Overcrowded, quite modest, average duty free proposal. Slow security, check-in and control procedures. But staff is ok or even friendly. Lounge is quite modest in terms of food and beverage variety.
A normal airport of regional importance. The staff are polite and helpful and that's probably all that's good. Otherwise, in my opinion, Turkey has the most educational system in the world. Parking costs almost 1000 rubles per day, that is, to fly away to relax in your car or pay for parking as a round-trip transfer or take a transfer and pray to get there, since the situation on the roads and local drivers deserve a separate review. Chain cafes at the airport cost x3-x10 of prices outside, for example, chicken shawarma 36 euros in the Mouth of donersi, this is even before the transit zone, and after passing the inspection, prices in dutifrey and local cafes are simply amazing. It's funny that they take almost nothing but water there, but this is understandable, for example, a donut for almost 10 euros is ridiculous. At customs control, everything is great if there are no queues, if there is a queue of 10 plus people, then it seems that employees are starting to check people more carefully and the queues are barely moving. The business halls of Antalya Airport also deserve special attention. From food, tomato, cucumber, pear, banana and meager sandwiches, and from water, cola / fanta / sprite, well, and some other nonsense. I understand that alcohol may be prohibited, but the entrance to the business lounge costs 35 euros per person and for that kind of money you can make food and drinks more interesting. Otherwise, the airport is like an airport.
Not a bad duty free, there are always a lot of people. There are few cafes and generally very crowded, very high food prices. The business room is spacious, the staff is attentive, but the toilet is dirty and there is a smell. I didn't like the food - tasteless coffee from the vending machine, a lot of cookies, all kinds of rolls and pastries, sandwiches with a thin piece of cheese or ham. There are fruits and lemonades, water. I would like to recommend normal dishes for a snack, after 3-4 hours of transfer from the hotel. The side dish is at least rice, vegetables and some chicken. Not these tasteless rolls. Do you eat it yourself? Unlikely.
It's not the best airport, but it's tolerable. The passage is fast, everything is clear where to go. The waiting room is small, but there were enough seats. There are a lot of shops, there are even places where you can have a snack and buy souvenirs for rubles.
The only big disadvantage is that we waited 2 hours for our luggage upon arrival! It turned out that they unloaded it in another hall, mixed up the flight numbers (792 and 790, what's the difference). They found it by accident when they already went looking for it. In general, if your luggage does not arrive at Antalya airport, look for it on other tapes.
A decent airport. There are not enough seats. There is a cafe with normal prices and a large number of seats, with sockets, which pleases. There is a service for wrapping suitcases, the price is 1100 rubles, while accepting lira, dollars, euros and straight rubles :) souvenir shops charge 4 times more, if not more. Buy all the sweets and joys in advance :) the toilets are clean, but far to go, located in the very edges of the airport. Also during the season, arrive well in advance, you can stand at the airport entrance for an hour. Sometimes they say more.
The terminal is clean and tidy, with pointers for easy orientation. The departure area is spacious and bright, with many cafes and restaurants for a snack before departure, as well as duty-free shops for souvenirs and gifts. In general, Antalya airport made a pleasant impression, I recommend it to visit.
It's a good airport. Modern, and most importantly, boarding and disembarking on airplanes takes place through peculiar portals, which is very convenient. Not like in Moscow airports, where buses are driven along the runway. I liked the duty-free, where, by the way, alcohol prices were lower than in Domodedovo. And most importantly, all procedures related to customs control and inspection are carried out faster than at Moscow airports. I fly to Turkey twice a year, I like it!
A good terminal, new, very spacious. The taxi driver is not bothered, everything is close enough. From the terminal, you can immediately go to the bus station. If this is important to someone, the tram runs only from the first terminal, which is a 25-minute walk away, or you can take the same bus. On departure, there are no places to sit in the check-in and baggage check-in hall. Free Internet only for 30 minutes a day, according to the passport. In general, the terminal is spacious, clear and quite convenient.
The lounge area of Antalya airport has a lot of sofas with tables with a convenient location where you can relax before the flight, but the food surprised you, you will not find any cheese or snacks on the buffet, poor, dry cookies, something in batter, coffee from the vending machine, water. There is a sharp contrast in favor of the Pulkovo VIP area, where there is wine, olives, delicious hot and normal cutlery, and not plastic, as in Antalya. Photos from the Pulkovo lounge area, pleasing to the eye. Learn, Turkey!
Excellent airport, works well. There were no problems at the entrance, at the registration or at the inspection. I was particularly pleased with the business hall. It is clean enough, there is a lot of space, there is a smoking area. A good selection of drinks and snacks!
A very logical, understandable airport. According to the arrival area: there is a small dutifrey area, toilets. Even those who arrive for the first time, everything is very clear. The main thing is not to leave the airport building before receiving your luggage (they are not allowed back into the arrival area).
Departure area: large enough, a lot of employees, help, prompt. There is a large dutifrey area, the staff in the hall are Russian-speaking. With the second purchase, a discount of 10 to 15%, for example, we take a perfume, pay, get a receipt indicating the discount, return to the hall, take the second (more expensive) and show the first receipt when paying, get a discount. There is a smoking area, food courts, a large game room.
This airport is always associated with vacations, so I love it with all my heart 😁
The terminal is new and spacious. It can be seen that it is built "for growth". Information is everywhere in a prominent place, there are no queues at passport control, the staff are friendly. There are different exchangers: there are with a normal exchange rate (more or less for the airport), there are "hopeless" ones (the money changers themselves sit with a funeral expression, serve working hours). In duty free there is only alcohol, jams and perfumes, however, as everywhere else. I did not compare the prices. At the same time, everything is clean, cool, clean air, clean toilets. I'm betting a four, because it's not worth five. Why? I don't know, well, not ah! But everything is very decent.
Great, it's very fast. The waiting rooms are large, there are many places where you can just sit and relax and wait for your flight, or you can eat and drink coffee.A large duty free. There are many different shops. Time flies fast
A functional, quite comfortable airport. It is very busy in summer, but it successfully copes with a lot of traffic.
There is a place to rest, there is a place to have a snack (I didn't notice any restaurants)
I liked this hotel so much that we decided to stay for one night on the way back. A wonderful atmosphere, responsive staff, the presence of outdoor and indoor pools, SPA, sauna and gym, spacious rooms and a landscaped area with coniferous and fruit trees, a Playground and a recreation area. Excellent breakfasts, and for an additional fee, a delicious dinner.
The airport is normal, but there are drawbacks, but small, for example, it is small and the queues for registration are very large, when you pass the sanitary zone, you need to find a place somewhere on the food court, but the staff treats this normally and understands that people sit and do not buy anything))) the boarding gate is announced late, so you need to look after passing the sanitary zone. And so a decent airport
A good airport in Antalya. Friendly customs staff. Fast operational service. The long-range second terminal is temporarily operating in 2024. There are also small souvenir shops with an adequate pricing policy.
A window into happiness. As a rule, associations with rest by the sea and joy. It's a good airport. All the necessary shops are available. Pharmacies cafes exchangers. The staff quickly serves a huge flow of passengers
This is not the first time I have arrived at Antalya Airport and once again I am convinced that it is convenient for people who do not know the local language. Everything is clear, convenient and understandable. We are pleased with the fast service at customs and baggage collection, as well as the tourist counters with the names of hotels or tour operators. THANKS
A large airport, a good duty free, there are pharmacies and cafes to the customs area, but prices bite. The toilets are relatively clean, the waiting area before boarding is normal, it can be stuffy, boarding the plane through the sleeves. The customs is not violent, as in Moscow, it does not take away water. Planes are usually not delayed, the staff is polite.
The airport is nice and clean. But due to the large number of vacationers, there are very long and long queues. Russian-speaking girls and boys work at the reception desk, there were four of us, I asked them to put us together, understood everything and did as I asked. There are a lot of seats in the clean zone, there are toilets, but they just have some unrealistic queues. There are places to eat, there are many places, but the prices are simply sky-high, water 0.5 liters-$ 5. Hot dog 10 euros. In general, leave more money at the airport.
The airport is not bad. You can use WiFi. If you get by public transport, it is better to use buses 400 and 600. Yandex maps are working and the arrival time is shown. Many people recommend taking the tram from Antalya Mall, but it only goes to terminal 1, and if you walk there, it's a long way to go. Therefore, take the bus 600 next to the tram stop, it goes to terminal 2. There is a large duty-free service at the airport. Cafes accept even rubles for payment.
The overall impression of the Antalya Airport terminal is good, announcements are made in Turkish, English and Russian. The halls are clean and tidy, the staff is polite. Passing control and inspection quickly and without delay. I take off 1 point for a long queue in the lounge area and a meager assortment of products.
Customs work quickly, inspection is also easy. There are children's areas for games and running for a fee, which made the waiting minutes much easier for us. The food court is very crowded and untidy, tortured and unfriendly staff in cafes. The gate is announced only an hour before departure, so you hang out in the middle of the terminal and do not know which way you will have to run.
Advantages: clear navigation, minimum advertising
Cons: a slightly strange location of the gates, a long wait for registration, an empty business hall in terms of food
Not a bad airport, lots of check-in counters. I didn't like the location of the gates, for example 64 on the first floor, and 65 on the second. If you hesitate, you can leave and then try to return is problematic.
Business lounge, price 80€. we didn't have the Internet, but the cip staff gave us a piece of paper with a password, and a Russian-speaking uncle was sitting on the counter. The BZ is quiet, there is a lot of space, a chic smoking room where adults take children (?!) there is just no wall and you can see the planes)
There is almost no food in the bz, there are nuts, granola bars, fruits, vegetables, cheese, olives, but I wanted hot, only eggs and some puffs from hot. There are many drinks, a coffee machine, a TV. There was a shop inside the business. If there is a passage, you can visit it, I don't think for money, although if you need a quiet place, then it's a great option
A normal airport. Without enthusiasm. Not a lot of seats for waiting is a minus. Very expensive food. I was looking for something for the child to snack on: a croissant with sausage filling cost 8 euros! Everything else is much more expensive. A bottle of drinking water for 3 euros! It is better to keep this in mind when departing from this airport
A small airport . I didn't leave any bad impressions. Everything is the same as everywhere else. The staff is polite, clean, the luggage was not long in waiting. When we left, we were in the VIP area, where it is very cozy and there is an unlimited amount of coffee, tea, drinks, various cookies, rustic potatoes, chicken legs, fruits.
Good afternoon.
It's a good airport, but a lot of people can't cope with passenger traffic during the holidays. We probably have something to say in it 25 times from year to year during the vacation period, this problem exists. The lack of Wi-Fi at the airport is also considered a huge problem, but it is everywhere in Turkey.
Well, I'll say that the cafes at the airport bend the prices, take a pass to the business lounge and you can eat and sit, cheaper than in the airport cafe
A good, convenient airport. Everything passed quickly. Both control and registration. The staff on our flight was Russian-speaking. By the way, the business lounge is quite acceptable. There is no alcohol, but this is not a problem for us.
It's a good airport. Everything is intuitive, do not get lost. The only drawbacks are the constant shortage of seats. But, given the heavy passenger traffic, it is still possible to find a place. The toilets are clean, the Duty free area is large, There is a smoking room.
A nice pleasant place to relax before the flight. You can have a snack and drink coffee. It's a good place. I recommend. Quiet, calm, pleasant background music.
I like Antalya Airport. Passport control is democratic, they do not find fault. We go through all these tapes quickly enough. If you are flying out of Turkesh, then you need to make sure that the weight matches the tickets and then don't worry, everything is OK. Of course, you can have a little extra both in the manual and in the ladies' room. You can leave one purse in the queue and then pick it up, as anyone can. In general, there are no complaints about the airport.
A good airport, all inspections are fast, at the check-in desks they listen to the requests of departing passengers regarding places, Russian-speaking pharmacists at the pharmacy, a diverse selection of products at the duty free.
We were in July 2024: when we arrived, the strike at the airport was just ending, I was very worried about the delays. Well, the luggage was waited for a long time, maybe 40-50 minutes. But the controls were quick.
When they left: all the controls were also very quickly passed. But in the waiting area, not everything is so rosy: huge crowds, high prices, and only fast food (or sandwiches, or pizza, or shawarma) is available. On the 2nd floor, where there are almost no shops, there are almost no people, we were waiting for boarding there, in other places there is nowhere to fall.
The flight was delayed, but nothing was really announced. There just has to be a landing at the same time, but it is not announced. They just transfer it for 10 minutes. In total, for about an hour, probably.
There are queues in duty free like in Auchan for the New Year 🙈
Convenient airport, fast passport control and inspection. In duty free, you can get a 7% discount on the entire range if you download the app (sellers will help with this). Clear enough navigation and a large waiting area
Not a profitable exchanger.
In general, the airport is good, clean, serves a large flow of people very quickly, without long queues, the staff are polite and almost everyone speaks Russian as their native language.
I have used the airport services many times. I've always been happy. But this time I flew to Samara at the end of October and was very surprised. I flew with the South Wind company. At first, we were "pickled" for more than an hour without starting registration, everyone was on their feet, the children began to cry. Then the registration started. The manager appeared in a white shirt and then it started. Passengers were slowed down due to the fact that hand luggage is placed vertically in the calibrator (handles on the side), but it needs to be placed horizontally (handles on top). But for the amount of $ 30 put in the pocket of the manager, without a receipt, the dimensions miraculously leveled out. Are these new rules?
There are a lot of cafes inside, you can have a snack, drink coffee, a lot of signs, a waiting room, a smoking area, toilets at the entrance to the airport there are metal detectors, then you go through passport control and then check in for a flight, they can change the boarding gate, I had 60, and sat down on 64, you need to look at the information board and listen What are the
We flew through the CIP business lounge, so in 7 minutes we checked in, checked in our luggage and went through passport control. CIP staff meet you at the airport entrance counter and escort you directly to the business lounge, which is very convenient. Again, we had an early departure and there were few people in the business lounge, there were empty tables and seats on sofas. Then, while they were waiting, people arrived and people simply had nowhere to sit, they had to guard the vacant chairs and chairs. Considering the cost (we had it from Pegasus 105, $ per person), this should not be the case. And so, we had breakfast, drank coffee, sat relatively calmly waiting for the flight and only went down to the exit before boarding.
In general, it's not bad without negativity.
Departure on time according to the schedule. There is a very poor choice in Duty free, but this is not the main thing.
An ordinary transport hub. There is a business lounge, but a year ago it was twice as cheap. It is in the region of 10 thousand from the nose. There's Internet code for soup snacks, snacks. There is a place to sit, but without fanaticism. In the main hall . It's noisy, it's difficult to recharge, but it's possible. Coffee is rubbish and costs $6!!! This is the cheapest grain, but it is not possible to drink.
In principle, the airport is normal, the dutik is not bad, the choice of whiskey is decent, the guys are smart consultants.. I didn't like the insufficient number of seats in the food court area - I wandered around with a tray for 20 minutes looking for a place. And there is also a feeling of inflated food prices ($8 for a small Coke; $11(!!) For cappuccino). In Turkey, everything has gone up in price for some reason in the last 2 years...
It's a little cramped. A minimum of cafes. Nutrition (for a child) is a problem to find. However, it's not a fountain for an adult either. High prices, inflation in Turkey is through the roof. Passing the control was quite fast compared to previous races.
Every year here. I am flying to Turkey with pleasure. I am going now only for a beach holiday, for the sea, the beach, rest. There are positive aspects, there are not so many. There is a very large flow of people in the summer. That's why there are queues and nerves.
It was in June 2024. The inspections were completed quickly, despite the long queues. Dutifrey has a large assortment of goods, you can pay with a Union Pay card. There are small cafes in the departure area, there are comfortable chairs where you can calmly wait for boarding the plane
