We visited this restaurant with a friend and were satisfied. The restaurant is cozy and clean, and the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. There is an option to book a table in advance by phone.
The menu offers a wide selection of Chinese dishes. Everything was very tasty and freshly cooked. The portions were very generous.
The restaurant staff was very attentive and friendly. They quickly brought our order, regularly checked if everything was in order.

Marumi in Belarus fed us fish dishes that are not inferior in freshness and taste to restaurants on the coast. In summer, you can sit on the veranda there, which we did. The interior is pleasant inside, there are various options for tables and seating. The toilet is located downstairs on the 1st floor, in my opinion, this is the most convenient location in terms of proximity to the consumption area, but it is unlikely that people with disabilities will like it. As in all restaurant-type establishments that we managed to visit, the waiters are polite, smiling and not intrusive. There are a lot of them, and they are really efficient. Absolutely everything was delicious, except sweet potatoes for duck duck, it was just dried in the oven to an indecent state, you can't do that with it =)) we took classic sushi, rolls and gunkans, incredibly tasty. I can't say anything about other types, except that I saw fruits and nuts in the joints, I didn't dare try. There is nothing annoying in the atmosphere, but if you sit on the veranda, then know that there is a road with quite a lot of traffic nearby.

They do not warn that the waiting time for the order is 40 minutes , they did not bring dessert for the birthday, although they promised.Not that I really wanted their cake, but the attitude towards the customers is just wow, they probably only had a cake for one girl who was at the next table, that's how they decided that my birthday could be ignored. The evening was ruined by this place and the attitude of the employees. And I also want to note that the place actually turned out to be nondescript and untidy, dirty stained seats .., it's better to order sushi with home delivery, or go and buy it , and not sit waiting for 40 minutes without warning, we would have left if we knew that sitting without food for 40 minutes. I do not advise you to celebrate your holidays there, if you do not want them to spoil them for you. This is a very low level of service and facilities , for the first time I encountered this , also in the center of Minsk .

I would like to express my gratitude to the restaurant for the excellent service we received during our visit. I especially want to mention the work of the waiter Pavel. He was very attentive and caring, helped us with the choice of dishes and suggested which wines would best suit our dinner. The tuna was pale, and there was no curd cheese in the Mochi. I thought maybe they just didn't cook delicious, but in the morning, when I took a sick leave at work, I realized that it was not fresh food. Previously, we ordered delivery — they brought Philadelphia with some orange-colored herring instead of salmon. Life has not taught me anything, apparently, on the whole, it's her own fault that she went there again

We came to this place to celebrate my Birthday at 8 pm, hoping that we would stay there until 11, as a result, without prior warning (although this could have been done when booking a table by phone or, when we arrived, to inform immediately) at 21:52, a waiter comes up to us and tells us the amazing news about the fact that today they work up to 10, and not up to the usual 11, they cannot make any concessions (direct quote), since it is necessary to disinfect small insects. I also decided to clarify this question with the administrator, but in response I received only "sorry, we can't do anything", as a result of which we had to urgently finish our drinks and think about where to spend the rest of the festive evening, and the mood naturally remained spoiled. There is also a separate question to Tom yam, since the declared dish in the framework of the presented illustration in the menu does not correspond to reality: a small number of ingredients in the form of two mussels and three shrimps, everything else is essentially an empty spicy broth. I would have given 1 point, but due to the fact that the waiter Marat did his job wonderfully (guided by the menu, often approached and asked clarifying questions), I will put 2.

Previously, we visited Marumi near the Botanical Garden. It was bombishly delicious!
On Independence 18, we had dinner with my husband on a Friday evening at the end of June.
It's just disgusting food. A greasy, cold, tasteless soup with absolutely bland noodles.
We were sitting in the basement, the tables are so close that you can hear the neighbor breathing.
Don't set foot in here anymore.

Almost immediately, we ordered sushi with us. As a result, we ate and waited another 40 minutes for sushi. I had to contact different waiters and the receptionist. No one even apologized for the delay. We won't come here anymore. Miso soup, by the way, is tasteless. Just like water with soy sauce.

We recently visited your institution, and, unfortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely negative. We ordered cheese ramen, noodles in sweet and sour sauce and fried rice. To our disappointment, the dishes did not meet either the stated descriptions or expectations.
The chicken in the ramen had an unpleasant texture, resembled slime, and it was difficult to determine its quality. Noodles in sweet and sour sauce turned out to be ordinary pasta mixed with ketchup, which, to put it mildly, did not correspond at all to the declared dish. The fried rice turned out to be boiled and simply soaked in soy sauce, with an excessive amount of salt.
After serving the first courses, we decided to refuse further orders and discuss the situation with the administrator. Instead of acknowledging the inconsistency of the dishes and zeroing the bill, they began to explain to us that "everyone has different taste preferences." I would like to note that one of our guests is a professional chef with work experience, and his reaction to the presentation and quality of the dishes was, to put it mildly, extremely negative.
After insistence, the chef was invited, who, to our surprise, confirmed that 80% of the sweet and sour sauce consists of ketchup. This has completely undermined our trust in your institution.
It is a pity that an institution that could please its guests turned out to be a complete disappointment. The descriptions of the dishes do not correspond to reality and technical and technological maps, and it seems that they are trying to expose the guests as people who do not understand food.

Salad with shrimp is very tasty, it would be nice to add a couple of shrimp, it would be Top), even if it would be more expensive, but this is already a quibble. The tea is tart and strong, we are not used to this, but in general the tea is delicious. The prices are quite affordable, even quite. The rolls are delicious. Next time I'll take a set to evaluate it properly. I also liked the sushi, but some of them were not fastened enough and fell apart on the plate.
But soups, in my opinion, are very weak. The dish that passes for "Ramen", of course, has nothing to do with it. The name "Soup Somehow" is more suitable for this dish. I didn't like the broth at all, it was weak and tasted as if cooked on skins, the rest of the ingredients were thrown "Somehow".
Of course, I haven't tried all the dishes yet, I think there are more successful ones than soups. But I definitely won't order them anymore.

This restaurant pleased me with its atmosphere and service. As soon as we entered, we were greeted very warmly and escorted to our table. The restaurant staff were attentive and ready to help us with the selection of dishes and drinks.
It's not the first time I've been to this place, often with my family. I tried many different dishes, and they were all delicious and fresh.
The prices at the Marumi restaurant are quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food and service.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting the Marumi restaurant. This is a great place to enjoy Japanese cuisine and have a nice time with friends or family.
