If you want at least some kind of service, it's definitely not here. But to spoil the mood and show a "master class" on hospitality is definitely at the right place.
We decided to celebrate a birthday with a small company, it was Tuesday (07/06/2021), there were few people but enough waiters. When asked about some special offer, the waiter shook hands and left. Next, we asked to be transferred to the terrace as soon as a table was available. We sat for 20 minutes and noticed that several tables had already been vacated, informed the waiter, and we were transferred. We sat for 10 minutes and waited for our hookah to be moved out of the hall. As a result, the guy from our company went after him himself. I walked past the receptionist and the hookah man, and only on the terrace the waitress rudely informed us that we could not take the hookah ourselves, and also quipped. But our unforgettable evening did not end there either. We decided to have something to eat. We tried to draw the attention of the waiters, one of them looked three times in our direction,
Straightening her hair and went in the opposite direction. As a result, when the waitress was already walking from another table, we asked her to take the order, to which she informed us that she had been working for 2 days and perhaps the "stop list" was already working. She said she would clarify and disappeared without. After 20 minutes of clarification, we asked another waiter to place an order and we were lucky. After a short time, medallions of beef and rotten corn appeared on our table. During our time there, we watched at least 2-3 more birthday people being congratulated on their birthday with candles and a dessert, sweetly, but they did not wait for this in our direction, which was as unpleasant as possible. And the cherry on the cake was the bill. 20 minutes after we expressed a desire to leave this place, they brought us an invoice in which they did not put down a discount on hookah (which we had to find out from the administrator, after a "congratulatory" handshake) and we waited for him for another 20 minutes. They left in a foul mood. Thank you very much, don't go there anymore!!!!

As I understand it, they respect only girls of easy virtue who come here in search of daddies. They don't like self-sufficient people. Hookahs are mediocre, they are always bad after them (a headache, although they do not make it strong, as we ask). And this is in any mint. There is no such thing in other establishments.

At the end of January, on Saturday (like from 25 to 26), we rested here. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hookah man (I'm sorry we didn't find out his name), who helped the girl who was losing consciousness. The ONLY one who responded and, without questions or condemnations, helped through the whole crowd of people to go out into the street. In addition, I took out the water and waited for it to get better. I wish there were more people like that in our world !!!
I'm shooting one star for the "wardrobe" Please make a normal wardrobe. Finding your outerwear is a whole quest! And half of the clothes are lying under your feet.
