A very cozy restaurant with several venues. The hall and the street. Very colorful. A huge menu. Colorful, with photos. The service for Almaty is quite cheerful. But not all dishes are delicious. The restaurant is large, there are a lot of blanks. It doesn't feel like it's under the knife. But in general, it is extremely not bad and colorful.

To be honest, even one star is a pity! The prices in this restaurant are too high! It's just awful! For example: the waiter told me that they have their "signature compote" only with dried fruits. No explanation of what kind of fruits there are, nothing. Just dried fruits. And by the way, my friend has a severe allergic reaction! It's just a shame! It would be possible to try for such an institution. As a result, my friend felt bad, because this compote turned out to be with grapes! Well, what kind of dried fruits? Are they even watching this?! It's a shame. The most delicious thing in this place turned out to be only the Caesar salad, and the rest is just terrible! Such a price, but the food doesn't match it at all! We ordered pizza for the kids, and they have some kind of cheap sausage there. The kids didn't even finish their pizza! It's terrible, just terrible.

If you have previously visited a teahouse with this name in Bishkek, you will most likely not like it in the Alma Ata Navat. Because of the similar interior and menu design, otherwise we felt just deceived. Almost all of our gastronomic expectations have not been fulfilled, the service does not reach, and for all
this the price tag is one and a half times higher than the Kyrgyz one. I especially "remembered" the tasteless Issyk-Kul tea, in which the aroma of sea buckthorn was barely discernible. But we must pay tribute, the manta rays and the toilet in the basement were good, only for this two stars, not one.
