We stayed for one night, my daughter wanted to see castles and palaces. In my opinion, the only advantage is the location. We lived in an improved room with three people. The room is small, there is no view from the window. The rooms are located on Nesvizh Castle, annex. A view of the courtyard of the first floor, about nothing. The breakfast is continental, in the Hetman restaurant on the castle grounds. So-so. I think the price is too high...

A wonderful hotel. Breakfast at the castle is available for a fee. The hotel is a former carriage house. You can live in the palace complex, on the 2nd floor above the restaurant, but it is much more expensive there. They give an electric key to enter the castle territory. The rooms are 1,2,3-room. Everything is standard.

Staying at the castle, of course, seems cool. So we bought it. But in fact, it is inconvenient to live there. The car is allowed to drive to the hotel only for unloading / loading things. If you need anything later, you have to walk 10 minutes to the parking lot. The hotel itself is located in a former stable attached to the castle. Our family room had a beautiful view of the earthen rampart a meter from the window. I can't see anything else.
There are no air conditioners. The room is hot even with the windows open.
Beds on spring mattresses. The last time I was at my grandmother's, about 40 years ago, I slept in one. When the child turned over at night, there was a sound like a gunshot.
The bathroom was dripping all night. Something was falling in the hallway. I couldn't get enough sleep.
Breakfast is served only at 8 o'clock, but in the restaurant, which is in the castle itself. No buffet. But everything is delicious and high-quality.
By the way, we also had dinner at this restaurant the day before. Nothing special, but 2-3 times more expensive than in other places. Pay exclusively for the Lock.

Pros: atmospheric, we made a discount in honor of Dr.
Cons: the suite is cold, the beds are uncomfortable, the blanket is ankle-deep with a height of 170 ... the pillows are huge and dense, the neck aches. Breakfast is at the canteen level, with no choice. We stayed hungry.
Conclusion: I can't recommend it. At a price of 450-500 per suite, an urgent upgrade is needed.

The impression is ambiguous, and I would like to share the assessments. The place itself is 5, the service is -1. All the remarks of the staff come down to one phrase: "What did you want? This is a castle of the 16th century"! I.e. hot water must be "extracted", drained for at least 10-15 minutes, as a result it will be very warm, no more. In our Suite 1, wi-fi did not work, even on the phone I caught it in the polling corners, and for a few minutes. I had to insist on compensation and refund of part of the funds for the inconvenience.
They gave me one toilet paper, and I had to ask for it again. They haven't been cleaned once in three days. They just took out the trash and changed the towels. The withered flowers were also taken out on demand.
In general, we wanted exotic - we got it. But with such a service, you could stay in a standard room, which is much cheaper.

Unfortunately, I also found myself a victim of marketing. When I saw the alluring inscription "Hotel in the castle", I was in anticipation of the beautiful, already imagining myself as a princess in advance, but all my expectations and hopes were destroyed immediately after check-in. The building where you will sleep is not a castle at all, but a small annex near the museum, the interior also does not fit stylistically - (perhaps in luxury rooms the interior is close to the style of Barroko) The standard room is more like a castle staff room. There's a problem with breakfast here, it's a complete disappointment. Breakfast is held at the Getman restaurant, the interior of the restaurant is striking in its beauty, but apparently this is what they distract visitors from mediocre food. Breakfast includes :
1 lot: unleavened oatmeal from the school cafeteria,1 in 1 hit
2 lot: choose any 200mg drink, do you want more? - pay extra.
Would you like some coffee? oh, and there is no latte
3 lot :
2 delicious pieces of bread, with 3 pieces of sooo evenly sliced cheese, rubber scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of sausage and yesterday's vegetables - bon appetit, dear guests!
and the last lot that may not be (they just forgot to bring it to us) is a bun
The only plus is that you can walk around the castle after 19:00, but here's the catch, only on the TERRITORY, of course, no one will let you into the castle.
To summarize:
If you want to feel like a castle maid, then this hotel is an ideal option, but if you dream of becoming a princess, do not come here in any case - your dreams will be shattered by harsh realities

My disappointment with the approach to the guests.. I needed a room for 3, read the reviews and called the hotel several times to discuss the conditions (spacious and cozy room) and it seems that we agreed on the 1st floor. Well, upon arrival, they add a small 4-seater stable, excuse me, but where is my room?! Usually, when booking, they offer a room with improved conditions and offered to pay extra for a tiny comfort. In the ratio of price and quality 220 b.r. it is extremely expensive for these conditions, and we merged into the Nesvizh hotel, which we wish you (cheaper and more comfortable). Yes, the restaurant is visited, atmospheric and delicious. You don't need a ticket to walk through the parks and into the courtyard of the castle. You can walk everywhere. We have booked an excursion to the castle in advance, great!

The place is beautiful and picturesque, but the standard rooms on the 2nd floor are terribly not thought out. Several doors plus a pedestal in the corridor prevent you from simply going to the toilet and back from the room. The attic ceilings are also very low. You're constantly banging your head.
To make tea, I had to move the furniture, because there was no outlet in the place where the glasses and kettle stood (the cord could not reach the nearest one)

The hotel is "tired" to put it mildly. The photos on the Internet were apparently taken at the opening, since in fact everything has been in need of repair for a long time. The floor is scuffed, stained, and the socks are instantly blackened. There is no drinking water in the rooms, as well as coffee and tea, although there is a kettle and glasses. The toilet stinks of sewage, the drain tank is leaking. Walls, corners of furniture and so on are also chipped and other defects. If the rooms were at least half cheaper, then they would be worth their money. We are very disappointed, the whole trip was saved by the castle itself and the beauty around it

It was interesting to stay on the territory of the castle, but the interior of the hotel itself is absolutely ordinary, but it's a pity, we could somehow comply with the concept. The rooms are cramped, there is a kettle, but no refrigerator, the plumbing is working, the beds are normal, the linen is clean. A good breakfast at the Hetman restaurant. A secure parking space is provided. The price tag is adequate.

The rooms are small but clean. Everything is in good condition. The restaurant is decent, the breakfast is also very decent. However, it only takes 2 hours, from 8:30 to 10:30. The restaurant's menu is quite varied, the service is good and fast enough. I put 4 only because the employees of the castle and the hotel are employees of different organizations and what some say is not obvious to others, such as driving to the hotel by car during check-in and check-out. The hotel says that there are no problems, and the staff of the complex at the barrier claim that they do not care who says what and they are forbidden to travel. I hope they will fix it.

A great place to feel like a part of the history of this beautiful place. We stayed in Suite 2, a large comfortable room, for four people there are two additional couches that are as comfortable as possible for sleeping. Everything is clean and tidy, but the air conditioners do not work (it was not critical for us). There is a kettle and a refrigerator, dishes, appliances for two. The staff is friendly. Be sure to visit the rooms in the castle itself, it's worth it!

We were in a regular room, which are located in a separate house, and not in the castle building, like suites. Therefore, a review about a regular room is not worth the money. If we're going to stay, it's probably in a suite. And so - a regular room without air conditioning with a view of the shaft. From the second floor, maybe the view would be more interesting, then there's an attic, we didn't want it. Overall, it is clean, there is a kettle and mugs in the room. Cooler, microwave and refrigerator are on the floor. The furniture is solid, the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is 20 bel. rub. - meager for your money. In general, I repeat, everything is fine, but not for this money.

Except for the location of the hotel, there are no more advantages. There is never an administrator at the reception. The girl was focused on her "comrade", who constantly distracted her. The room is dirty, even the mugs are dirty. There is a kettle in the room, but the cord does not reach the outlet, I had to boil the kettle on the floor. There is no sound insulation from the word at all. I heard the neighbors verbatim. Of the advantages, probably only the location and, thank God, hot water. Cooler, refrigerator, coffee machine in the hallway. Coffee is paid, there seems to be no water) The audibility is just tinny, I heard all the dialogues from the neighboring rooms. But the ensemble itself and the beautiful territory did not spoil the impression much. It's a pity that we didn't get good service, but we didn't expect much. To sleep through the night is normal.

I had a chance to visit the castle. the impression is not forgotten both from the castle itself and from the surrounding nature! the most picturesque place! we stayed at the Palace Hotel for a day, a cozy hotel. the staff is friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the Hetman restaurant on the castle grounds. very attentive and pleasant service staff. the portions are huge. everything is fresh and delicious and found entertainment for a small child! e it was 10/15/2023, and I advise you to come in the warm season. a very beautiful place!

It's all good. A warm welcome. The room is clean and bright. The attic floor causes some inconvenience, you need to get used to not hitting your head on the ceiling.... The ventilation in the bathroom was turned off in the evening for some reason, everything worked in the morning. It was disappointing that the exit to the Castle rampart was closed, so the evening walk around the Castle was not impressive. Overall, everything was fine, thanks for the reception.

We spent the night in a regular room for 150 rubles. Nothing special, but cozy. The location is not in the main building of the palace without a view (in the attic, a small window in the roof overlooked the edge of an earthen hill). If you want a great view of the park, you will have to pay Half a thousand rubles (500 rubles) for one night in the main building of the palace.
Positive: the staff is very responsive, they will always help and prompt, there is everything you need. If you take breakfast for 18p., then eat enough 😋
Cons: I would like the floor in the room to be free of dust and hair of the previous tenants. The windows in the attic are very small

A wonderful place! A beautiful castle! Nature! Cleanliness, I have not seen this, even the forests along the roads are cleaned and well maintained! You can't find a cigarette butt on the highway, let alone other garbage! Storks are flying! Some kind of paradise on earth. And there are no fewer cars with Russian license plates than local ones! Unfortunately, it was not possible to visit the hotel. On February 27, 2024, we booked 2 family rooms to meet with friends on May 11, 2024. Plans have been agreed, vacations have been arranged. But on April 1, 2024, a message came in the messenger that we were being denied accommodation due to some kind of overlap in the booking system. That their site is Ukrainian and it is not always possible to correct some points. In our case, there was no need to adjust anything because we booked rooms by phone. We were told that there were double overlays in the system. It's probably the stupidest excuse they've come up with. We were just stood up, apparently someone needs to visit the Palace more.

Great location. A wonderful castle. But the hotel did not leave the best impression. In the ironing room on the 2nd floor, the iron outlet creeps out of the wall. The soles of the irons are dirty, I ruined my T-shirt. There is only one trash bucket in the room and the small one that was immediately overflowed. The shower cabin is leaking due to a blockage, the water is not leaving well. There is something to work on!!!
