I got into this restaurant by choosing from reviews where it is better to eat Beshbarmak. And I didn't regret a bit. Delicious food, a very atmospheric interior in oriental style, where every detail is in harmony with the rest of the elements - a real aesthetic. The waiters are very friendly, polite and attentive. I definitely recommend it!

The quality of food preparation has dropped. Yes, compliments in the form of shalap and baursaks are exciting, but the dishes have become tasteless and of the same type. We seem to order different dishes, but the taste is the same. And I'll tell you where this impression comes from - there are a lot of the same spices. I stopped cooking with love for every customer. Verdict: we don't go there anymore.

It used to be better, our recent visit was disappointing. The food was not tasty, the lettuce leaves were not washed. The children didn't eat anything. The staff is completely ignored. Starting from the entrance, the smell of cheap air freshener resembled a toilet. It's nice and cozy inside. I don't think I'll choose this place anymore. Perhaps we were the ones who were unlucky, judging by the rest of the reviews.

We arranged our last evening in Almaty. I called, asked, clarified. I got a call. As a result, they put the waiters in a hall with a children's room and a 5-minute dance. And the rest of the performance was in another hall, but we found out this on the way out. We cooked pilaf for as much as 40 minutes, brought it cold, beautiful, but cold, and warmed it only after our appeal. There was one radish, one tomato in the vegetable plate, and no cucumber at all. I had to order salads for pilaf, but they did not please either. A bread plate with samsa, chebureks and baursaks was a success and tea. In general, I do not recommend it, guys there are many good restaurants in Almaty, go there. The high rating in Yandex is surprising, and we went for it!
