Minsk railway Station is a beautiful gateway to the city, the capital of Belarus. On the second floor, there is a waiting room with a transparent roof, very bright, cozy, cafe "Little Mermaid" with aquariums around the perimeter, cozy calm music, friendly staff. All the necessary structures are located on three floors: ticket offices, waiting rooms, luggage storage, convenient approaches to trains and commuter trains, equipped with both steps and an escalator. You can enter the subway both inside the station building and outside. On the ground floor there are small grocery and industrial goods stores, on the first and second floors there are buffets, burger king, a 24-hour mtbank exchange office and much more. The station building is always clean, and importantly, the announcer clearly and clearly tells about the departure and arrival of trains. If you need to wait for a train for a long time, there is a waiting room where you can have a snack at kfs, charge your phone for free if it runs out, buy fresh press, there are coffee machines. The station itself is clean. Escalators are working everywhere and lifting heavy bags on the ladder is out of the question. Nearby there is the Galaktika shopping center, where you can buy a lot of clothes, perfumes, and there is a cafe.
If necessary, there is a bathroom at the station, but it is paid.
It is also convenient to go down to the platform, you do not need to walk down the street for a long time.

The disadvantage, in my opinion, is the only significant one - the terrible work of DorORS catering points. The first thing that caught my eye was the constant "technical break" mode at most points at the same time. Second: boorish service, in the style of "the worst Soviet vegetable store." Third: baking.
I'll just dedicate a paragraph to these masterpieces.
The assortment is rich. Beautiful appearance. It's a bit expensive, but this is a train station, you can understand that. but! It's absolutely inedible! It's something. If it can be made worse, then only add poison. No, I'm not a spoiled critic who only dines at Michelin restaurants. No. I'm omnivorous. But the food from DorOrs is off the charts! I tried to buy pastries here in the morning, afternoon, evenings, even at night. And, lo and behold! She's always been callous. No, not stale. Callous. The stolichny cupcake was eaten while soaked in coffee.
Cheburek in Minsk was generally inedible. It was hard as granite and tasteless. And there was no taste of meat in it. The sausage in the dough fell out of the dough immediately upon serving. It was rubbery and dry, and the dough looked like cardboard.
I'm still worried about one question: when, at what time can I buy FRESH pastries here? Because in twenty-four hours I did not catch such a moment. It feels like she was brought in the day before yesterday.
I ask you to take measures to public catering facilities. Their work simply humiliates the catering and kills the first positive impressions of the Capital.
