Terrible, boorish attitude towards the customer.
I bought a furniture stapler in the Mile store at Expobel at the address: Minsk district, Borovlyansky s/s, 74/1
The stapler turned out to be useless, the staples do not clog, bend, break. Having ruined half of the package of staples, I decided to take it back to the store.
04.02.2022 I arrived at the store and turned to the reception desk. I wrote a statement asking for a refund. After that, I calmly went to the gym and bought a new stapler of another brand. Leaving the store, I got a call and was asked to come back. A tall man with a plaque in his hands and a woman (a representative of the supplier) came up to the store. Immediately with aggression in my direction. After making three strokes with a stapler, showing that he scores, they turned to me, saying what did you bring, it works. Having picked up the stapler and independently performed the same manipulations, the stapler stopped working again without scoring more than one staple. When I explained that the stapler was not working properly, I was told verbatim "you can't, go learn" the employee did it, but your hands don't grow from there. Having asked the employee several more times to check, again in a rough form, "he told you that he would hammer the whole board with brackets" your problems. With a proud image, this employee nevertheless decided to demonstrate once again that I am a stupid person who wants something here. I asked not to be aggressive towards me, but received the answer "you don't know my aggression yet." I was shocked by this attitude. Several times, this employee tried to drive the staples again, but the effect is the same as I originally talked about, the staples bent, broke, flew out two pieces at a time. Taking my stapler, he silently went into the store hall. They said, wait 2 weeks for a response.
Frankly, I am shocked by such an audacious, boorish, not permissive attitude towards the buyer.
