I really liked the place!!! We rented a cottage for the holiday. Clean, cozy, modern. There is a huge territory, there is something to see.. A playground is organized for children.. but! As I understand it, the base is maintained for the state budget. Therefore, the management absolutely does not care if there are people there, whether they are satisfied with everything... that they give salaries this way, that way. In general, the attitude of the directorate leaves much to be desired. I've been there several times, I go because I like the base itself, but every time I run into the local leadership, my mood drops.

Families celebrated the new year, fortunately it was warm.It was cold and smoky in the house for two days, because the boiler room is located in the passage to the house and the smoke falls into the house.The toilet was constantly leaking water, the lighting was on the level (Ilyich's light bulb). The administration just sneezed at all these inconveniences and did not even apologize.

A very ambivalent feeling, chosen based on the rating. It all depends on the shift. It was unpleasant when they promised one thing, but on their birthday they spoiled the mood. The room is clean, although it has not been cleaned under the bed and under the wardrobe, the room is not fully equipped. The rental does not work on Mondays and Tuesdays, which is the big minus of everything! The restaurant is open on Monday and Tuesday until 6, the rest of the time until 9. It is necessary to take water and food with you))) For the rest, I would put 5! I really liked the atmosphere and entertainment at the level, everything is cool and not boring, the territory is clean, well-groomed, there is entertainment with children. If it wasn't for the spoiled mood, I would have put 5!!!

A large complex. I was at the wedding. I liked the restaurant, but everyone was allowed into this restaurant during a closed banquet. Imagine, there is a wedding, a lot of beautiful people, a guest says a sincere toast, and then citizens in shorts and without T-shirts come in and buy beer at the bar. So-so experience. The place itself is interesting and suitable for family holidays. There are separate houses, it is convenient.
