When cleaning the room every time they forgot to put clean towels, transfer to the beach after 18 hours, but there are never any places. Terrible hotel! Cockroaches; dirty carpet, settled on the 1st floor without a window, very dirty furniture. It is better never to take this hotel, they ignore your comments about the dirty carpet, I have bronchial asthma, and an attack began after being in the room. After the request to relocate, they refused. I was afraid to even put things out like cockroaches. The only plus is the metro which is nearby. One evening while I was in the shower, they knocked, then they just went to clean up, without asking. All the furniture is shabby. One evening I went into the hall near the room and felt a terrible smell, it was poisoned cockroaches, the room smelled 10 times worse. I went downstairs and they said you said we had cockroaches. The area near the hotel is dark, the streets are not lit at all. There are simply no empty tables at breakfast, but there is nothing to eat there. Cucumbers and tomatoes. Grated carrots. Empty croissants. An omelet and a couple of kinds of local strange goo. In general, money was given for the hotel for the same it was possible to buy a normal and a new one in the Marina. If you do not get a transfer to the sea, I do not know if there is one at all or not, then it is not convenient to get to it at all. I even put one star with a creaking heart. Lived here for 2 weeks. During this time, there has never been a vacuum cleaner in the room, the dust has never been wiped, crumbs were on the floor and on the table, and remained, soap and toilet paper were not given out for 3-4 days. The toilet was faulty. Towels were changed only 2 times a week. At the reception, the girl did not accept comments, only "we will fix it, there will be cleaning." At breakfast, after 9.15 there are no seats, and there was nothing to eat except an omelet, filth in the hall, horror! The windows overlooked another house, a distance of 5 meters, the windows were in the windows. There is no swimming pool, the gym is open only in the morning. The nearest pool is in another hotel, but the pool is small and there are never any places there. The shuttle to the sea is only two times: at 8.00 - 5 places and at 18.30 - in the evening it's just the time for sunbathing, no one goes!( Of the advantages only: location, metro 100 meters away.

Of the minuses - the smell of smoking, dampness, mold in the room, I had to open the windows in 40 degree heat, the furniture in the kitchen was broken, according to vacationers, the 5-6 floor is better in this regard. For the sake of interest, we got up, repairs were recently made there, and it smells of paint and new carpets) it's not a fact that it's better) The administrators are friendly, many Russian-speaking, all issues were resolved quickly. Breakfast is meager, but you won't leave hungry. The coffee machine broke down when we were there, that's what upset us. And on our dates there was a pool for prevention, but we went to a nearby hotel for free. So in general, the impressions are not bad)

The rooms smell of mold, there is mold in the closet. 4 people were settled in a 2-bed room, they asked for a cot for three days. On the fourth day, they gave it when they demanded it. The eternal problem with towels. There are 4 people in the room, and they give 1 face towel and 3 large towels. They do not give a towel or water for a child at all. Beach towels are not provided at all. One of the advantages is delicious food, especially at lunch.

We lost half a day to fix the breakdown of the safe (as a result, it was replaced), the room was heavily smoked (after 2 days we were moved to another room), the bus to the sea was city (and not hotel, went 2 times a day, in the last 2 days we could not even get there, t K. was overwhelmed). The apogee of our vacation is breakfast before departure, because we left early, we asked to collect it - as a result, no one remembered about it at all. The bus has already arrived and the canteen workers were forced to put yesterday's hard rolls and a rotten apple for us! Yes, the hotel was from a cheap segment, it is very far from the center, but honesty in the stars should be present! The only plus was the food, which corresponded to a solid 4.

We arrived early and said check-in from 14.00, although it is clear that the hotel is not loaded and at the same time they took the voucher and passports that you can't go anywhere without them. We stayed until 14.00 and began to check us out earlier, they do not give us a room, so you can not take an early flight. The room is large, in principle, there are no complaints. We cleaned every day, changed the towel, put bottles of water, but in 1 week the bed was never changed. They took it from the balcony, but they did not see the point because there is no place on the balcony where to hang a towel to dry. The food is completely not varied, but we are not picky, so we were not bothered by it and did not go hungry. There are many elevators and toilets in the hotel itself. You can change money to buy souvenirs right in it. Very convenient location near the metro and bus station. We used it all the time and were able to see everything everywhere. There are many shops, pharmacies and mini outlets near the hotel. There are no scales in the hotel, so they could not weigh the suitcases.

Disgusting hotel!!! Everything is terrible!!!!
1. The rooms are shabby, old, some stink of whitewash... Things in the rooms do not dry, refrigerators are buzzing in all rooms!!!
2. Breakfast / dinner - if you managed to run to the beginning - you can eat something, and so - there is nothing to eat at 21 o'clock (!!!), although dinner is until 22:30!!!! Even stupidly there is no coffee in the bags, the waiter generally said that coffee is not included in the dinner! Seriously?! Is the boiling water over?
3. There is NO transfer to the beach!!! The hotel has a "transfer schedule", and in fact - a bus from another hotel passes this one, stops and the driver says "There are no seats", closes the door and leaves - everyone turns around and stomps to the subway!!!
The only plus is the metro is 100 meters away.
Take away the Horror, THE SHAME OF Dubai!!! And most importantly - no one is trying to smooth out the inconvenience, there is no service!!!

We came to Dubai for three days for work from 03 to 06 March 2023. We took a tour, as there was no physical time to search for a hotel, as we were in Tae. Trusted the tour operator . The transfer took us to the MD hotel. The lobby was quite pleasant. The room was booked for three. As a result, going into the room, we saw one king-size bed. We went down to the reception, the only thing they offered us was to bring a cot. When the concierge brought the cot, we were mildly shocked) something was falling out of the mattress, the pillow looked like it was a pillow for a cat with yellow spots. According to the number, all the tables were shabby, the refrigerator did not fulfill its function, the ice cream turned into a souffle. The bathroom feels like the cows were washed all in black spots and the lighting was constantly flickering, if you wash in the club. They probably never cleaned in three days (since all the feathers on the carpet from the cot were still on the carpet, and there are a lot of them there), they changed the towel only once. Thank all the gods that we came for work and in the room, just spent the night. All my friends who live in Dubai said that this is an industrial area and the most rural, as there are mainly Hindus, Arabs who serve the nearest Emirates Mall. I personally went to breakfast once, the breakfast is not bad. The first time in Dubai and the impression was terrible precisely because of the hotel.
