He comes up with the prices for the table on the go, one price is on the phone when booking, in fact they asked to deposit another amount. But when she saw the dissatisfaction, she took the amount originally named.
The music is weak, it is unclear what age this playlist is designed for, it feels like 16 +, but they let me into bars from 21 as far as I know. In general, the place was disappointing. The atmosphere is surrounded by general dissatisfaction of employees, our whole company has no desire to go there anymore.
I don't recommend it.

We sat down on the veranda. We waited for the waiter for half an hour. When the mood was already spoiled, she came up, although the others nearby were served much faster, but they could not approach us. When they didn't hear the call, they had to go by themselves. It feels as if they were deliberately ignored. And in principle, all such amoebae walked, did not hurry anywhere, as if they were working for 3 days without interruptions.
The most annoying thing was that four waiters /hookah people stood at the end of the veranda and stupidly talked and faded away. As a result, the hungry left.
There are no questions about hookah, the only adequate person who worked, and did not mindlessly exist in the workplace.

We decided to visit this place with a friend. We wanted to sit on the flight, but the receptionist warned that the tables were booked and could offer us accommodation in the hall. We agree, after which the girl rudely asks us a question: "do you even have documents?".
Then they put us down. The menu was carried for about 30 minutes exactly, until we asked the waiter to provide it to us. I understand everything: it's Saturday, there are a lot of people and armor - but they didn't even bother to warn us that the waiting time is longer.
The only one who did his job that evening was the hookah master: he accepted it quickly and did it just as quickly. Although the hookah was not to say that it was cool. The coals just burned out because he never changed them.
We ordered cold Cranberry-ginger tea, pointing with our finger which one it was - they brought hot and without cranberries.
During the entire time that we were there, we were approached only twice: the waiter to take tea, and the receptionist to pick up the menu, because (as I understood) it was not enough. At the same time, all large tables were serviced instantly.
And when we left, they didn't even say goodbye to us. The evening is ruined.
We are your guests as well as the guys who have checks for 500 rubles +. Be kind to treat us the same way. I highly recommend that the administrators tighten up the service and how to behave correctly with guests.

Okay Salad with liver, super, salad with salmon surprised, you will be served boiled salmon, three pieces of carrots and a couple of slices of uncut tangerines. Hot, half-cooked chicken, without seasonings and 5 unfortunate slices of small potatoes. Thanks to some of the waiters, they tried. Looking at all this atmosphere, the pathos of the local ladies made me sick, but when "Santa Claus and the Snow Maiden" came, it clearly became clear who it was all for. They left in horror at 1.30 am.
