The administration says that there are not enough people. I wonder how much they get paid. If management doesn't respect employees, it doesn't respect customers. The mile network is much worse than other networks. This is my opinion because I visit all of them almost every day.

It is very good that this particular store is located quite close to the place of mass development of Minsk Mir. It is possible to get there quickly and easily both by car and by public transport.
It's good that they put buttons for calling consultants. Perhaps this is a good initiative, and competitors have also done it. I didn't have to use it, so there is no opinion on this, but in personal communication there was a feeling that the staff was still not trained to be friendly and aimed at solving the problems of the buyer. Plus, the buttons for calling consultants are located in such a way that without knowing about them, it is not a fact that a one-time buyer will find them. This is a minus of at least half a star.
Another of the disadvantages is logistics. For 10 times, how many times I had to go there, I still couldn't figure out the logic of the location of the departments of different materials. At least put some kind of card at the entrance, or something 😉
One of the advantages is, as always, an extensive assortment that covers almost 90% of the needs of an ordinary buyer. A good range of wallpapers, plumbing, electrics, floor coverings.
Of course, there are questions about the tool and hardware, but, again, for an ordinary buyer, this is more than enough, and craftsmen are not purchased at retail.
For craftsmen, this is more likely to be a lifesaver in cases of small purchases of what was missing.
