It is not possible to sleep at night, next to the station, under the windows there is a highway with a bunch of drunk people coming out of the sauna, a scream all night under the windows, of course you can't close the windows because there is an air conditioner that makes noise like a jet fighter, it is not possible to sleep with it, and with the windows open too, in short trash and not night, the only thing what's normal here is that the linen is more or less clean, that's all, there's nothing else to do here

The whole impression of the hotel was spoiled by the attitude of the receptionist at the reception to a seemingly small problem-after leaving the hotel it turned out that the phone charger was forgotten in the room, quite expensive. The room has already been occupied by new guests. The receptionist did not allow her to go up to the room, refused to go there herself under the pretext that she did not want to disturb the residents, limited herself to making a phone call, which no one answered. The question remains: did she call the right number?She promised to call back at the number she left when she saw the tenant, but did not call back. And judging by her response to my call, it is unlikely that she bothered to ask the new tenant if he had seen the charger left in the room, as she replied rather impolitely: who besides you needs your expensive charger, we have no iPhones. And when I said that I would write an appropriate review, she replied, well, come and write. That is, by and large, she does not care about the reputation of the hotel. And we still have a very unpleasant aftertaste. So, dear guests, be attentive to your belongings, do not forget in the rooms. You risk saying goodbye to them forever.
