There is also a gazebo and a barbecue. Large parking area. The territory is large and clean. There are a lot of objects on it for photos, sometimes funny and not boring, but nevertheless cute. There is a children's playground. Beach. As well as rental:bicycles, roller skates, bambinton, catamarans, etc. In rainy weather, you can take children in the children's room. Men will be pleased with fishing, by the way, it is also paid. In the hotel itself, a shared kitchen is provided for the economical hostess. The administrators are polite and helpful. Have a nice stay, everyone.

I haven't been able to book a house for the New year for 2 years. That year 2018, I called in September and everything was already occupied!!!
this year I booked as early as June 2, 2019, as through the website (I received an email that the application was confirmed) so with a call. And she called every month to remind me of herself. I booked one cottage (450r bel. day) there were 11 people in total.
In September, I called again, but on 04.10 she told me there were no places, while I called myself again.
It became clear that Mykolaiv Ponds and its management book and are focused only on citizens of other countries, since the cost is 2 times more than for their Belarusians. Therefore, I do not recommend this complex, because of the bottom, we are now flying with another place for the New Year.
