We rented a room in the Lada hotel, a suite. The room is simple.. Nothing special, but clean. I was very surprised that there is one chair in the 2-bed room.. We wanted to sit on the balcony in the evening, we contacted the reception, but this issue was resolved by the fact that we were offered to rent it for 2.5 rubles a day.. I've never seen such an outrage before.. Gazebos on the territory are all paid.. The payment is hourly.. For 5.r.an hour, this is without a barbecue.. The rest are from 18 rubles per hour... We also encountered this for the first time... For 2 days, no one even took out the garbage, the maid was simply not seen.. Audibility in the rooms is something... A simple conversation behind the wall is very audible.. . But the territory is beautifully maintained.. There is something to see and where to walk..

PEOPLE, I haven't seen this anywhere!!!!! I'll start in order... We learned about an amazing place like the Nikolaevsky Ponds shopping mall and decided to visit this place. We got acquainted with the services and entertainment provided on the site, booked a room in advance and began to gather. On the day of arrival, the administrator called us: he clarified about our arrival, we asked again about the services, they told us everything in detail...And here we are! The complex is really very beautiful!!! The territory is huge, nature, reservoirs, figures, view - just everything is super!!!!! but!!!! a smiling receptionist met us at the reception, filled out all the necessary documents, and after receiving the room key, the administrator recommended that we start viewing all the sights in the morning, because the time is already late (we arrived at 16.00). Well, okay...We went to the room: AUDIBILITY is just a nightmare! Without straining, you can safely hear the conversation (and not only :)) of the neighbors from another room). The room itself is simple - there is everything you need. The next morning we went sightseeing.....we were met by another administrator - to our questions: where is it better to start the inspection, etc.? The answer was simply unique to everything: I don't know!!!! And in general, she was very surprised why we didn't watch it all at once on the day we arrived!!!!))))) We were taken to the USSR Museum after all - very impressed!!!! but the receptionist was standing with such a face, saying, why did you come here at all!! There was only one answer to our subsequent questions about the history of the creation of this place, etc.: I don't know anything. After viewing this museum, they refused to take us further somewhere, saying that there was nothing more to see!! They asked about the massage chair, which is stated both on the website and in the price list, but it is, of course, broken. We were offered to go to the shooting range. But there were no bullets in the shooting range!! To shoot at the shooting range, they offered us to go to the store for them! Next, we were offered to play table tennis)))))))) Because there is nothing else to do - we agreed. BUT: to play tennis, you need to come later, because they are playing billiards now))))) The paradox is that billiards and tennis are in the same building, but on different floors, they didn't tell us about this either, but they offered to go to the sauna!!))))))) Finally disappointed in everything, we decided to walk around and explore the territory on our own. IT TURNS OUT: in addition to the only museum of the USSR (which we were told about), there is a house museum of the artist Nevrev, there is a Chapel of Nicholas the Wonderworker, there is a Museum of Local Lore!!!!!!!! AND ALL THIS CAN BE WATCHED AND IT'S ALL OPEN!!!!!! And yes, the game house, where billiards and tennis were available!(at the moment when we were told that he was busy) The only thing that has never failed is the restaurant "White Sail". And they served, and fed, and offered their specialties! The food is delicious!!!!
