We stayed at this hotel from 06/29/2022-07.07. To be honest, I don't understand why such terrible reviews! What do you people need? The hotel is surrounded by greenery , the food is very tasty , the staff is responsive , well , just nice) the rooms are yes , ordinary unpretentious , but clean , everything was cleaned and changed every day. Of course, everyone has different needs in life, we are an ordinary family from Moscow and we really liked everything!
We rested for 11 days from August 22. We had a great rest. We arrived at the hotel around 10 a.m., settled in immediately, and even with a sea view, without any additional charges. The room is large and spacious. Everything worked in the bathroom, the air conditioner worked well, including when the balcony was opened (some wrote that it turned off when they opened it, nothing turned off for us). Cleaning, of course, is a maximum of three. Food is also not a fountain, of course, but we could always find something to eat. There were a lot of different fruits. They even gave borscht once, but we all knew about cleaning and food, we went to the hotel precisely for the location. And we really liked the hotel itself, but the place where it is located is definitely the best in this whole region! We passed /passed /sailed other hotels in this region - we realized that marti resort has the best location! Someone wrote that the sea is cold... I don't know, I'm generally super cold, but I was warm in the sea, I could swim for hours, very comfortable water, even for me. There are biting fish, I also knew about it in advance, I just didn't stand still and never bit me, my husband and child were bitten, but they stood on purpose, it was interesting to them😅 the water is warm in the pools, but it's even warmer in the sea for me)) there are very few people everywhere, there are almost no queues in the restaurant. For example, I liked the fact that the waiters serve the food even more! This moment did not cause us any discomfort. Our guide at the hotel offered excursions, we decided to go to Cleopatra Island for an evening walk. We have never regretted that we chose the evening one. What was the sunset like? swimming in the second bay, however, goes out at night, but this makes it even more interesting. The boat is shining, music is playing, the moon is shining.... in general, it is very fun and interesting, I especially recommend it to young people, older people may like a day walk more. In general, I definitely recommend the hotel!!! Together with him, we considered orca and grand yazici, as a result, we were very glad that we chose Marty, we never regretted it!! And, by the way, if anyone has read the review to the end, I will recommend a gorgeous place to meet the dawn! There is a large terrace with sea views. There's a great view from there! The manager said that there were no more rooms, although no one had checked in yet, the room could be changed only in the morning (well, imagine, a 2-year-old child to sort things out, decompose, pack things back into a suitcase and jump from room to room for 2 days in a row), local residents were waiting at the hotel, as a big Muslim holiday was planned And all the good rooms were naturally prepared for them, I said, no problem, then we spend the night on suitcases, on sofas, in front of the reception. We left our suitcases and went for a walk, ate, reached the sea, returned, only 1.5 hours later we were given a room in another building and we finally settled in. The room itself has everything you need for living. Of course, you can find fault with a lot, somewhere the light bulb does not light, somewhere the lock does not close, but these are all small things. The territory of the hotel is cool, well-groomed, there is a place to walk, lie down, relax, there is a children's mini club, but there is complete ruin, everything is so old that it will crumble, there is no bathroom in the mini club.
As for the food, when we arrived, the food just sucked, there was no other way to say it, then closer to the holiday, when the Turks themselves began to gather, the food began to improve and by the end of the rest I can say that the food is very tasty, fruits are always fresh, sweet, ripe, pastries are full of everything for every taste, meat of various types, on a festive evening, lamb was roasted on a spit, some day they cut up a huge fish, and fried like meat on a campfire, ice cream from three to five, they cook very delicious Turkish coffee, there is nothing to worry about, everything is edible and delicious. I would like to say about the staff separately... As they say, the hotel itself, and the staff itself, for two weeks of stay, our room was cleaned only once, the cleaning consisted only in changing towels and taking out the trash. Everyone, that's all, came to the reception, left a sign asking to get out, all attempts ended in failure, and at the reception I warned that we have a small child, he sleeps from 13.00 to 17.00, please get out before that time, it's useless, I take out the garbage myself for two days in a row, about changing bed linen in general, I'm silent, no one even jumped to change it, No one not only understands you, but also does not want to understand, the staff is very lazy, you can see the big flaws of the hotel manager, the staff manager does not deal with at all. If you claim that you have a 5-star hotel, well, then you need to work as a 5-star hotel, not 3, especially since tourists pay a lot of money for a vacation.

All this unhappy feedback is absolutely fair! And they do not change anything here, it seems that the hotel owner does not care about the opinion of vacationers and they are simply ignored. So, a terribly dirty hotel, saving on cleaning, although I expected to turn a blind eye to some shortcomings due to the good sea, beautiful bay and many pools, but not so much. No one is interested in cleaning tables, washing mirrors in the reception, basically cleaning up.There is no beach bar in principle and you have to go to the reception for water, and it's not close. I have not seen such poor and tasteless food even in 3 stars (I had a chance once in Spain). This all-inclusive Turkey for lunch or dinner you will not see more than 2 meat dishes!! And it's tasteless (the chicken is dry, you can't chew the beef), the cooking is off, tasteless! They say many years ago it was among the top five on the coast and presidents from eastern Europe vacationed here.And now he's not even worth three stars.What led to such a collapse and outright savings on everything? It seems that the hotel management decided to raise money on the natural resources and location of the hotel and that's it. There are few such bays, so you can relax in another one, they will come anyway. But not to the same extent? You will not pour coffee, water, or any other drinks for yourself - you need to catch the girls who walk around the hall and pour drinks to the guests. The hotel has a beautiful territory, the sea is clean, a few biting fish, but they are not terrible) we walked through the mountains behind the hotel, we recommend, there is a great view of the bay, the main thing is to go back to 12) we cleaned the room every day, the floors are really washed very so-so, the towel rack was then repaired.

There is no bathrobe and slippers. There is no shower gel, no soap! Generally well.... full. I had to swear - by one o'clock in the morning everything was eliminated.

Good day to everyone. I want to share my impressions of my stay at the Marti Resort hotel in Marmaris/Ichmeler. We had a rest from June 28 to July 7. The journey from the airport to the hotel took about 2 hours with a stop. The trip was quite fast, as the whole bus was going to this hotel. There are Russian speakers at the reception, which does not make it difficult for someone who does not speak English to quickly check in. When checking into the room, we put $ 20 in our passport to give at least some room with a sea view. And so it happened-they gave at least some kind of view, or rather a corner room with a view of the road from the market leading to the sea. In general, it would be better to leave a standard room. Well, at least there was a kettle that was used once). Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. In addition to the usual restaurant, there is also a snack bar where burgers, sandwiches and the like are prepared. Let me remind you, the hotel positions itself as an ultra all inclusive. That is, in fact, they should be fed and watered around the clock. The restaurant has a very wide variety of food: chicken, turkey, beef, fish and everything in different types. Vegetables and fruits are of course, as well as sweets. There is a time interval between lunch and dinner where you can only take sweets. How is it? And where is ultra all inclusive? That is, you can only have a snack with onions and cakes, well, thank you. There is also an a la carte restaurant, fish and Italian, where you can sign up, but for a fee of 10 euros. Wait, isn't the one to choose from a la carte free?- Of course not. Well, OK, let's go to Italian, and it happens once a week. So make an appointment in advance. The Italian a la carte pleased me. Everything was delicious and we ate a lot. And, by the way, the soup there is the best than in a regular restaurant, since only cream soups and mashed soups are offered for lunch and dinner. Stock up on doshirak so that at least some kind of goo gets into your stomach if you can't get into an Italian restaurant). Drinks: there is everything, but locally produced, but what about ultra all inclusive? We are asking this question again. There is a red label, but at the moment it is missing, it should be summed up, well, OK, it should be so..After one o'clock in the morning, all drinks become paid and even regular soda. Kaaak??? It's ultra all inclusive, friends..it turns out that it's just all inclusive and it doesn't match the description. Cleaning: leaves the best to be expected. It is practically absent unless you find a cleaning person and tell him to clean the room. The bed has not been changed in 10 days, maybe it was not changed before us, who knows, they only made it up!!! I always had to ask for towels, the floors were not washed, the palace in the corridor by the door was cleaned once. There are huge cockroaches, but where without them). WiFi: it is practically absent, it is not there, it is not in the room at all, it works on the beach and by the pools for 2 minutes and throws it away, it works best at the reception. This is how you position yourself, and the wifi is full of g.. cleaning for 1 point. The sea and pools: comfortable sun beds, umbrellas, everything is enough for everyone. The sea is not far away, just 2 minutes, but it is cool, even for July. The pool is comfortable. Animation: the guys are great, they give their best, there is a variety of entertainment, but there is no beach volleyball, there is simply nowhere to place it. And so are darts, and bocce, and water polo, and aqua aerobics. In the evening, children's animation and various shows, after which there is a disco, which only works until 12. In general, the hotel is 4+. And yes, do not rent ATVs and electric bikes at the hotel, they are much cheaper in the city. Enjoy your stay!
