We had a family vacation in the Literary Fund from July 3 to July 15. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, linen is changed on the 5th day. The territory is good, a big plus is sports and volleyball courts. The sea is very close, there were enough sun beds. But, the dining room, it's something with something. There were constantly not enough forks and spoons, boiling water for tea was waited for 15 minutes, minced meat cutlets. They came to dinner at 19.00. There was already little food. We didn't understand why we need these red cards at the entrance if we have yellow bracelets on our hands.A separate respect for the youth in the dining room, well done, they worked like bees. Animation is zero. Basically, the rest was a success, I shoot two⭐⭐ for the dining room and animation. By the way, there are many kind dogs and cats there. We really liked the Lobradorchik🐕

I really enjoyed my vacation at the Literary Fund. I was in April 2024, I was lucky with the weather. I managed to swim in the sea. The kitchen is delicious, the territory is not large, but well maintained. There is a good playground. Pitsunda is a 40-minute walk away

Nice boarding house on the first coastline. The rooms are in excellent condition. One of the disadvantages is nutrition. It's ugly. There is a shortage of protein foods, a shortage of dishes in the dining room, and fights over more or less good dishes.

Unexpectedly pleasant hotel, I liked everything in general: clean, delicious, its own beach. The hotel is beautifully renovated, there is an excellent court, basketball and volleyball court, table tennis, and the library is generally something unique. One of the advantages of this hotel is its location. The sea is close. A nice, new, modern playground. Excellent mini football fields with artificial turf.A new tennis court and a volleyball (basketball) court. We were in June 2022. Construction is underway on the territory of the hotel both day and night, respectively, the noise, especially from the Bulgarian, can be heard throughout the territory. The workers, what they work in, come to play with vacationers on the football field in the same way. They also play table tennis all the time in the evening, given that there are only two tables, and there are a lot of children who want to play, I think this is not right.The gym is under renovation. The infrastructure of the hotel is not thought out, the toilet at the beach is one male and two female, it's scary to go into this toilet, we ran there with our son, small, big, it's better to go to the room. The toilet is by the pool... There is no one, the nearest one is located in the building, in order to get there, you need to put on outerwear, i.e. if you left the pool and wanted to go to the toilet, you need to dry off, put clothes on wet swimming trunks and go to the toilet, to put it mildly, it is inconvenient. I called this hotel "Liftfund", a 13-storey building, 3 elevators, to go upstairs, you need to stand in line, fortunately we had the 7th floor, we walked, we even stopped waiting for the elevator to the bottom, we immediately walked, because the elevators are already full from above. Food in the dining room, Buckwheat, chicken, compote, edible vegetables. Pilaf (rice porridge) is usually heavily overcooked, even from a spoon can not be peeled off. The approach to the dish is possible from two sides and theoretically, it can be applied from two sides, but the device (spoon, tongs) is put one piece, thereby provoking a queue, when vacationers try to take additional devices to speed up the process, workers immediately remove these devices. It is not clear why this is being done? Still, the priority should be to feed the maximum number of people in the minimum amount of time (the time interval for eating is 1.5 hours), but apparently they have a different setup, it is not clear. There are new refrigerators, televisions at the reception, toilets and other plumbing in the corridors, all these are the consequences of reconstruction (repair). The room is clean, everything is new, but the balcony door does not close, the refrigerator door opens by 30%, it is necessary to outweigh the hinges on the refrigerator, the money is invested, the ideas are good, and the execution suffers.

A GOOD-QUALITY BOARDING HOUSE BY THE SEA WITH A BEAUTIFUL GREEN AREA
I rested in this boarding house alone for a week. It's the first time in the country. Having read everything, I was slightly afraid for the level of service. A pleasant start to the trip was that the day before departure, the person in charge of the transfer contacted me (included in the price of the voucher, I did not pay anything separately), clarified the nuances of departure, met at the airport, provided assistance when passing the border and in a comfortable seven-seater car I was taken to the boarding house within an hour (back such the same procedure, only a transfer 3 days in advance is ordered at the reception). The reception staff and all employees without exception (maids, workers, canteen workers, tour desk) are very polite and friendly! Thank you very much for your work!
About the room)) Within 5 minutes, I checked into room 521 (single room) on the 5th floor. View of the garden, the construction site and the mountains. But there was no noise of construction. The room has a single bed with a high-quality Ascona mattress and clean new linen, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a TV on the wall, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a kettle, a minimum set of dishes in the closet (even a corkscrew to open fine local wine!)), a table and two chairs on the balcony, a pull-out clothes dryer. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, a rug on the floor (a trifle, but at home), a set of towels - 3+ beach towels, soap and soap accessories (they were replenished, despite the huge amount of my hair cosmetics). I didn't have enough shelves above the washbasin for cosmetics and shelves or cabinets in the hallway for bags, etc. As it is, everything is fine with me. We will not write about the periodic shutdown of light and water, since this is the norm for this country, wherever you settle).
About the dining room)) They eat there 3 times a day using a special "chess" card - an employee crosses out meals at the entrance. There is a bar at the dining room, where for 50-150 rubles they will pour you wine, chacha, homemade cognac or make decent coffee. You can also buy ice cream and sweets there. The food is good "table", but slightly monotonous due to the added local spices. Conventionally, stewed zucchini may taste similar to cutlets)) Many people hailed baking in different reviews - they say, in a table-style and in a scoop. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there was a wonderful fresh and yes, "table" pastries - buns, jam pie, pies, sometimes very tasty! I'm certainly not a fan of flour, but I couldn't resist. With drinks modestly - cheap instant coffee, May tea (for breakfast with lemon), for lunch compote, jelly, yogurt (depending on the day). The residents of the suites eat in a separate room (I didn't find out what they eat, I'm not interested). It is also sad with fruits - instead of local plums, apricots, cherries, bananas and oranges.. I haven't eaten. And so - 3 side dishes, 2 first, fresh vegetables, salads 3 pieces, 2-3 hot, stewed eggplant, for breakfast there are porridges (with and without milk), pancakes, eggs in three types, cottage cheese (very tasty), cheesecakes or casserole, vegetables. I will not list all the variety, but I will say that I always had something to eat, the food was somewhat monotonous, but good for four. Even, you can say, the nutrition is correct - without mayonnaise, a lot of oil, etc. I didn't get better)
About the beach and infrastructure)) Everything is fine here. The beach is sandy and pebbly, 100m from the boarding house. There are handrails for entering the sea. On the beach there is a shower, toilet, sun beds and umbrellas, changing cabins, there is a cafe overlooking the sea. Maybe it hurts for someone to go into the sea on large pebbles, I did without aquasocks. The beach is clean, the sea is also without traces of human activity (branches could meet, they are brought by a mountain river). The sea was sometimes cool (this is a feature of this part of the coast, since at this point a mountain river flows into the sea and the closer to it. the colder the sea will be), but the water temperature suited me. There is also a skateboard rental and a boat tour on odd days (like 1500, they take you to Stalin's dacha). Near the beach there is a tennis court, volleyball and basketball courts, there are shopping malls where you can buy everything from hairpins and slates to wine and fruits. I bought it there and also bought goodies home - tea, spices, sweets. There is a heated swimming pool (open from May to October, you can swim at least until night) and a pool bar. There is a cafe on the territory, I was not there, but people were there all the time. There is also a gym, a spa, a cosmetologist, on some days there is an appointment with specialist doctors, a billiard room, a cinema (shows at 12 -cartoons, at 20 - a movie). The dining room has a tour desk. Prices from 500 to 3000 are very acceptable. I went to New Athos by minibus (I recommend visiting the cave without fail) and by jeeps through the natural beauties - Ritsa Island, waterfalls, Pyv pass, etc. Buy a jeep ride - you won't regret it! It's very interesting, beautiful and fun! Greetings to the driver Beslan and thanks for the positive and professional driving in the mountains! I didn't have any more trips, unfortunately, I didn't have much time.
Oh, yes, there is a lovely shop near the football field. There you can buy groceries, household goods, fruits, local cheese, drink coffee from Turkey, buy homemade cakes! The prices are reasonable.
There is a bus stop next to the store - you can go to Gagra, Pitsunda. From the boarding house, it seems at 10.00 they take you to the market in Pitsunda, for some small fee. There is nowhere to go near the boarding house - except for a walk to the Boxwood Grove boarding house (about 2 km, admission is free) and take a walk in the neighboring Pitius boarding house.
I will finish my opus for this. I am pleased and pleasantly surprised by the service. Will I return to the country? Yes, definitely! Will I return to this boarding house? In 80% - yes)

They missed lunch on the day of arrival due to the fault of their transfer, and asked for a dry meal on the day of departure instead. Kristina's Canteen administrator's response : " You know, the fact that you didn't have time for lunch is not our problem. We don't compensate for missed meals."
The food is monotonous and absolutely not tasty. Spices are put into the mince, and the cutlets, the lula, and the meatballs all taste the same.

A very good holiday home. The room stock is excellent, only after renovation. Everything is clean and beautiful. There is a cinema hall and a library. Large outdoor swimming pool. A large area with a park. There is a cafe on site with pleasant prices and delicious large portions. There are also many trade pavilions, fruits, wine, water, cocktails, ice cream and whatever your soul desires. The dining room is large, the food is delicious and good. But the beach spoils the whole fairy tale. There is a lot of garbage carried out by the sea. No one cleans it and packs of dogs of different colors. There is a cheburechnaya on the beach with fabulously delicious chebureks, but it is problematic to eat them on the beach. Dogs tear them right out of their hands. Very beautiful nature. Magnolias, palm trees, flowers. Gorgeous, clean air. The whole area is clean and well maintained. I liked it, I'll be happy to go there again.

Like it. We were with the family. Very beautiful territory, the beach is nearby, its own, umbrellas and sun beds are free, as well as free beach towels. There is a swimming pool, but the water is icy, we practically did not swim in it. There is a relaxation area on the beach under the branches of the Crimean pine. The rooms are not all renovated, but it will do, there was still some kind of repair. There is a bus stop nearby and you can move around the resort.

A SPOILED vacation! EVERY DAY there is very, very loud music with powerful basses, even the windows rattle on the territory of the hotel, Starting from 16.00 and until 23.30, Lunch sleep is interrupted by the bass of the speaker, and night sleep does not come due to headaches from music! In the evenings, I had to leave the hotel for the city.
The hotel administration does not react in any way, sits in a quiet corner.
The territory of the hotel is small! You can't hide from the music anywhere! Guys! It's terrible and unbearable!

Pros: air, sea, nature, a pool with warm water, the food is wonderful (especially in the small dining room). Recently renovated, we lived in a family building, the room is new, comfortable, beautiful. The transfer is included in the price. There are tables for table tennis, but you need to take your own rackets and balls (local ones are only suitable for children). It was not possible to fully evaluate the beach, at the beginning of May it is not yet the bathing season.
Cons: the TV in front of the pool is constantly working (and it is clearly audible in the family building). The disco! It's terrible, loud (in the family building it is very audible with the doors / windows completely closed), if there are dancers, then it works until 23:00, and they don't care that the children need to go to bed. The repertoire - what's on TV, what's at the disco - is terrible - modern Russian pop with stupid lyrics. I tried to give DJs my playlist of the 80s pop music, sometimes they included several songs from it, but not enough.

A modern boarding house in an excellent location. New elevators (only a few of them), renovated rooms and a well-maintained territory.
If possible, it is better to take suites and junior suites. Guests from these rooms eat in a separate dining room without crowding and fear that the food will run out.
There is a heated swimming pool, gym, library, children's room, billiard room and many other entertainment.
We were in Abkhazia for the first time and were pleasantly surprised that there are boarding houses of such quality.

Minuses: 1. The food in the dining room corresponds to the nutrition of the hospital during the 90s. In the morning, a cold glaze with a cold pancake. To take your portion, you must still stand in line. An apple and an orange will be given from fruits during the day. If a handful of cherries is thrown, it will not be there after 2 minutes and the fruit ends there. They gave red fish for dinner, dried pink salmon.
2. The sea. The sea itself is great, BUT you can't go into it. There are cobblestones at the bottom, no breakwaters, and some metal sticks sticking out.
3. Rooms. On the seventh day, they went and asked for towels, so the sanatorium employee with a dissatisfied face muttered something under his nose. They forced the poor man to work.
4. Let's go on an excursion to Lake Rizza. We asked the guide to tell us something about the lake, he suggested that we come up with something and tell ourselves. The purpose of his tour was to bring the main thing to the honey sale and wine sale. We need to sell the goods to tourists. Wine (bottled from barrels, another question is whether it still meets sanitary standards) 1300 rubles for 1 liter of plastic bottle (the same wine with an excise stamp in Russia 600 rubles).
Bottom line: We won't go there anymore. The rest does not correspond to the money paid for the ticket. If you doubt my review, you can check for yourself if you have money that you don't mind spending for nothing.

The room was on the 12th floor. Cleaning for 5 maid smart girl! Thanks to her!
The territory is excellent, which is chased by a pack of dogs and sick cats.
On the beach, similarly, children alone can not be allowed to take a step. Packs of dogs and their feces.
A sunbed to occupy , you need to get up at 5-6 in the morning!
It's terrible about nutrition! I'm not a picky person, but what was prepared and how? It was not possible to eat! Over-stewed vegetables! A squirt! Always cold omelets! Cutlets are not edible in principle! Was soy added? Baking with lots of baking soda!
Only watermelon, apples and pears are delicious!
I was there that year, the food was normal. What happened? A little rest and utter disappointment were ruined!
And the admin in the dining room Marianna seems to have added a drop of tar! Rude, yelling at everyone, both at employees and vacationers! No brakes and no mind! She doesn't belong in the admins, but only to wash the floor!
Management, take note of this!

Excellent territory, normal food, the weather and the sea did not disappoint. But I got a room with a 6-year-old child, it's hard to think of a worse one. It was possible to go out to the balcony only sideways, to be in the room only on the beds, the wardrobe could be opened with difficulty. We had a rest in July 2024. One of the worst hotels I've seen in terms of price/quality ratio. The queue for elevators is constant, so you can also suffocate in them (the hood does not work well). Queues in canteens, breakfasts and dinners are disgusting, lunch is even more or less. The staff is just useless, for furniture (students were recruited). The terrible system of Soviet cards, food stamps, horror. The room is cleaned every 5 days. I wanted to go for a massage, but after I was sent to the fourth office (and this is for my money!)- I gave up and gave up this idea. The staff doesn't care at all-the salary is the most important thing. The beach is not very good, there are some ruined piers on the right and left, there are not enough sun beds, there are no canopies. There is only one cafe on the territory of the hotel and it has just opened!so all the beer is drunk there by guards-grandfathers from the Literary Fund and some dubious personalities of the local bottling. I don't take Mikhalych's cafe into account, the draft beer is sour there and the barbecue is not very good. The bar in the hotel itself is a separate story-3 pizzas and two beers cannot be counted and made, apparently there are not enough qualifications.Playgrounds for children and courts are just nothing.

A magnificent boarding house for recreation .The sea is clean, you can buy slippers for entry, but my 12-year-old child and I massaged our feet on pebbles, it's useful.We lived in the main building, the views are beautiful.From 19h30 min animation for children and adults,live music for adults.Quizzes for adults, it wasn't boring.Excellent sports grounds for playing volleyball, basketball, and tennis.Concerts, movies every day.The food was excellent, we were not hungry.Watermelons every day.The pool was completely cleaned.The territory is huge, the nurse receives around the clock.They did massages and physiotherapy, doctors take them on working days in the morning.I really liked the boarding house.The best in Abkhazia.

We had a rest at the pension Litfond in early August. We had a two-room suite in the main building on the 11th floor. The room is very nice, spacious and renovated. In the room: kettle, dishes, refrigerator, slippers. Beach towels. There are no bathrobes. A gorgeous balcony that goes with the letter G. The view is direct to the sea and side to the sea and lake. Ironing board and iron on the floor. There is a good playground with an inflatable trampoline on site. The youngest daughter was only there with friends in the evening. There are three cafes on the territory. Mikhalych didn't like the food. We ordered a barbecue and a boat. The second cafe is the Lagoon. Everything is delicious. Recommend. The territory is well maintained, it's nice to walk in the evening. Now the cons. 1) This is the dining room. We had a suite room. Sometimes there were not enough spoons and forks. The coffee in the two coffee machines is not delicious. And one day they didn't work at all. The wine that is for dinner and lunch is sorted out in 20 minutes. Those who came later just won't see it. Food is a separate story. There were days when I couldn't feed the children. It's not very tasty. Cutlets and meatballs are over-salted, boiled eggs for breakfast 1 time a week, fried eggs 2 times a week, on other days an omelet is not delicious. Gray pasta, absolutely delicious, I'm not talking about fish at all. The compote is diluted to a state of water. It was good that there was chicken broth for breakfast and dinner. Watermelon was 1 time in 10 days. When they asked the staff - where is the watermelon? It's already August. The staff replied - it's not the season.Fruits include broken apples, green bananas and oranges. One plus of the dining room is that I did not gain weight during the vacation, but even threw it off))). 2) the second disadvantage is the beach. Such a gorgeous sea. I don't want to go out. But the beach is not fully equipped. There are not enough sunbeds in the morning. It is necessary to borrow at 7 a.m. There are a lot of strangers on the sun beds, not from the hotel. After lunch, sun beds can still be found. Some were occupied overnight. They left towels on the sun beds. And none of the employees followed it. There are a lot of dogs on the beach. Big enough. There is no lifeguard tower on the beach. The animation is very weak. There is a swimming pool on site. And he's not bad. But...When there was water in it, you couldn't see the bottom- it was so muddy. Then the water was drained and she was gone for three days. Then, for several more days, when the water was filled in, the treatment was carried out. Those pools didn't work. Will we return to this hotel? I don't know yet. I will definitely not advise you.

1. A paper "ticket", which is presented every time you visit the dining room. I would like something that is not paper. Our "ticket" on the third day was all crumpled, although we tried to be careful, and by the end of the vacation was barely alive.
2. There is a very frequent shortage of mugs or tureens.
Secondly, the outdoor pool:
1. Washes according to an incomprehensible schedule, which is there, but which is not. Bathing with bugs, cockroaches, etc. add their own flavor.. :)
2. Plastic sun beds - half are broken.
Thirdly, beach holidays: please ask more vacationers: well, stop "booking" sun beds. Sunbathed, go do your business, no need to leave stones and towels.. Not once did they find anyone available, only occasionally while swimming and sunbathing on the rocks, some good people left without "booking" sun beds. And please increase the number of sun beds to the sanatorium.
Fourth, the procedures: I never got a banal massage. Although he relied on vouchers.
Fifth, a vacation for children: we rested with our daughter.
1. It would not hurt to update the site.
2. Table tennis rackets and balls, "dead".
Sixth, in such a sanatorium there are no washing machines for the use of vacationers.
Seventh, the room: the room is good, but there are also nuances.
1. The bathroom door. When the door is opened, there is a stopper that should stop the door. And there's a mirror behind the door. The door handle was consistently friendly with the mirror, despite the stopper, it's good that the mirror remained intact.
2. The blankets are crumpled in the closet.
3. Towels were changed 1 time in two weeks ...

We had a rest in late March-early April 2024. I felt positive, I was with children aged 7 and 14. There is a very good level of service for Abkhazia. Vouchers were taken a month in advance through the Dolphin t/o, the transfer from Adler was included. We arrived by train, we were already expected at the station-a comfortable minivan with a polite driver. We checked into the hotel without waiting for 12 o'clock, in advance, in the morning, as soon as our arrival was registered. The reception staff is polite. Our room was a junior suite, two-room, with a large panoramic balcony, 2 air conditioners and all other amenities, cleaning every day. It's close to the sea, along the alley, everything is clean and tidy. The beach has its own pebbles and sand. The pool was heated to 28 degrees, they swam constantly, it was comfortable for both adults and children. The territory is cozy, well-groomed. Because whether it's not in season, there's not much entertainment, but it wasn't boring. The food in the dining room is closer to home, porridges, vegetable salads, soups, the children ate with pleasure. Of the minuses, there is a construction site nearby, but it did not bother us, as well as the abundance of cats and dogs on the territory. There is a good gym, massage therapist and cosmetologist services. We went to Alexander for a massage with the whole family, he does a wellness and therapeutic massage-the effect is wonderful, we felt it immediately. I didn't want to leave, we also got to Adler by transfer.

From the bad - there is no food, little variety, it is not possible to eat fish dishes, soups are liquid, chicken broth was served - it feels like it is diluted with water three times. The food does not seem to pull at its cost. The beach is well maintained, there are sun beds, but there is only one organized descent into the sea, despite the fact that the sea is very rough, the waves reached up to half a meter. I was especially upset by the transfer - it was poorly organized, why they asked for the time of the return train when booking a ticket is not clear. The transfer took place at exactly 13:00, regardless of the train, I had to wait 4 hours at the station. Moreover, during the transfer, the family was divided - they were transported in 2 cars.

We came with the team to this hotel for sports training. For athletes, nutrition is the foundation. The food here turned out to be just terrible! There are some offal products from meat - liver and stomachs. Cutlets and something from fish (undercooked). and 2 side dishes. The chefs took out a small portion of cherries or strawberries in 15 minutes at the end of breakfast / dinner, for which there was a struggle.
