They were in July 2024. The station is small and clean. I was surprised by the lack of an automatic luggage storage, and the usual queue. Payment is made both in cash and by MIR card. I was also surprised by the paid toilet, 1 bel.ruble. We visited the superior room, cozy, beautiful, comfortable.
Snacks and various drinks, including alcohol, are available for an additional fee.

The best train station to/from which I had to come/ leave. There are no forced turnstiles, as in Moscow, there are minimum security guards. There is a direct access to the subway, various shops with souvenirs and everything necessary for long trips by railway transport. I also drew attention to the fact that I did not notice a single homeless person - this is also a big plus.

Very clean, nice and comfortable waiting room, from where you can immediately go down to the train on the escalator. There is a large food court in the waiting room. Well, tickets have been purchased on my phone for a long time. But there are many ticket offices: suburban ones in a separate wing from intercity ones. Beautiful! There are themed photo zones where a lot of people are photographed.
