The hotel is not for children! The beach is PEBBLY and dirty, the rooms are DIRTY, and indeed everywhere in the hotel is dirty and not cleaned. We arrived late and were at the hotel at 21-00 ... so it turned out that dinner was already over and they didn't even leave a dry ration for the children (as it should be in 5 stars).. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the food is terrible, as long as we were in Belek in other hotels, everything was 5 stars, and here the food is 3 stars. Cleaning for 1 star, they forgot to bring soap, shampoo, went themselves, left tips, but it didn't help either. The floors and tables were not washed at all. Today 11.08 we are still here, tomorrow we fly away, the time is 12:30, we did not clean at all. The mini bar is rarely replenished, they dragged it from the restaurant themselves. The staff does not understand 80% of Russian. Ordering a cocktail at the bar is just a tin, neither the menu, nor they say, understand anything. Therefore, I drank beer and a couple of cocktails, which were prepared the same way. In general, they were upset. The impression was not very good for this hotel and the staff. Although we don't fly to the same hotel, I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. Let's start talking in Russian and learn how to clean up. Otherwise there won't be any people here. The hotel is a solid four plus. We were very worried after the negative reviews in August 2021 to go to this hotel. And in vain, the only thing on September 1st was really no tables at dinner AT ALL! Such a top five, you must agree.. But, we got a room on the ground floor 3008, very good, quiet, clean. Towels were changed every day. The bar was replenished with juice, fanta and Cola, mineral water, juice and water without gas. WiFi is on the level. Cleaning is like everywhere else, shampoo-conditioner-lotion-soap on the first day of arrival, then replenished randomly, but this is the scourge of all inexpensive fives. There were also slippers) the bed linen was snow-white, the beds were comfortable) the pillows were hell, like bricks, but we rolled up the blanket and slept fine. The food is all edible, quite diverse, delicious shawarma of 2 types near the beach. Ice cream from 12 to 16.00 is delicious, of different types, about 6 options. Queues are only at the beginning, then normal. By the way, there are not so many queues for food everywhere, although the hotel has a full load. We didn't understand what the concept of ultraall is, but we don't drink much alcohol, so it's normal. Don't wait for seafood, there were mussels only once a week, without flaps, delicious, mutton a couple of times, local fish, but also normal. I can't say that I enjoyed my stay at this hotel 100%. We rested at the hotel for a week from 12.09 to 19.09
. I'll start with the advantages, but they are there and this is already good.
1. The hotel is located on the first beach line. It takes 40 seconds to walk from the hotel to the beach.
2. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained and compact, you do not need to overcome kilometers of incomprehensible greenery to get to the restaurant or to the beach or to the pool. It takes no more than 1 minute to get to everything.
3. The design of the hotel is pleasant, modern - the rooms are in good condition, quite stylish. They are also decent in size.
4. Everything is fine with cleaning the room, we left $ 2 with a note to wash the floor for us, it was important for us, because a crawling child. The floor was always clean.
5. The animation in the hotel is good. They constantly hold various events, foam parties, the dude flew around the pool on a flyboard. The evening show is good, not just amateur animators, but invited artists.
6. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is good. You sign up once and then there's always Internet everywhere and it doesn't crash.
Now about the cons.
1. The biggest disadvantage of this hotel is the food. It's just plain tasteless. There is a lot of choice, but everything is over-salted, undercooked (a couple of times I came across raw lula from the grill). Drinks and alcohol are tasteless. The whole food court by the beach is tasteless. The ala-kart restaurant, which can be visited for free if you stay for 7 days or more, is tasteless. The fish was over-dried. In general, all the food, just so as not to starve to death. It is impossible to get pleasure from it.
The only thing I liked was the coffee (latte, cappuccino) in the coffee shop. Well, nothing sweet. There are plenty to choose from.
2. Another thing I didn't like was the cigarette butts on the beach. To put a child in the sand to play, you must first clean up.
3. The music by the pool is too loud. It is impossible to stay with a small child so as not to go deaf. There is no rest in a room with open windows.
4. I went to the spa at the hotel. I liked everything. Besides the fact that their main Turk after the spa offered me to go for a massage with a good discount, and then he told me the same price that I initially paid. The divorce settlement.
5. There is not enough entertainment for children. The playground is so-so. I can't appreciate the children's show, because we are still small.
In general, for the money we went to it, the food could have been better. Everything else is small stuff.

The hotel is wonderful! The rooms are renovated, Wi-Fi is powerful, even on the beach!!! It is important! The staff is helpful, the food is beyond praise! The animation is gorgeous! Clean, cleaned all the time. In general, we have been to Turkey many times, in 5 stars, but we have never had such a hotel, there are simply no complaints))) I highly recommend it!

We have been staying at this hotel since August 2, 2021. We really liked the hotel, it is not the first time in Turkey, there is something to compare it with. Someone wrote about the color of the hotel, that red is like in a mental hospital, for me this is not a problem at all because the service is excellent. Cool animation, pool games, always cleaning, changing all the towels, cleaning,washing. The food is very tasty and quite varied. Every day of the disco is just a bomb.there are cool cocktails of pina colada, blue lagoon, tequila sun Rice, mojito and many more.We will definitely come again. I am currently staying at this hotel. To say that you don't like the hotel / to say nothing. Five stars... What are the five stars?! Where are the five stars?! Why did they give you these five stars ...
probably there is only one plus here - it's animation. Here are the guys working out to the fullest! Aerobics, water polo, volleyball, other activities, foam parties, discos - here you can safely put an A plus! Thanks guys!

Firstly, absolutely, there is no territory at all. The pool is small, there is a bridge over it and here you are on the beach. All..
Secondly, dirt! There's dirt everywhere! I have never seen such a dump in any hotel in Turkey! The dining room is dirty, there are spilled drinks on the bar counters, plastic cups, tubes, plates are floating in the pool. And most importantly! Today our children found POO! They just calmly swim along with toilet paper in a pool with slides. And there are a lot of children there, because there is nothing else in the hotel except these pathetic three slides for children. It's a shock.. We have not received an answer to our question about how the pool is treated and cleaned here.
Thirdly, food.. sad sadness. Well, like, there's a lot of everything, but it's just an appearance. There are a lot of people, queues everywhere, employees barely move at the distribution. To take at least something from the grill, you need to stand in line for 20 minutes. There are not enough tables, everything is lying around. There are no spoons, you need to look for forks. In short, darkness. Apparently, they don't know about any seafood and fish here. While you're finishing up, a man runs around you with a waste cart and throws everything there, as if hinting that it's time for you to get out of here.
Fourth, the service is disgusting. There are a few friendly waiters, the rest are just doing you a favor by basically pouring you drinks. They are rude all around, fuck you, in principle, you came here. Although, however, they are quite kind to their Turkish guests. And you Russians go back. Fresh juices are paid, popcorn for children is paid. Ice cream is served by the hour.
Well, probably more or less nothing, these are numbers, and even then for four.
Therefore, people, honestly, if you want to get a normal Turkish service, and not that's all, never buy tours here! Believe me, I have something to compare it with. And I will never, ever come back here again, and I certainly will not advise anyone to rest here.

We rested from 09/01/2020 to 09/19/2020. The hotel is very nice, including for families with children, everything is provided for them. The hotel is not boring, for those who want to diversify their holidays outside the territory, you can rent a car right at the hotel according to Russian rights. They make a discount for more days. Also from the hotel you can go to the Diazz leather and fur store at the factory that sews. The choice is huge, 3 floors, you can bargain well. The trip is absolutely free and does not commit to anything, you will not like it, do not buy it. But there's such a huge selection! Thanks a lot to Emil, he will organize and explain everything, speaks excellent Russian and will help with any question. The overall impression of the rest is excellent, I liked everything, I recommend the hotel.

Nice spacious rooms. Varied food, there is a children's menu, diet dishes, porridges. There is a good selection of drinks in the bars, there is Turkish coffee (boiled, ground). Very tasty tea, pastries and oriental sweets in the confectionery, gozleme pancakes are baked with different fillings 6 days a week from 11 to 16. Ice cream of different types (about 10 flavors). The beach is sandy, but there are small pebbles at the entrance to the sea, there is a pier entrance.

The staff at the restaurant is something. They throw up their hands at any request, constantly with phones in their hands. In general, they definitely do not understand why we go to a restaurant, they work so slowly that they cannot call it work. In bars, wine glasses are washed themselves under the tap, dirty, you need to check. Cocktails do not know how to cook from the word at all. Tequila sunrise is a brand of tequila for them, they searched for a long time until they were explained. Even the mojito is missing. In general, no one checks the staff, as if relatives have been recruited and everything is based on trust. The staff pretends that they don't know any box, but you know that they understand everything. Perseverance is our everything. Evening shows are a laugh, our amateur activities at school reveal more talents than here in the show. The first time I encountered such service at 5* I rested well, the sea and the sun did their job, but I will never return to this hotel. I do not recommend it. Yes, imported alcohol is of high quality, but that's if you know what to ask for. Dear tourists, before going to this hotel, read all the reviews carefully!!! It's not a 5 ultra, it's a great three. So, upon arrival at 23:00, we were settled quickly enough, but according to the staff, there were no others in the isolation room of the TC. We lived for three days, it's not clear where, on some kind of island. We talked to the guide, he said that the hotel was overcrowded. OK, we came to the sea, not to lie in the room. There are norms for adults in the restaurant, only noodles and French fries for children. Three days later, they moved us to a normal room, and were very surprised that we had not addressed our question earlier. The territory is small, there are only 3 water slides. The animation is good, I won't say anything. The room is practically not cleaned, the towel is changed every two days, the floor is not washed at all. Well, okay, I repeat, we came to the sea. So, the evening before departure. The reception says there is no information about our transfer to the airport. We call the guide again, it turns out. Everything has been known for a long time, but there is no time to print at the reception. Next, they evicted us at 11 instead of 12, CUT OFF THE BRACELETS ALL INCLUSIVE!!!! And it turned out that the only entertainment available to us was the lobby bar, where you can only drink water and coffee, you can't move around the hotel anymore, and you can't even go to the sea. There were three hours left before the transfer, while the management was trying to persuade us to allow us to eat (we were not alone, we had a family from Moldova with two children with us), it did not lead to anything. We went for a stealthy swim, our friends brought us something to eat (they also hid very much because the hotel security was watching us very much) and finally left this nightmare. This hotel is not worth the money!!!! We will never come back here!

The third day at the hotel, I hope I will get used to this noise and so many people.
1. I still can't ask for room cleaning.
2. The dining room (not to call it a restaurant) is crowded and if you are lucky, you will find a dirty table in 20 minutes.
3. The choice of food... An adult will probably find something to eat. There is nothing to feed the 1.8 child. I'm going to look for food banks in the nearest neighborhood again. There is no baby food in this hotel.
4. Entrance to the sea, rocks... I shouldn't have given it any importance.
5. The hotel is filled with 50% Kazakhs, 30% Turks, the rest Russians and others.
6. There are few toys for the little ones in the mini club, but the girls are friendly.

The food is the same every day, it doesn't smell good with any seafood (overcooked dry sprat on the grill and bitter seafood sauce with a bunch of onions don't count).
Animation is weak, aqua aerobics wow of course for those who have never seen anything in their life…
Now the main thing! The contingent is such that a stroller was stolen from us!!! We barely managed to look at the cameras and then half of them turn out not to work (5 * let me remind you). As a result, the neighbors stole the stroller, the maid found it, they just rolled our stroller, which was standing at the entrance to their room. In general, the people are resting here gloomy. The managers of the hotel swim for you, for your rest and for your comfort! When asked to call the police and somehow sort out the situation, they simply shrug their hands, do not take responsibility, do not help in any way and are not interested in your positive emotions. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it, by the way, maybe an adequate manager will read me here, because we are still here for 6 days, while it is darkness.

We stayed at this hotel from September 7 to September 16, 2020. We were very satisfied. The management of the hotel has organized an exemplary order. No matter how you look, they clean, wash, wipe everywhere. The territory of the hotel is cozy and has a good rest. The sun beds are comfortable, it's nice to sunbathe under the canopies. Even the organizer of shopping trips, who walks along the sun beds every day, does not cause irritation and gives everyone his charm. We bought a leather coat at the hotel store on the last day. Thanks to him for the consultation.
I liked the spa massage salon. They know their business. Professionally.
Meals are organized at a height. Everything is delicious and varied.

We stayed at the hotel in early August 2021. I fully support the negative reviews. We arrived at 8 a.m. We were informed that the bracelets would be given out at 10:30 and checked into the room at 15 o'clock. But for 60 euros, check-in is instant. We refused to pay. Bracelets were given out at 10:30, but breakfast was already over. At the last moment, they entered the canteen (it's hard to call it a restaurant) and had a snack. At 14 o'clock they tried to get a room, they were given a view of the neighboring hotel, over the exhaust from the kitchen. Since we had paid for a side sea view, we tried to change it. Faced with the rudeness and neglect of an employee at the reception (there is one such high Russian-speaking girl). After that, they gave out another number, even worse. After that, we offered to move us to another hotel and recorded it all on video. Instantly everything changed and we were settled into a great room with a view of the sea and cottages. Departure is a separate song. A tall blonde was also on duty. Since we had a late check-out, we were asked to extend the room. We were refused for the reason that there are no numbers. They demanded to vacate the room at 11 o'clock, they have such rules. They took away the bracelets and we turned into demi-men. And it's in a 5* hotel. But kind people gave us their bracelets and we enjoyed all the benefits of 5*. Olga, a representative of TUI tour operators, did not provide any assistance, either during check-in or when extending the room. She just smiled guiltily. There are a lot of people in the hotel, it is crowded. The staff doesn't have time to do anything. Some vacationers prefer to have a snack on the beach or by the pool. Garbage is also left there. Employees clean up very slowly. I think small children will return with otitis media and other diseases, as the hotel is crowded, there are a lot of people in the pool at the same time.But there are also advantages. Warm, clean sea, decent strong imported drinks, juice in bags, confectionery, ice cream. In general, I do not recommend it. The 5* hotel clearly does not match.

The hotel corresponds to its five-star class, I think that you can even put an "ultra": the cuisine is exceptionally tasty and varied, the staff is polite and courteous, animation: every day there are different shows, parties, invited groups and of course children's animation, the beach is clean, the pools are clean, the slides are working. The only drawback is the small area, but I'm still very happy with the hotel!!!

Great hotel, went with my family 06.09-13.09, in general, just returned from there. We stopped by late in the evening and were given a femali room, 2 rooms, the room is clean, comfortable, cleaned every day, changed the sheets, the bar was replenished constantly. The food was excellent, there was everything you needed, any meat, seafood, sweets and fruits. The animators and the evening show are on top, I advise everyone. Thanks to the staff and animators

Very cool hotel, beautiful sea, the hotel has shops.The rooms have a good shower, the cleaners make all kinds of gifts all the time))) There are bathrobes in the bathroom, and there are two nice cots in the rooms, very soft and a large TV.The hotel also has a spa where you can steam, they will give you a very good massage and there are two pools, one large is not very warm, and the other is smaller and hot.The food is delicious, it is clear that the staff cooks are trying very hard and the staff too.In general:I love this Hotel, and I advise others to live there temporarily.

We had a rest there this year, everything was on top. Russian Russian is spoken by the staff, almost all of them, as a result - a lot of Russians, a lot of people were with children. The beach is five minutes away, but unfortunately made of pebbles. Lots of performances by different bands in the evenings, free fitness and yoga exercises throughout the day, foam parties - you won't get bored. There is a bazaar not far from the hotel. There are many inexpensive tours, due to the location of the city. One of the disadvantages is that the food is not varied, as a vegetarian it was difficult for me to choose dishes. Plus, the chefs don't all know the language to explain exactly what they used when cooking. Otherwise, everything is perfect!

We had a rest in the second half of June, we really liked everything, and especially the kitchen, such a variety of dishes is awesome, you definitely won't stay hungry.
