a while. With breakfast, however, the trouble is that the price for such a modest meal is too biting, fortunately, there are shops and cafes in Nesvizh itself. Wi-Fi is also available, but closer to night I began to slow down. Those who are light sleepers keep in mind — the sound insulation is average here, take earplugs in advance (if someone is in the next room rattling things or someone starts walking in the corridor, you will hear). I did not have a chance to check whether Russian mir cards work, because the administrator warned me by phone in advance that some banks in the Russian Federation had problems with payment, so I withdrew cash just in case. In general, I liked everything and hope to come back here again 👌🏻
The room is decent. I slept better than ever. Quietly. Friendly staff. Bike parking is right at the hotel, strangely but reliably. Breakfast... it is not included in the price, we pay separately. And here it is a little more specific.
Breakfast at the castle restaurant. The interior is pleasant and that's it. If you do not want to stay hungry, then order breakfast yourself from the dishes that you prefer yourself. If you remember, breakfast is the main meal. And that's what they fed us, it was very scarce. Not enough! I still have this breakfast in front of my eyes...
a sprig of parsley, a piece of omelet, 2/8 tomatoes, two quarters of a cucumber, 3 slices of ham, buckwheat in water without salt and oil and coffee/tea with a donut. A doughnut is a tin. and to make it clear, a donut is not a fresh pastry, this donut can be stored for months until it is served.
9 Bread is not allowed for breakfast here, as well as butter...
bread was asked to be brought separately, but it never came.
Be careful, there is not much place to eat on the territory of the castle (there is a restaurant and cafes in the park), they have working hours. On weekdays, the cafe is open until 19. The price/quality will surprise you.Take a dog, my advice to you.
Perfectly! Although I made a mistake with the day of check-in, they provided a regular room. Of course, it's not very comfortable, but it's very cozy :)
I didn't like the hotel itself, or rather the room. It is very small, the beds in the attic rooms are deployed in such a way that they stand in the highest place of the room, and the space with a sloping roof is designed for passage....and there is no way to go there at all, only by crawling... In general, I was constantly banging my head. The air conditioner is hanging, but there is no remote control, no understanding of how it works...I don't think it worked at all. The TV is something that hardly shows...The Internet is there, then not. Everything is normal in the bathroom, except that for some reason the towel rail is hanging on the mirror...
I understand that the room does not cost space money, but the bed needs to be rearranged so that at least someone with a height of more than 1 meter can move around in the room. I'm talking about the single. It is possible that there are no such problems in other types of rooms. I liked the Hetman restaurant, but only for breakfast. Unfortunately, there was no place for me at lunch or dinner. Everything is occupied and I didn't see any small tables. The staff in the restaurant is not exactly friendly, but they do not violate, they communicate competently with mechanically memorized phrases. But you don't feel welcome, to be honest.
But! The administrators are smart, great professionals, polite, interested in helping you and responsive. We are always ready to sincerely help and solve your question.
I judge by the 2 administrators who worked during my stay. I forgot the names, unfortunately. But the girls are very cool 🙂👍
A hotel in a 17th-century castle with Soviet chic.
There are 4 large suites in the castle part. We got the biggest one - room 4 - 100 meters!!! Moreover, half of the area falls on the corridor, an absolutely useless space of this size, except that the children were happy to race in it))
The situation in the room does not correspond to the location of the hotel. There is a historical castle outside, and hotel suites on duty inside. The bathroom is more or less designed in the style of a castle.
But the rooms are not the saddest thing, on the contrary, we had a lot of fun with illogical dimensions, and we were already used to the standard Belarusian design and had no illusions.
Another part of the service was upset. The main gate is being repaired in the castle, they are closed and all guests are invited to "check in" from the back side. In quotes because you can only stop by before 10.00 and after 19.00. The rest of the time, please "***" with suitcases through the park, and then up the hill along the cobblestone castle road, because travel through the park is prohibited.
This greatly spoiled the impression. Although it would seem that one golf cart or a sturdy babbling guard at the barrier would resolve this discomfort. But this approach is not Belarusian)
It's beautiful, clean and incredible views from the window, I put a three only for the lack of initiative of the staff.
The hotel inside the castle complex is always interesting. In the evening, you can have dinner at the Hetman restaurant, which is quite tasty, take a walk in the courtyard of the castle and in the night park.
The room has everything you need, including I recommend it.
Excellent location with a view of the Nesvizh Castle.
BUT the superior rooms for 300 rubles are on the 1st floor, the castle itself is not visible much. The room itself is strange, the switches are incorrectly connected, there are few outlets, the doors inside open door to door. It's much better in the neighboring castle for the same money)
A fabulous place! With legends and ghosts. The room is clean and spacious-we liked it. The staff is attentive - they offered an additional pillow and blanket. The restaurant is expensive. We visited once and then went to the city to have lunch. Special thanks to the guide Karina-the person enjoys his work. Even the children were not bored on the tour! I recommend it!
Friendly staff, cozy rooms with great views, wonderful location. The rooms have heating, which is very useful. There is a cafe and a restaurant with excellent cuisine nearby. I liked everything
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was a single room. The room itself is quite modest. There was no refrigerator in the room, although there was a bedside table under it. By the way, there was a refrigerator in the next room, but it didn't work. At the reception, they offered to use a display refrigerator. Special thanks for that. In the common area there is a microwave, kettle, coffee machine (for a fee). The staff is friendly. Cleanliness is on the top five. Breakfast is very modest, but we didn't stay hungry. All fives are for an unrealistically atmospheric location! A gorgeous park and very few people. The castle closes for visitors at 18 o'clock. We were given electronic keys for free movement.
I was with my wife for the new year, I liked it very much, the rooms are in excellent condition, there is everything you need, the administrators are very friendly, I did not see any flaws and did not want to see them, we had a great rest
It's a fairy tale, it's magic. I want to come back here. Everything is perfect! To walk, to find out, to eat and drink. There is entertainment for children, adults and young people!
Given the location of the hotel, you can put 4. Of the cons, I will note 1) In the description, there should be a refrigerator in the room, in fact it was not there. 2) The TV is small, the terrestrial signal catches poorly, there is no smart TV on it. Otherwise, the price corresponds to the quality, taking into account the location in the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In general, the Palace Hotel is very good. But there are nuances. One of the advantages. I booked a single room. Upon arrival (late in the evening), upon check-in, entering the room, I felt a disgusting smell of sewage. The receptionist accepted the claim and moved me to a more expensive room. Of the cons. There is no refrigerator in the rooms. The TV remote control does not work (the batteries are already chewed), I did not wait for a replacement. There are only 4 programs on TV. The rest of the household services are all OK.
The staff is excellent. They quickly respond to messages in WhatsApp, help with booking. The rooms on the second floor were not very liked because of the fairy tale roof, almost the entire room under the sloping roof is not convenient.
Pathetic, beautiful, but there is no service. The restaurant kitchen closed at 21-00, the suite has a chic bathroom with a jacuzzi, but there was no hot water.
We stayed for one night! Everything is wonderful! Nice room - antique furniture. I liked the breakfast in the castle restaurant, continental, but very decent. I will come to you again. Thanks!
