The location is excellent, the subway exit tunnel is connected to the tunnel for access to the platforms and the station building. A taxi stop is nearby, and ground public transport stops are also located quite successfully and conveniently for passengers. The toilets are paid, I do not know the condition, because I did not visit. Cafes and other food outlets are in sufficient quantity, there are ATMs, a post office, retail facilities with goods for the road, kiosks "Belsoyuzpechat", tour desks, souvenirs. The information content is at a high level (pointers, placards, background information - in sufficient quantity and quite understandable). Ticket offices are located separately and do not interfere with the main passenger flow. A barrier-free environment is present (escalator and elevators to the waiting room, travelators from the waiting room to the platforms, etc.). The platforms are convenient for boarding passengers, there are both high and low.. The premises are clean and the surrounding area is clean, cleaning is carried out in a timely manner. There are all the necessary emergency services - a medical center, the police and even a COVID-19 vaccination point. Compared to the previous railway station building, heaven and earth (for the better, of course).
