I have never seen a worse 5* hotel. The paintings on the walls of the hotel are beautiful, but they are hung crookedly, as a characteristic of the entire hotel and the rest in it. Ultra all inclusive with paid fresh drinks, lack of bathrobes in the rooms, the usual and daily monotonous kitchen, lack of staff in the restaurant, out of 6 bars, a complete list of drinks for only 2, it is unclear for what reason the pier is disassembled and stored in the recreation area (and this is only superficial, I do not find fault with the little things). One of the advantages is the children's room and its staff. The value for money played a role, the tour was almost 50 percent more expensive for early booking in March than it was possible to fly to the hotel by buying a tour in early May. We obviously overpaid a lot, after the price drop, the cost of the hotel became quite inadequate and relevant to reality. I will not go to OKV5 * for the second time!

The hotel has 3.5 rooms . The food is standard, you won't see anything special. For example, there is no ice cream. The room stock is old. The elevators are slow.The territory is small. The beach is well maintained at 3.5 out of 5. We were at the end of March 2023, the basik was not heated. There are a lot of Pakistanis. The spa center is so-so, two steam rooms, one did not work. Overall, the hotel is great! The territory is compact!
Positive :
1. Animation 😊(special thanks to Lina for the wonderful water aerobics jump fit on which I almost ran out 😂. As well as incendiary dancing on the pier, thanks to Vika for pleasant conversations on the beach in the evening, it's a pity that she was transferred to a children's club, I wish the animators had more time to communicate with the guests)
2. Miniclub. This is the first hotel in our life in which the Miniclub works from 10 to 21 without a break. You can leave the child, and go to the market yourself)
3. The cleaning is excellent. We lived in the family room. Despite the fact that when you come in there are 2 beds right there (but this is not critical, because we only came to sleep in the room) Towels are changed every day, all the necessary accessories are also put on time.

What's the minus for?
1. The restaurant. No, the food is great, everything is at an excellent level, although sometimes there were barbecues with blood (sorry, but I won't eat raw meat, and you won't give it to a child). Places in the restaurant are a separate topic. If you can accommodate 1.5k people, you are kind enough to provide everyone with a place to eat. If you do not come to the restaurant at exactly 19, then be ready to eat standing up! Because the people are already standing outside the restaurant at 10:19 and waiting. As soon as the doors open, people RUN to take tables.
2. Coffee dispenser. I will devote a separate topic to him. He stands there alone for coffee and tea. I understand everything, the td pandemic, but of all the giveaways, he was the one who annoyed me the most! While he's pouring tea for others, why should I wait? I want hot chocolate! He's also trying to pour it into a plastic cup! Let him drink from it himself. Every now and then he pours not what you need, but also makes such a face as if everyone owes him! It would have been much more convenient if he hadn't been there! He was the one who really pissed me off the most. In general, it is because of him that the minus is, but Lina and Vika saved the situation, for this +)

This hotel was also known in the past as Vera Mare. This hotel is convenient because all the locals (taxi and minibus drivers know it). It is like a landmark for the neighboring hotels. Separately, I would like to highlight the Pier of this hotel, closed to outsiders, with bungalows and sun loungers, a separate descent into the sea and a bar, which is located right on the pier.

This review is primarily for those who go on vacation with a non - walking disabled person 👌
We were on vacation from 10/30/2022 to 11/14/2022, we took a family room, since we had a wheelchair-disabled child, we selected a hotel according to accessibility and, of course, finances, because prices for this period flew up unrealistically - in general, we stopped at orange.
+ the rooms are generally clean , cozy , and bright
+We got into the velvet season - the temperature is comfortable (well, it's in any hotel )
+wheelchair accessibility is excellent (although it is important to push the stroller on the bridge)
+ upon arrival at the Pier, there was no transition , on the second day a transition was made for us and the child rested on the pier without any problems
+overall beautiful area, especially liked the Pier
+ the cuisine is also quite diverse (however, it is not so rich and refined, I wanted more seafood , stacks , which was almost non-existent, once in two weeks they served crabs , a couple of times sea bass and that was it - it was sad)
+ hotel thanks to the guys from the service and the rescue team , everyone is in support , mostly in a great mood 👌they helped me a lot with my daughter
+linen and towels were changed every day
What from -
- my earrings disappeared in the room after cleaning , I left them outside the safe 🤷♀️
- the bar is sparse in the rooms and the dude who is responsible for replenishing has not brought anything to us for several days
- ‼️‼️‼️For people with disabilities , neither a shower nor a bathroom is suitable at all , there is little room for a healthy person there - this is trash , of course
- the phones in our room were not working
- if the view is not on the sea, then the balcony is closed and ordinary (plastic chairs and a small plastic table)- boring!!!
- my head ached all the time after alcohol 🤷♀️

From a good, clean new rooms. The furniture is new, the hotel itself is clean, the cleaning is good, the territory is small, compact, not much to roam around, but there is everything.
The hotel is not for a family holiday, but rather to hang out, to retire.
Entering the sea of pebbles, and steep, with children is a bad option. You walked in and in two steps you're up to your neck.
The children's pool is always occupied by sun beds, with 3-4 children in the pool and parents on three sun beds with full plates of snacks and drinks.
The restaurant has a separate rating for it. It seems that everyone is trying, but the service is not debugged. Delicious food, lots, varied, but it's an outrage to pay for 5 * and wipe the tables yourself. To eat, you need to try to find a table, especially for dinner. Be ready to clean the table yourself to make room for yourself. Putting two apples in a plate is also like tearing it out of the personal. There is no question of cleaning the table. Breakfast - guys, where's the porridge? We are a family of two adults and two children aged 3 and 10. We are currently in a hotel for 14 nights, but I want to go home, this rarely happens. We won't come back to you anymore.

I rested here for 10 days in September 2022, I will immediately write a huge and most important minus - the terrible rotavirus in the hotel! When choosing, keep in mind that you can spend half of your vacation with a fever and a gastrointestinal disorder. As for the advantages, there is a great beach, a clean beautiful sea, with a good sunset, there is a pier with gazebos from the sun, there is no music on the beach, there is a bar (do not put ice in drinks, due to indigestion). The location of the hotel is not bad, it takes about an hour to drive from the airport. The territory is very small, there is only a large swimming pool, children's tube slides, a yoga lawn and a couple of bars. A big minus, of course, is the very loud disco in the evenings - it just thunders so that you can't fall asleep until it's over. The animation seems to be good, people were constantly invited to yoga, beach volleyball, or aerobics in the pool. The food is very diverse, there is a lot of choice, for every taste, they cook extremely well, but there is a nuance. Plates-spoons are not super-clean, like paper cups that are given at the bar, it is better to have your own reusable glass and wipe all appliances with alcohol napkins. Personally, I would not recommend soups with fish, there is a suspicion that they cost many days. Another disadvantage is that the dining room is VERY noisy, especially at dinner. According to the contingent, everything seems to be decent, Turks, Germans, Kazakhs, fights -I have not seen drunken brawls. The lobby bar is also quiet, overall the hotel is not bad. There is nowhere to go for a walk around, you can go to a local shopping center, except maybe with children to a local disneyland. And so only the beach and those excursions (mostly by sea) that the hotel guide will offer. But if you choose it, I strongly advise you to take rehydrone, activated charcoal, painkillers and antipyretics with you, because due to the large number of people here there is really a hotbed of rotavirus, you can get sick even if you carefully monitor hygiene.

We rested at the hotel with our family in August, we were satisfied with our vacation, only the hotel and Belek left good memories.

The maximum is only possible to take a side view of the sea, but only in 4 sections!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vacation in 2021. I liked everything, except for the failure in terms of service in the canteen. Due to the pandemic, the price of early booking has been reduced by almost 2 times - and this must be taken into account. The waiters didn't know what to grab onto, or how to do it at all. The distribution also failed. Fruits were given out a little, but they were! Watermelons, tolerable melons, sometimes cherries. You had to stand behind the fish for the whole dinner :). At first, it was easier to pour tea and wine for yourself - but then they got the hang of it a little. At lunch, a great snack bar near the beach was saved: pizza, fruits, pasta and many other edible food. The bar right on the beach had ayran, tea, water, beer, cocktails. The equipment of the hotel is close to the premium. The food is good, the sweets are expensive and of high quality. Belis is normal. The STAFF IS FRIENDLY. The animators are a bit tortured, but they treat children very well. Photographers and sellers are not arrogant. Cleaning has also been greatly reduced. The territory, the beach is super. The village is suitable for walking and there are shops.

We arrived from the hotel on 07/17/2021. The overall impression was good, the hotel was clean, everything was new and beautiful. The rooms are similarly furnished and renovated. We lived in the second building of 2 adults and a child, when we checked in there were beds 2sp + 1sp + cot, there seemed to be not enough space in the room, but the next day the cot was taken away and it became more comfortable. There are enough cupboards in the room to accommodate all the things. As for the other room, these are pillows, they are large and very expensive, I personally can't sleep on them. I didn't like the cleaning in the room, the floors didn't seem to be washed at all, at least a couple of times in 8 days it was possible, but I didn't notice that they were washed.
The territory of the hotel is small, but it did not bother us, you can walk quickly with a small child, it is close to the sea.
According to the restaurant, when the hotel is fully loaded, it is really very crowded, but we always found places and if asked, the table was cleaned for us. There is no baby food, I had to choose from what I had. And the children have nothing to eat for breakfast.
The sea is beautiful, warm, the beach is good, there were always enough sunbeds, large pebbles caused a little discomfort, but these are small things.
There is a playground on the beach and a mini club. Animation in the evening, then a show and a disco on the pier.
Wi-Fi is good everywhere, both on the beach and on the territory.
The territory is well maintained, you can find a place to take pictures.

Good afternoon, I was at the hotel from 07.07 to 15.07. Solid 3 stars can be put. Cons-food, entrance to the sea with stones (very inconvenient, painful), open sea, so it is not suitable for children, 3 meters deep, the tide and waves begin at 11 o'clock. Room cleaning consists of making beds, removing trash and putting toiletries. The floors are not washed, there were torn sheets on the bed. There is practically no territory, only a swimming pool with a huge concentration of chlorine, and a path to the sea. There are huge crowds of people in the restaurant (I would say it looks like our dining room), there is nowhere to sit, queues - everything is put by one person and of course he does not have time... The food is very mediocre, even mashed potato powder... By the end of the vacation, they got upset stomach and intestines. One of the advantages is our attitude to positivity, the sun, the sea and everything🤷 Operator tui - the return transfer took instead of 30 minutes to the airport, 2.5 hours, until people from all the hotels gathered in a large icarus.... They didn't even offer water. We flew with Yamal Airlines, there was nowhere to put our feet between the rows, mediocre, at least they gave us water. But we are still glad that we got out to sea, out of the house, out of the constantly covid topics and just changed the situation. We wish you a good rest always, no matter what😉
