This is a fiasco. We go in for the 5th time and nothing changes. There are no questions about the food itself. Delicious. There are no such problems at other addresses of the institution, always quickly and clearly. But this address is just creepy. I'll add it..
After 50 minutes of waiting, cold and unsalted rice was brought. It was also not spicy and without peanuts. She asked for a replacement. They warmed it up in the microwave and brought it back))) I didn't have the strength to say anything to them again. The waiters tried to fish for 5 minutes, so that at least they would bring salt. Farther.. the waiters are standing chatting among themselves, not looking at the hall. The one who walks around the hall - you call-, but he pretends that he does not see or hear)) We waited 10 minutes for them to look at us, but alas. We went up to them ourselves, paid off and left. This was the last visit to the institution at this address. So far, this is the worst service in our entire lives!!

My husband and I decided to visit this place on May 9th and have dinner.
1) rolls were brought first, forgetting to put ginger and wasabi.
2) tea was brought after an hour of waiting.. i.e. we ate without water..
3) then the ginger was brought.. But it was too late.
4) they completely forgot about the salad ... they reminded me, they brought it in 5 minutes. Shock.
