I didn't understand the rave reviews about the kitchen. We ordered a set of rolls, the ones in the nori are rubber, the rice is overcooked. Those in rice paper are glued together, the filling falls out. The taste is three-fold. Fast service is a plus. In general, alas, the impression of an overrated institution🤷🏼♀️

We came to Minsk on business, accidentally stumbled upon this institution.
We are thrilled! The food is amazing, the signature dessert is incredible, I don't even know what to compare it with, it seems like we just went in for lunch, and left well-fed and with a storm of emotions. Yes, a holiday, yes a lot of lovers and not so much, everyone probably wants to visit this institution (according to the administrator), but it was a big surprise for me when booking a table it is stated that I have to cope with all the needs in 1 hour and leave the institution!!!)
Fortunately, for the argument that I am with my wife and two children, I would like to celebrate my wife's birthday with them, but one hour will obviously not be enough for us, the administrator, as an exception, "offered" us two hours))
In fact, we were in place at the appointed time, and the tables around us were periodically empty, but we must pay tribute to no one who pushed us) But the request to transfer us to an empty table near the window was refused, allegedly because of the reservation, well, okay, in principle, we coped with the holiday and in our temporarily inhabited corner ...
Essentially:
1. Sushi is delicious (and this is probably the most important thing), especially gunkans, all with a beautiful design, only there is catastrophically little nut sauce in portions)
2. Prices are relatively acceptable + pink white champagne in stock
3. The service is pleasant, but a little confused in actions)
4. There are special sockets for charging usb/usb c phones, but there are either few or no cables (you need to carry your phone with you)))
5. The discount for the birthday boy, indicated by the administrator at the time of booking, was not made to us, but we already remembered this at home))
P.S. Wishes for this institution: a little more personalization (pencils with a waiting list for children, a "compliment from the institution" for the birthday boy), so to speak, more little care about the client and you will Five stars are guaranteed from customers🎖

I made an order in Yandex food. The order included pho bo and poke soup with salmon. Everything is just terrible, I have not been so disappointed in establishments for a long time. The soup is absolutely nothing like pho bo, the broth is water with seasoning, not even salty, two pieces of meat and a bunch of overcooked pasta, I ate the meat and poured it out)) the poke, which is difficult to spoil in principle, managed to spoil the sauce, which is indicated in the composition, it feels like they added a drop. I am not a restaurant critic, but as a layman who talks in terms of "delicious" and "tasteless", I can say that it is 100% tasteless

Expectation is reality!
The items presented in the menu do not correspond to reality. The quality of the fish leaves much to be desired. In an institution where only two tables were occupied, the order was carried for exactly 35 minutes. The waiter ignored the message that we were in a hurry to get to the train station and we needed to eat quickly. I also messed up the payment and entered the wrong amount in the terminal.
Minuses:
1) the photos in the menu do not correspond to reality.
2) not tasty
3) for a long time
4) disdainful attitude of the staff
I will not recommend the institution to anyone. I'm not coming back.
IF YOU POSITION YOURSELF AS AN INSTITUTION AIMED AT JAPANESE AND PAN-ASIAN CUISINE, THEN YOU SHOULD FIRST OF ALL DROWN FOR THE QUALITY OF THE FISH. Especially in the city center. Especially with such a price tag!

Why 3 stars? On December 16, at 18:00, I was with a girl in a restaurant for the first time. This institution left a little unpleasant aftertaste. The first thing I would like to pay attention to is the service. The maintenance of the service for this restaurant is very short. When ordering, I indicated that I do not use sugar / sugar syrup and exclude it from drinks, since sugar is not desirable for N/A. A cocktail ".... Sakura" was ordered, it tastes good, but it was worth refining the cocktail. The sweetness of the cocktail made it clear that there are many sugar syrups that are prescribed in the menu (sugar and alcohol give a strong load on the heart). To which I realized that maybe the waiter forgot to point out or simply forgot. As a result, I didn't even drink half of the cocktail.
We were told that the strength of the cocktail is equal to sparkling wine, but apparently the waiters do not try cocktails (much stronger) let the waiters taste the drinks!!!
Then the moment was with the fact that the girl ordered sashimi with tuna and Philadelphia. The girl really liked the sashimi dishes, especially Daikon. At one point, the waiter came and took the plate away without asking what we had finished or not. The girl naturally did not like it. To which we were surprised, laughed a little, since they would have returned the plate to us, then we were tired of Daikon.
There are no complaints about the dish: Beef with a crispy crust, Philadelphia, sashimi Tuna. Everything is very pleasant and balanced.
Next, desserts. MOTTI - it is worth working out and making the dough (if I'm not mistaken, rice) thinner, then as the dough was as much as possible (thick layer), viscous and stuck to the teeth, to the upper palate, and the dough itself is too much, which is why the dessert did not show its brightness. It would be nice to add blackberries or blueberries there.
Next, leaving the restaurant. I understand that there is a load in the restaurant and there was a full landing. But, as a service, the waiter did not ask once how the dish was served. Indicating that the restaurant is not interested in guests. "They eat, so they eat, money drips." Therefore, I leave a review here.
