The staff was probably not in the mood, or dissatisfied with something, maybe because I'm from Moscow.
The second floor is for smokers, because of this, the whole hotel is like an ashtray.
Komsi-komsa numbers, haven't seen maintenance for a long time!

We were a family in Kostanay, stayed in Osrov in a junior suite, we liked everything. The kitchen should be especially noted. The children are small, but they ate everything with pleasure!

We had breakfast in the morning and the rested ones set off again. We definitely recommend it and now only here!!!! Very satisfied)))
When I visit Kostanay, I always stay at the OSTROV hotel. A wonderful hotel, clean and cozy rooms. I recommend it to everyone. Anyone who visits once will want to come and stop to rest again.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, the service is good. But what about the silence is just terrible, there is no isolation noise at all. Simple conversations can be heard even through the wall.
