The sauna is free, you need to turn it on when going to the pool, come back later. Transfer three times a day to JBR beach (Marina). I took the adapters with me to charge my phones. The hotel is old, a clean three, but you can live. The rooms are wet, but this is a problem for almost all hotels of this level. The food is not bad, but not very diverse. We lived in December 2024, and they put us in a gloomy and very cold two-room room. Because we were with three children and didn't want to get sick, we won a better and warmer room. Then it turned out that the tour operator had just booked an improved room for us, but the administrator only checked in the most expensive rooms first.
The food is delicious and varied, the pool is warm and very good, there is also a hookah on the roof in the evening and at night. The location is convenient for those who travel by metro. There is a free bus service to JBR beach, and you can drive for an hour during rush hour!!! You can take a taxi faster to Kite Beach or Jumeirah, near Burj al Arab, where the promenade will be cooler and more interesting.

We had a rest in early April, at this hotel. I'll start with the pros right away:
1. Excellent location(metro, taxi, shops, souvenir shops, great beach just 5km away)
2. The room is very nice, spacious enough.
3. Wi-fi catches everywhere.
Now the cons:
1. The terrible attitude of the staff (upon arrival, they took their passports for registration, gave them a password from wi-fi and told them to wait a couple of hours or go for a walk, you can't use the hotel infrastructure!)
2. The rooftop pool is very small, there are not enough sun beds for everyone.
3. The bus takes you to the terrible beach, 12 km away from the hotel! It is better to take a taxi (about 30-40 dirhams) to Kyle Beach just 5km away.
4. The food is delicious, but there is little of it and no variety, if you come after 20:00, then there is almost nothing.
5. Wi-fi is turned off after 01:00.
If you want to see the sights of Dubai, then this hotel is suitable to spend the night in it, but no more.

Great hotel!
We booked one bedroom suite + extra bed. A standard room with a child is accommodated only without an additional fee.places.
We got room 418 on the 4th floor.
My daughter was given a cot bed with a 15 cm mattress.
The room has a bedroom, a living room, kitchen furniture without dishes (only cups, glasses and a kettle), 2 bathrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, a balcony.
Everything is old, but in good condition.
Meals are 3 times a day. There are a lot of people at breakfast, less at lunch and dinner. There is enough food.
The rooftop pool bar is closed.
You can ask for bathrobes at the reception, towels are provided by the pool.
The employees are watching closely. On the first day, they offered hotel towels themselves (we had our own), sent me to the shower (although I washed in the room and went to the pool).
There is a gym, saunas, a children's room.
Everything is included in the price except the spa.
Hotel buses take you to the beach and to the outlet.
An unpleasant surprise was the closed subway due to heavy rains in April. In May 2024, four Dubai metro stations - OnPassive, Equiti, Mashreq and Energy Metro - are still closed due to rain damage.
Because of this, it is impossible to get into a carriage at a nearby station during rush hour, trains are packed to the brim. Even at 17.00 it's already packed. At 21.30 we returned more freely, but there were also a lot of people.
We walked to the Mall of Emirates station from the hotel, walked through and took the subway. We went back to the bus station - white buses take us to the Mashreq station at the hotel for free.

A good mid-level city hotel. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, all the staff understands English, delicious full breakfasts, the metro is a three-minute walk away, opposite the hotel there is a shop with affordable prices for water and small things. There is a shuttle to JBR beach, but it's better to go to Kait beach by yourself, the sand is much nicer there and the sea is cleaner. There are free showers, drinking water, toilets and changing rooms. There are 81 buses from the hotel, you need to go back with a transfer, to the Mall of the Emirates and one stop by metro, but it's not stressful, there are air-conditioned passages everywhere. We were checked in at 9!!!!!!!! O'clock in the morning. We arrived at 8.30☝🏻 The room is huge and spacious.
They immediately brought and made a spare folding bed, water, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes… Everyone is incredibly kind. I asked for an adapter-the employee showed me how to do without it. 😂You need to put a wooden tea stirrer in the upper hole (we use it). The kettle was broken -after 5 minutes they brought another one with a bottle of water, which they poured there themselves. Scissors were needed-they are running with scissors again.
We chose lunch that day instead of dinner. We went to lunch at 13.00, we weren 't even on their lists 🙈They wrote it down on a piece of paper separately. The food is great. Everything is very tasty and quite diverse. The pool is warm on the roof. Really warm 😍 sauna is included in the price. There is a gym. We went to the beach. It's a fairy tale. The water is really warm, the sand is soft.
Ahh! I forgot something important! Hotel exit ( the truth is the back )) it goes straight to the metro station. There is a huge shopping mall and many discount shops within walking distance. We bought cool Adidas crosses there with an incredible discount for the child. Almost free of charge 🤪🤣

Everyone is English-speaking, but there are Russian-speakers too, but not every day. Attentive security. The rooms are large and spacious, repairs are required, but not critical. At least in my room everything was in working order. They are cleaned every day. Good location - 2-3 minutes from the metro. 15-20 minutes and you're in the center. 10-15 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates. To one of the nearest beaches (Kite beach) 15 minutes by taxi. Of course, you can also take the metro to 2 stations and then take a taxi, but the price is the same. I didn't use buses, but they say there are free ones to the beach several times a day, but you need to sign up in advance.
Breakfasts /dinners are normal, no one will definitely stay hungry, except that by the end of breakfast/ dinner there is almost nothing left, only water is offered for dinner from drinks. In the morning tea/coffee/water.
There is a swimming pool and a gym on the 6th floor. In the forty-degree heat, it was very convenient, especially if you don't want to go far somewhere. Towels are given out, there are sun beds, free ones too :)

Now, according to the nuances: breakfast is not too varied, there is a queue in the hall in the morning, there are not enough tables, sometimes I had to go to another hall. Lunch and dinner are delicious. The Internet is not very fast, the video does not load, only photos. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but repairs are underway around it, relaxing with the sound of a drill under your ear is a so-so pleasure. For the same reason, the pool bars are closed. Now the staff, in general, the attitude is very attentive, but they squeezed a plate of fruit for my birthday as a compliment, although I warned the staff about others, hi Maryam, but these are the little things of life. It was not pleasant to go three times and demand a sheet with information about the transfer to the airport, which was at night. Rested from September 26 to October 3, 2023. The hotel is located in a convenient location, near the metro and within walking distance from the Emirate Mall.

There is high humidity in the rooms, things are practically not sent out, but most likely because of the climate, the air conditioner works with varying success, most often cold air blows, despite the fact that the room is cool. One day the safe was simply blocked and could not be opened with our password, we had to call the master. Also, when checking in, we clarified about the breakfasts, we were offered breakfast for a fee, only after clarifying that our check-in day was yesterday and that it had already been paid, they apologized and invited us to have breakfast for free. We also needed an iron, went to the reception, we were told that they would deliver it now, after some time there was no iron and we had to go and ask 2 more times.
Most often, the staff pretended that we were not there, did not notice us, did not respond to our requests, only if they went several times and asked for it and insisted.

From 29.08 to 4.09. Many thanks to the Russian-speaking staff, especially Lana. We checked in immediately upon arrival. Check-out is late, we took 150 rubles in half a day. The hotel is a little tired, but repairs are underway. It doesn't hurt to rest. I think everything will be fine soon! The pool is the best. There was enough room for everyone. The transmission accessibility is great! Mashrek metro and bus stop are very close. I recommend it for a budget vacation.

A big plus of the hotel is the location of the metro 100m, near cafes and restaurants, the bus takes you to the beach 3 times a day, everything is clearly on schedule , the nearest pier is about 1 km away . The breakfasts are good, the assortment does not change.The room is large and cozy, a little tired but not critical, cleaning every day. The pool is great, saves in the heat. The hotel deserves 4 stars, in principle all hotels in Dubai are good and try to match their stars. Have a good rest to everyone !!!

The sea is about 15 minutes on foot, but the route is a little tricky, but the cleanest sea, near the Parus hotel, it can be reached by bus, 4 stops
