I remember the service - I accidentally took the scissors with me in my hand luggage, it was possible to leave them in storage, for an additional fee, and pick them up on my return. Usually, at airports in other countries and cities, everything had to be thrown away during the inspection, which was unacceptable to take with you.

The airport is very small. Duty free is average, but always very pleasant and polite cashiers and consultants. Coffee tastes better not in Starbucks but in a coffee shop in the middle of the hall. Due to the construction and expansion of the airport, the entrance is of course very inconvenient. But considering the size of the airport, everything is quite coordinated. I really hope that after the repair everything will become better and more convenient.
The ground service in November 2022 during a transit flight was extremely unfriendly, although the flight was postponed for more than 6 hours, they had to demand both hot food and hot drinks, everything had to be proved by information posted on the airline's website.

There are only front rows nearby, but you have to pay 15,000 extra for them per seat (???- I've never heard of such a thing), we refused and my husband and I, as pensioners, went to meet each other and gave places one after the other. The daughter, her husband and a small child were put in the very last row by the toilet. And when the landing ended and we went to take off, it turned out that there were a lot of empty seats on the plane, in particular, there was an empty seat next to me, next to my son, too, and with him sat a woman whose husband was sitting across the aisle. That's why it's so dishonorable to do it?... Some kind of fraud...

And they don't give you some kind of voucher for money and you have to go to the common room to shop on a coupon. It's cool outside, everyone's wearing jackets. It's hot on the bus. Well, it seems like a trifle, but in the end the impression is below average. Reconstruction is underway.
