The terminal is nice and spacious.
Of the nuances, it is better to get here by taxi from terminal 1)) go 2-5 minutes for a penny, and walk for 30 minutes and it is unrealistic - there is no pedestrian road.
Among the advantages are clean bathrooms, clean waiting rooms. In general, a standard classic airport)
Of the minuses, the food here, as in other airports, is at the price of an airplane wing; the gate is not announced over the speakerphone - just a number appears on the scoreboard, which means that boarding has begun. In Sochi, the gate number is shown on the scoreboard - this means that we will go out there, and the start of boarding is announced already over the speakerphone. So we almost missed our landing in Turkey. They ran into the closing doors.
Another of the disadvantages of the Internet. Free for only 30 minutes
A cool airport, no problems except Wi-Fi for Russians, everyone uses it, but it is ordered for us but does not issue a code for free Wi-Fi, and so you pass everywhere without problems, but this is just a problem
It's cramped, stuffy, and full of people. Problems where to sit down. The prices in the duty-free shop are high.
The only way out is to use the services of the CIP LOUNGE for extra money, so as not to blur all the impressions of a wonderful holiday
On arrival, the luggage was waiting for a long time. 4 flights were unloaded on one tape, there was a crush. On the way back, registration was not opened for a long time, registration began 2 hours before departure. There are no places to sit. The Dutik is large, at reasonable prices, more expensive in Moscow. Clear.
The most inconvenient terminal from the point of view of transport accessibility, there is rarely one bus that accepts only a local transport card, which is not easy to find. We could take cash from visitors. And so, to leave on your own, you need to walk to terminal 1 for 30-35 minutes
They were served pretty quickly. It is comfortable in the arrival area. There is not much space in the departure area. There are few seats. In the heat, it's stuffy.
A good airport
Large waiting room
Polite staff
Lots of shops
You won't stay hungry
Prices are the same as at other airports
Clean
In duty free, they will tell you everything, tell you, advise you)
It is very bad for an "international hub" ((
There's a queue in the business box! Although why go there - if there are only snacks🤦♂️
But even outside the box - only fast food🤷♂️
In general, do not plan to spend more than an hour there
The terminal is not designed for such a huge number of people, it is stuffy, the queues are huge for registration, flight information is practically a little more than an hour before departure! And also customs. It's all nerves! We took off later than planned.A very bad organization.
A huge airport, the second after Istanbul, well-organized space for passengers, lots of seats in waiting rooms, constant cleaning of common areas, a large area with cafes and snacks on the second floor. There is a smoking area. The security service works exclusively. Various shops and, of course, a Dutik. A decent airport, I recommend it!
Everything is clear enough, there is practically no queue at customs. Almost all flights are announced in Turkish and in the language where the passenger is flying. Prices outside the control zone are normal, lower than in Russia.
A very large airport. There is a big construction going on. There will be even more. In the meantime, I had to wait 6 hours in uncomfortable conditions. There was nowhere to sit for the first 2 hours. Space prices. There is no normal hot food, just fast food.
I give 4 stars, because duty free is more like a kiosk at an airport with a lot of tourists. It is worth noting the tribute to customs, EVERYTHING IS FOR CHILDREN!!! Water, please, and so on! Keep it up !
We were in September 2023. Repairs were underway at the airport. There were a lot of people, queues everywhere. There are traffic jams and accidents at the exit from the airport. Car rental companies are located far beyond the airport, it will not be possible to get to them on your own. On the way back, we took a fast track at the hotel to avoid them and did not regret it. There was a queue, but compared to those in the airport building, it was just ridiculous. It will not work to pack a suitcase in a film, the machine only works with cards, and our cards do not work in Turkey. Carefully check the names on the tickets at the check-in. They can get confused. Rempect red wings, the flight was not delayed for a minute, but if it had happened, then with our fast track you could have waited comfortably. In a separate room there was a place to relax, food was presented without restriction, quite diverse (hot, pastries, tea, coffee, yoghurts, cold drinks, etc.). There are also free taxis, without queues. When they took us to the landing, they saw that there were just an insane number of people at the airport itself, literally nowhere to stand.
The airport is frankly small for the passenger traffic that goes through it. The boarding gate through a part of the gates is organized through one!!! There is a narrow escalator, so giant queues form there. I heard that there are plans to build a new terminal, perhaps it will change the situation for the better.
We are waiting for the opening of the new terminal! This one is already too small for new records of tourist flow to Antalya!!! Long queues at the business hall and in general for food!
Well, this is a famous aviation hell! An incredible number of people, planes, inspection systems, controls, and so on. They register you don't understand how. When buying a fast track, they managed to register the whole family in different places on the plane, they could barely fix this situation. The airport is operating beyond its capabilities.
In general, it is fine, but there are very few seats. The terminal is crowded during the season. It was also confusing that exits 63 and 64 are on a different floor than the others. That is, you see exit 62 and next to it 65))
A large and beautiful terminal. There are a lot of seats for waiting. There is a lot of information board with the departure schedule. There is a smoking room. I liked it!
The usual terminal, which is loaded in the season. Nothing has changed much here in the last ten years.
Navigation is simple.
There is no special shine.
Come in advance to have time to wander in duty free, if for the first time, and do not want to be nervous
Well, to be honest, everything is organized so-so. Not a very big duty free. The exit is announced 30 minutes before boarding. There aren't many places to sit. Well, there is no free wi-fi
A good airport, but not very comfortable waiting chairs, it is not convenient for a long wait. Obviously, the prices of goods are too high, but there is a choice of brands, alcohol and more souvenirs, it is better to take everything to the airport. So clean, good toilets.
We arrived from Moscow on a charter flight. Everything went quickly and organized. Passport control, baggage claim. A small queue. It's a small room, but everything is clear.
Terribly rude customs officers, and the entire airport staff! There are crowds everywhere. The queue at the worst business hall I've ever visited. The absence of any food in the business lounge. Sandwich and cookies, that's all the food
A huge terminal. Clear. It's not hot. Girls operators of the same airline are willing to check in for flights (even if you are not standing in your window). I advise everyone to visit the CIP lounge.
Upon arrival, the luggage can be waited for a couple of hours. There used to be wi-fi for half an hour, alas, it was canceled.
There are always long queues for departure. The staff is in no hurry. Registration opens in 2 hours at best. Constant flight delays. Relatively good duty free. Disgusting business lounge. It's dirty and uncomfortable.
It is quite crowded, noisy, and very crowded during the season. Expensive food, water for three dollars, but small bottles can be carried through security.
But in general, it is tolerable — he arrived and flew away.
The airport is big. The prices are huge. There are many exits and many flights. There is a paid Wi-Fi service. Passport control was carried out quickly. Like it.
We were at this airport. When we arrived, we figured out where to go and where to get our luggage. But when we flew back, there were lots of queues, everyone was running like ants. We barely found our check-in desk. In general, I will not say that it is very bad.
A normal airport. Additional buildings are being built. Terminals.
There is Internet access with pin authorization. It can be obtained through a special terminal, using a biometric passport.
Access is limited in time (about 15 minutes)
I love Turkey, I love nature, cuisine, and relaxing in this country. The airport needs to be expanded, there are 3 terminals in the project, but no matter how it is launched, there are more and more guests.
A big beautiful terminal, lots of shops.
+ You can approach the girls at Starbucks and ask for access codes to wi fi without buying coffee (11 euros per cup is too expensive for me).
It's terrible, there is no Wi-Fi, you have to stand in line for free and after 10 minutes it disappears. You buy a paid one . There are few carts , and there are none on the 2nd floor at all . People are sitting on the floor and window sills, the toilets are dirty. There is no order, from the word at all! There is absolutely no respect for tourists who pay a lot of money to support Turkey.
The airport is convenient, comfortable, everything passes quickly, there are no problems and queues, unlike in Russia. Somehow they know how to organize everything.
The airport is extremely overloaded, there is very little information, even when something is announced in Russian, it is very difficult to understand what is being said. The lounge area is small and there is a huge queue. The building is very hot and stuffy.
The airport is spacious, friendly staff everywhere, cool, departures are almost always on schedule, comfortable seats, accessibility to people with disabilities, clean bathrooms, free Wi-Fi
We were at this airport in June, a lot of check-in windows worked on arrival, we passed in 5 minutes, we were pleased, we took our luggage just as quickly, on departure back, everything was also very fast.
Excellent ternimal. Food and water are allowed through customs. A gorgeous dytik. There are a lot of shops. Some accept rubles. Emotionally, missing passengers are announced with a request to get on the plane. Just like in the TV series.
