The hotel is not bad.
The sea, the sun, are at a height.

The beach is pebbly. Entering the water without special shoes is problematic. It is solved by buying silicone bathing shoes. (350-500 rubles to choose from) The room is good (high floors)
The attitude towards vacationers is excellent.
The dining room sums it up. Keywords: pigs and slops. The food is not quite edible.
Wooden apples, uncooked potatoes, not very soluble sugar, pies and cakes contained hair several times. Bitter cucumbers, old rotten tomatoes and many many similar pearls such as bones in cutlets, old chickens with black bones. I would like those who do it to choke on it. Tea is a special place...(and whether tea is at all). They carried their drinks to the dining room.
Animations are present.
Shops are only in Pitsunda.(100-150 rubles by taxi)
The excursions are not bad.
Compared to Turkey or Tunisia....how to get to Paris with cancer. I do not recommend it.
We went only because almost everything was closed.

We had a rest in the Literary Fund in June 2023. I liked the rest. Clean rooms, change of linen and towels every 3 days, including beach towels. The food on the buffet is simple, but of high quality. I have never had any problems with digestion. The territory of the boarding house is well-groomed, you can take a walk and sit on benches. At each bench, the lamp is made in the form of a person engaged in either reading, playing chess, photographing, etc. That's a great idea. Good children's animation in the evening. Music is strictly up to 23-00. There is a comment about the pool. Very quickly, the water becomes not transparent, etc. Although the pool is cleaned regularly. Apparently the filters don't work well enough. Excursions can be booked at the boarding house. There are small shops on site with fruits, drinks, souvenirs, cheese, etc. The beach is large and clean, as is the sea itself. Our people try to take sun loungers under umbrellas at six in the morning. It's visible everywhere)). Closer to noon, there are a lot of free sun loungers. Next to the guesthouse there is a cafe almost on the beach. And there you can eat khachapuri from the oven, well, it's very tasty! And of course there is a huge selection of Abkhazian wines. What else does a person need on vacation - the sea, the sun, delicious food and a great mood!

We were a 2+2 family in August. Booked in February. The small building is a 2-room junior suite. The room is great. We immediately checked how the water in the shower goes away - it does not go away)) they called and immediately did everything, there were no more problems. Ballu condees are very noisy. We advise you to count all the dishes with the cleaner under the painting! When the cleaning lady was evicted, 2 teaspoons were missing, I immediately noticed that there were fewer of them than others. They are deducted 50 rubles each for these unfortunate spoons. They gave away 100 rubles, of course, but it was unpleasant: We did not sign the acceptance and transfer act!
Dining room - you can eat, don't even try to compare with Turkey! For breakfast, eggs are either boiled, or an omelet, or fried fried-overcooked fried eggs, pancakes are the same buttered-oiled. I ate cottage cheese + grated carrots + dried fruits and some honey. 2 types of cereals. We didn't always find something to eat for dinner. It is very tasty in local paid establishments, but the prices are like in an average cafe near Moscow, not cheap at all.
For those who play volleyball, take sneakers - they play here after dinner on a well-lit playground, they don't play on the beach. You can also play basketball and tennis there: balls, rockettes - everything is there, good. The playground is great. Consider there is no pool - it is always very dirty, the cleaning system, apparently, does not cope. The beach - sunbeds under the pines, very cool, the smell is awesome, at 8 o'clock they calmly still got themselves sunbeds. The sea is suuuper, we bought from the bottom of our hearts - both warm and clean. For a couple of days, of course, there were waves and brought sticks and household garbage, the next day, as it happened, everything was clean again. In the evening, bonfires are made of these sticks on the beach. Household garbage is collected on the beach, but we ourselves did not disdain to take something to the trash can. There is a cartoon in the cinema every day at 12, a movie in the evening. There are 2 tabletop tables next to the cinema - rockettes are not particularly what they are, but there are balls too. The library is good. A children's club, or rather a room with a not very convenient schedule and a strict aunt supervisor, not all the children then wanted to return, but she is basically good-natured, just keeps order very much. Go to the nearby Boxwood Grove, especially with children, there is a cool rope park, the passage is free. We went to Gagra, to the Ritsa, to Mount Athos - we liked everything very much, be sure to look at everything! Overall, I have a very positive impression. All the disadvantages were known in advance from the reviews, so we were ready for them and tried to have fun. We went to Pitsunda, where the water is generally a magical azure color, stunningly clean. In general, I highly recommend it, either here or in the Boxwood Grove. But somehow I liked the Literary Fund more - we played enough volleyball)). Of course, food is sad and longing - for those who care about it very much and in the first or second place in the priorities, but you can eat delicious food on the territory for a fee.

We have been vacationing since September 05! Four adults! We lived in the second building on the ground floor. This is not the first time in Abkhazia. We liked everything in the Literary Fund! Well done! They are very hospitable and diligent! The staff is pleasant, smiling and helpful! The food is good, high-quality! The service is excellent! The guys in the restaurants are generally great! Everything is very fast and neat. The medical center is at a height. Around the clock. A lot of activities. Sports, excursions, entertainment. Everything is very clean. Everything is new in the rooms. We are grateful for the rest provided. If it works out, we will definitely come back here.

A very decent sanatorium, owned by Rosatom, apparently, therefore, a new renovation, a very good playground on the territory with a free children's trampoline, good food with fruits, cleaned territory. Gorgeous views from the balcony, the advantage in front of the sanatorium is horseback riding, the beach is gorgeous and very wide with pine trees and sun beds,
The sanatorium has everything: a cinema, animation, bars, a children's room, doctors and treatment, + transportation from the airport (included in the ticket price).
I Liked Everything! The territory, the sea, the location, the only minus is a bad cleaner - on the 3rd floor (she was meticulous, pestered with questions, and did not clean the room as it should be, until you ask!) .
I guess I was unlucky with her.

I was on vacation with my daughter and friends from 06/19.21 to 06/28.21.
A very excellent boarding house for Abkhazia. I was surprised that there is one there. Great and delicious food, a huge selection of dishes.
Cozy, comfortable rooms. Room cleaning and linen change on request.Great pool, kids are thrilled. Beautiful, clean, equipped beach. Two cafes on the beach, a free, civil toilet.There is a guard on the territory, it's not scary to let the children go to the room alone. A great playground with ballet and swings.
I was upset by the view from the room to the roofs of technical buildings, but this was compensated by the format of the needles, because pine branches fell almost onto the balcony. Attentive, courteous and responsive staff, which is not a little important on vacation.
WE HAD A GREAT REST!!!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

As for the food, I don't know who writes that it's bad, it's just a lie. Everything is delicious and varied, there are always two types of first courses and very tasty, especially I liked the pickle. There, in the reviews, one lady wrote about cottage cheese, which is bad, well, I don't know which one she needs is very tasty and sour cream is also wonderful. You can always choose the second one according to your taste, there are plenty of them. The side dish is not only buckwheat, as they say, and potatoes and pasta, who likes what. Food is not the most important thing. We are used to overeating in Turkey. The main thing is a clean, beautiful sea and nature. The air with the Pitsunden pines is simply a paradise. From entertainment, everyone will find what they want: excursions, a concert, horseback riding, tennis, basketball, football and movies can be watched. And a disco in the evenings. I was on vacation alone, the children grew up, so I won't say anything about holidays with children. I will definitely go next year, we can do without Turkey and Egypt, we have already visited everywhere.

Cheburechnaya deserves special attention. Sports grounds and tennis courts are always at the disposal of vacationers. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy and pebbly, there are enough sun beds. The bottom of the sea is a large pebble, I recommend going in special shoes. In the evening it is very pleasant to walk along the shore. The relaxation area by the pool and the pool are cleaned regularly. A rich excursion program. The animation team is available, but their services have not been used. The rooms are cleaned daily. Change of linen once every 7 days, towels on request. Beach towels are always available. The medical staff is attentive. The pension is located on the Black Sea coast, surrounded by a pine forest and a boxwood grove. The sea in June 2022 is the purest, turquoise, but cool. The beach is clean, sun beds in good places should be occupied from 7 a.m., or then you will huddle at cheburechnaya (with all these aromas, instead of a fresh sea breeze), or in the sun. There are no problems with the number of sun beds, but there are problems with places in the shade, under a canopy or umbrellas.
The staff at the boarding house is friendly, but unhurried.
The cleanliness in the room, unfortunately, let me down. We stayed in the suite (room 1118), the room is cleaned daily, but very mediocre. The floor has not been clean once in all the time! So I did not understand whether it was washed or not. The plumbing has never shone either. The linen was changed every four days, but the cot was not changed once in 11 days of rest.
The pool is good, the children swam there every day. Wi-fi sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't. And not on the entire territory of the boarding house.
Nutrition is a separate topic. For suites, junior suites and super suites, it is organized in a separate dining room. But that doesn't mean anything!)) The advantage in the nutrition of the boarding house is that you can lose weight!)) I haven't eaten so much cabbage, carrots and beets in a year!))) But seriously, it was not so much the amount of food that failed, as its quality: frankly paper sausages for breakfast, an omelet made of powder, cottage cheese made of vegetable oils ... this is sad, of course. To die is not to die, but there is no benefit from such a diet. For that, the cafe on the territory (which is next to the cottages and shops) is very tasty! Everything is delicious! Awesome barbecue, grilled vegetables, potatoes! And also homemade dry red wine. Unexpected, but very tasty! And the present (which is rare in Abkhazia)! We also took him home with us.
We came to Abkhazia by car, so we visited a lot of places, saw a lot of things and were delighted! We want to come back again!) And even, despite all the disadvantages, back to the Literary Fund. Due to the good location of the boarding house and a good number of rooms!

The pool is a little dirty, of course, one child swam and the next day it was a little bad)) THE FOOD is Like IN A HOSPITAL:1-this is some kind of incomprehensible type of minced meat, the cheapest for it is clear from whom and what it is, cutlets were made from it, changed shape to a Cradle and then to a roll and the like, TERRIBLE, coffee is just atas, the cheapest soluble from dust) there are no seasonal fruits, apples in half and 🍌 the products are the cheapest, but damn, and at least something could be cooked from them, everything is tasteless, broth on magic is a hundred pounds, compote is tinted water! I am currently vacationing at this hotel. Pros: a large beautiful territory, a playground for children, the presence of a swimming pool, a wide beach line, proximity to the sea, sun beds, sports fields, rooms with new furniture and then I think the hotel will be even more transformed, because repairs are underway here. Personally, I have not experienced any inconveniences related to the repair work.
Cons: DISGUSTING FOOD, ALWAYS COLD, TASTELESS. There is very tasty food and pastries in this country, but not in this hotel. I have never seen such horror anywhere else. There are practically no vegetables except tomatoes and cucumbers for dinner, apples and oranges are stable from fruits. Lunch of one day for an example: 2 types of soup are disgusting, one of them is broth + onion + potatoes+ dumplings, stewed potatoes-it is impossible to eat-cold, spaghetti and meatballs- cold greens- parsley and dill, vegetables- terrible green pepper, fruits - apples, tea - Lisma or something similar, compote. For tea: marshmallows that dried up 100 years ago, and something like Turkish jelly is terrible🤢
Dinner is terrible: pollock fish is smelly and cold, rolls are overdue, chicken liver is cold rubbish. IT'S DISGUSTING.
The main feature of the dining room of the hotel is that it is divided into 2 halls, such as part of the hall are suites, the other part of the hall is standard. Question to the hotel manager - are you out of your mind? There is no such thing in any country. I would advise you to work on the quality of the food and then people will reach out to you. I repeat once again that in this country they cook very tasty, and the pastries are simply divine, why the hotel managers do not correct the situation is unclear.a lot of people have written about this problem of this hotel before me. I came here specifically to check it out for myself. A lot of people come with children and how can we feed the children with this?

Accordingly, you can't turn on the TV, the Internet, or the split system, and it's two hours a day every day, two at night. The pool is not warming up. Problems with cooking. To my question, is there an emergency diesel generator? Answer: yes, but it is broken. There is no one to repair it. This happened during all ten days of my vacation. There are a lot of dogs, they constantly fight with cats, which are not measured in the same way. It is only necessary to slightly open the door to the dining room as they fly into the dining room in a ball and then climb under the tables. It's disgusting. The territory has been cleaned. But it is not possible to leave the territory, everything is polluted by cows. There is devastation and mountains of garbage all around. I was driving from Sochi, there were stones on the road, they must have fallen from the mountain, the driver drove around. I came back ten days later, the stones were shifted a little to the side, no one bothered to remove them. You can write a multi-volume book about all the negatives. From the pearl of the Soviet Union, Abkhazia is faithfully and confidently moving into the cave age.

A wonderful hotel - the main building has just been renovated. Excellent service! The kitchen is dietary with a large selection of dishes.
During the day, yoga, dancing, medical procedures, excursions (although we went ourselves - you go out the gate of the hotel, there are drivers - to any place in Abkhazia for acceptable money: the longest trip was for the whole day for 8000 rubles for 4 people) .
In the evening: cinema, disco. Or you can go along the seashore to the neighboring "Boxwood grove" (there is an excellent music program in the bar there).
A very good medical center. If you come without a voucher, you can get all the procedures there for money (all baths are 300 rubles a session, massage is really expensive - Moscow prices).
The sea is clean, the pebbles are average (take slippers for swimming). The pier, however, ruins the dilapidated and rusty landscape, but unfortunately there is a lot of this in Abkhazia.
There is an excellent large swimming pool, a new court, a basketball and football court.
I really liked it! And how the nightingales sang in May!

The boarding house is not bad for 3 stars. Good location, there is something to see on organized excursions, a healthy climate, a large territory.
There is a transfer, but the passage (not the passage, namely the passage with luggage) through the Russian part of the border is slightly annoying.

The people on the bus were shocked!!! We rode on the seats like on horses! They beat themselves to the "bottom points ".. One man with two children made a remark to the driver that there were children on the bus, and he drove slower. The so-called guide Fatima sarcastically replied to him - "I don't like it - we can drop you off!!" Where to drop off? In the mountains, in the forest? Very rude. They took us to some waterfall, which was not visible, and stripped us of 300 rubles each, for what? For showing us some kind of rock?. They didn't even ask if we wanted to go anywhere or not. No one knew at all that there would be such extortion. At the Ritz, they dropped us off the bus and told us to go for a walk. They gave us 20 minutes, and they went to the restaurant.Guide Fatima (warned that if anyone is late, they will leave and are not going to wait for anyone. Everything she said during the excursion was not heard. She just said, "Look to the left! Look to the right! And what could we see through those black little windows, and even at such a speed, when everything was flashing so fast outside the windows that we didn't even have time to turn our heads! A complete nightmare! At the end of the excursion, the guide asked: "Did we like the excursion?" The whole bus was silent, as everyone was just in complete shock. And what each person paid 2000 rubles for is still not understood! The mood is ruined until the end of the holiday! It is necessary to deprive this Fatima of her license and the rights of this miracle driver!

I am resting at the pension Litfond in Pitsunda. I am a wheelchair user, so I give an assessment primarily for a category of vacationers like me. Not everything is perfect, but if you walk a little and can roll the stroller in certain places, everything is quite accessible: the power supply, and the elevator (narrow, only for strollers no wider than 60 cm), and the pool and even the sea. The building and the rooms after the restoration are just great. I would especially like to mention the kitchen. The dishes are simple, no fuss, but they are cooked very tasty. The buffet. There are greens, vitamin salads, pickled vegetables and fruits, fruits and dried fruits. I would like to mention the service staff. They are very attentive, helpful and polite. I especially want to highlight the waiter Kostya, just a soul person.
In general, I recommend the boarding house to everyone for a great holiday. To the management of the boarding house, please: make the ramps less steep (especially near the dining room and the pool, it is generally dangerous, an accident may happen); align the wooden path to the sea directly without slopes, and think about and make an exit from the ramp to the path; lengthen the handrails for going to the pool beyond the "threshold" and lengthen the handrails for going in the sea, so that with weak legs it was possible to overcome the hill-embankment. All this is necessary not only for people with disabilities, but also for elderly pensioners, who are your main guests in the off-season.

A good boarding house, beautiful nature, but there is one problem that negates all the advantages. It's an evening disco. If you are unlucky and the windows of your room overlook the pool, then prepare for a nervous breakdown. Every evening there is an incredible roar until 11 pm. If you expect to relax in peace and quiet, then this boarding house is not for you. It is impossible to put the child down. The glass in the windows is shaking. It doesn't bother anyone that 10 people are on the dance floor, and the rest are forced to listen to a very dubious musical selection. Someone cruelly deceived the girl leading the disco that she has a voice and musical taste. In addition, mocking the vacationer, the sound is getting louder and louder by the end of the disco. Why not move this sabbath away from residential buildings. Why do people who have paid a lot of money for suites and junior suites in the family building, at the whim of the administration, have to listen to this horror every evening. Participants of this coven should be accommodated in such rooms, and not vacationers with young children. Perhaps someone will like it, but if you come to the sea hoping to listen to the sound of the surf in the evening, avoid the Literary Fund.

The price - quality does not match. A ticket for two in the summer months costs 120 rubles for a standard room. For this money you get - the boorish attitude of doctors, dirty rooms, family rooms with separate beds without the possibility of combining them. Meals are buffet style, meals for 3/5. Rooms do not pull up to standard according to the conditions, of course. The treatment is mediocre, rather massage and baths, that's all. There will be nowhere to go, only by bus or walking around the territory.
There are no questions for the employees, well done, everyone is trying. Except for some doctors.

A great boarding house! A large, beautiful territory, the sea is nearby, you just need to walk along the path. The beach line is wide, many vacationers take sun beds early in the morning, but you can always take a sunbed from a beach worker and put it anywhere, even under the pines, even in the sun. The rooms are new, after renovation. The room has a TV, refrigerator, kettle, mugs, plates and even a corkscrew. There is a dryer on the balcony and a table with two chairs. There is a hairdryer, soap, shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom. There are enough towels. The food is delicious, homemade, if any dish ends, they immediately bring it. There is a large swimming pool, and a children's disco takes place near it in the evening. There is also a children's room and a modern playground for children. Friendly staff. There are two big disadvantages: 1- there is no toilet next to the pool, 2- there is no drinking water anywhere.

Prices are almost Sochi, and sometimes even more expensive. There is a choice of excursions, but it is better to take them "on the side" - they will cost less.
