Good location and good size room, and a great breakfast place. We stayed on the 4th floor in a great size room with a good bathroom and a balcony. There were some concerns though, mainly due to their credit card system and their "bed."
Their card system did not accept US based Visa, Mastercard or other cards. They did attempt to run the cards but failed to connect, yet my Visa phone app did not even register the swipe. Strange how the card did work at a store right across the street and many other stores, restaurants, and a hotel around the area. That means their system is not connected or they are using a bank that does not like US currency, or tourists. You must have cash, so make sure to get cash before going to the hotel. The other concern was with what they call "bed." Room 402 has 3 BOXSPRINGS with a bed sheet to sleep on. I cannot understand WHY would anyone have this for a bed in a hotel, where clients go to rest and relax. We spent three nights there only because we had to wait for another hotel to have availability, a rather inconvenient situation. And for the last morning, I went downstairs for a quick workout so I can get my hurting back, back to normal, only to find out the treadmill not working, the exercise bike in need of service and finally the worst inconvenience: the pool/sauna area. I went to check the area, loved the look, got my wife from upstairs with our bathing suits and went down again, only to find the door locked and the lights out. The room key did not unlock the door, and I was not about to walk to the front desk in my robe at 8 AM!
Overall, good location, good size rooms and breakfast but make sure you carry cash, forget about the workout and pool/sauna area, and get ready for the most uncomfortable sleep of your life. I have to add that my wife offered to sleep on the rug in front of the beds, but somehow I did not feel like it. Without these concerns I would rate this higher but if a client has to ask for all these to be fixed then this place might, just might, need to get a real manager to run it.

I liked the hotel as a whole. Many attractions can be reached on foot, there are several restaurants nearby (for some reason, sushi and rolls mostly) and grocery stores. The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaned every day, water is supplied.
The suite is spacious, but there are a few drawbacks. Most of all, the lack of an outlet for the kettle was infuriating, they boiled water on the bedside table.

A wonderful hotel! We spent 3 nights here. Good breakfasts, clean linen, fresh repairs, everything worked. Slippers, a bathrobe, a lot of towels: it's supposed to be. The only thing is, well, sooooo small rooms. Literally 9 meters for two. But we weren't sitting in the room, so we were OK. Otherwise, everything is fine. A 10-minute metro station, opposite a grocery store. Money is changed at the reception.

We stayed for two nights. The rooms are clean. The staff is polite, the breakfasts are European. Very tasty vegetables and fruits in abundance. The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the airport. It is a 20-minute walk to a popular place for walking and public catering. You can walk and eat in the Magic City center. Enjoy your stay.

I didn't find any disadvantages. There is a sauna open until 22h. Located 15min from Next Shopping Center and Magic City Amusement Park. The staff is responsive, solves all issues. Wi-Fi works great. We took a double room. Clean, stylish, but the room is very small, the bed is very hard, the pillows are uncomfortable.

The hotel is well located, a 10-minute free walk to Shota Rustaveli street, where there are many delicious establishments, a 1-minute walk to the supermarket basket, the hotel has an excellent restaurant - tasty and not expensive.
Cons of the hotel - there is no ramp for strollers and suitcases
- tasteless breakfasts, no coffee machine freely available - few appliances for distribution
- there are no two room keys
- the extractor hood in the bathroom does not work, so the smell of wet towels that dry very badly immediately appears
- the towel dryer does not work
- room cleaning in the afternoon - if you are with a child and you have a lunch nap in the room, then your room will be cleaned only in the evening - for what reason this situation is not very clear
- the plaster under the window sill is peeling off in the room, it is necessary to refresh the pillows and the bedspread

A nice new hotel, air conditioning is quiet, cleaning is daily. Excellent breakfast with local products and fruits. Very friendly staff, suggested restaurants nearby, prepared a breakfast lunch box at early check-out. There are several grocery stores right across the street. I have the warmest memories of the hotel and Tashkent in general. 🫶🏻

Of the advantages, I can note the convenient location relative to the airport and urban locations; a quiet and peaceful street, but there are good restaurants nearby for dinner; you can change currency and buy a SIM card at the hotel. Of the minuses, I note the tasteless breakfast, it seems banal like everywhere else, but everything is stale, dried and stale. I would like to note the moment that the group warned about early departure the day before, the administrator said that breakfast would be served even half an hour earlier than the stated time, but in fact there was neither coffee nor a boiled kettle for tea. This is a failure 🤦🏼♀️

I didn't expect it!!!
We were on a one-night stand-a connecting flight, a small child, so as not to sit at the airport.
Very polite, hospitable staff! A cozy entrance hall, an amazingly beautiful floor in the hallway on the floor, a large, clean room with a balcony! A round table in the middle- we were able to have a quick snack (it was late, but hooray- there is a convenience store nearby - the prices are affordable, the freshest fried chicken, hot tortillas, ice coffee- despite the late hour! )
The breakfast is quite varied -especially delicious vegetable salads and pizza pie) .
Shortly.. I didn't expect anything from Tashkent, but I wanted to come again! Because the first impression was made by the guys from the reception at the hotel! Their attention and professional ethics!
There was probably a reason why there were many families with children in the hotel, including small ones!
Thanks to the hotel, or rather to the people who create its atmosphere, keep it clean, and cook delicious food! In fact, it was here that the doors to the beautiful southern city were hospitably opened to me, where I want to return! Let's stop here again, of course!

A great place to stay, close to the center. The guys at the reception are friendly, they will explain everything, they can also urgently exchange currency for local bags. We stayed in a suite with a balcony, the room is quite spacious, with many windows, which allowed us to ventilate the room through.
Of the cons (rather a wish): to diversify breakfast (pastries are clearly not fresh, but if you take porridge, scrambled eggs and salads, then it is quite suitable), as well as to make ventilation in the gym and add barbells with weights there, they were very lacking

A disgusting hotel. It's a beautiful wrapper, but it's terrible inside... in 2 weeks, the bed linen was changed 1 time and then after the remark that it was not changed. They are treated with some kind of perfume, but not washed. The cleaning is disgusting, they clean the center of the room, they don't even look at the corners. The shower has never been washed in 2 weeks, a couple of times they forgot about toilet paper and towels. Breakfast is monotonous: the same thing every day - Eggs, fried sausages, pastries and strangely unripe vegetables. Cappuccino is delicious

A good option for 1-2 nights. 15 minutes from the airport. Nearby there are shops, parks, restaurants of delicious national cuisine, metro. Fresh renovation, nice decoration. Clean bright rooms. New bed linen. Disposable hygiene kits in the bathroom. Powerful and quiet air conditioner. Nice staff. One of the wishes is to make breakfast a little more varied. And to set up a treadmill in the gym (in which there are no windows or hoods).

The hotel is in the old town.
Tashkent is a very sprawling city and to be honest, we did not understand where the old city is…

We lived in a suite on the fifth floor.
A large bed for two and plus a sofa in the room - the room can accommodate 4 people well, the mattresses were very hard for us, but we got out of the situation, laid blankets, slept not high, but fine.
Water, instant tea/coffee , everything is there.
A round table in the middle of the room for tea drinking, a TV on the wall.
Towels, soap accessories, there is shampoo, but I did not see the conditioner, I used my own.
We took breakfast with us , they are included, from 8:00 to 10:00 in the morning. The first day we arrived at half past nine
and , in general , drank coffee and there were only cheesecakes left , then we brought a fried egg, somehow modestly . Since we fly often, we have experience of supervision already, because I would have built the workload of the restaurant staff, where breakfasts are held, a little differently and redistributed responsibilities between the girls, they fuss, but there are a lot of people and of course congestion. You can put the coffee machine in the restaurant hall and guests can pour coffee for themselves, The second morning we arrived at 8:00 a.m. and it was small and modest, but there was a choice of food.
The hotel has an elevator. You can change money, the guys at the reception are charming and pleasant, they will orient you and answer your questions.
Requests can be made by calling the reception from the room. The reception is open 24 hours a day.
We arrived in high season , the hotel was fairly filled with tourists.
We left the hotel by taxi. The hotel can connect isum and it is possible to exchange for local currency.

Nice hotel near the city center, 3 km from the center. The rooms are clean and cozy enough. The staff is friendly. There are shops nearby. He lived for 10 days. A 5-storey hotel. Small, cozy rooms. The staff is helpful, there is a mini gym and a sauna. Pilots and flight attendants of Aeroflot airlines constantly stay at the hotel.
Breakfast was served from 8 to 10 a.m., the room was cleaned the same way, with or without tips.
The location is good, there is a shopping center Next within a 15-minute walk.
What needs to be improved:
1. There is no iron and ironing board in the room, but they are brought on request. But since he's alone, if someone took him away, then you have to wait.
2. A small safe is missing.
3. Although breakfast starts at 8, but in fact, 30% of the full assortment is available from the opening of the meal. The rest is delivered by 8:20-8:30. So who needs to work by 9, keep in mind. On weekends, I want to sleep and it would be great if breakfast was before 11.

Wonderful pastries and insanely delicious pumpkin - be sure to try it, it is a delicacy baked with honey and butter. Unfortunately, on the second day of our stay, the coffee machine broke down and it was not repaired for the next breakfast. There was no coffee for 2 days, alas... And the coffee beans are quite good. The hotel has 5 floors and an elevator. The location is good, 100 meters away there is a 24/7 shopping cart. Cosmonauts metro station is 15-20 minutes away on foot. The hotel's restaurant serves Indian and Afghan cuisine until 23:00. I really liked the "dumplings with leeks and peas" (in fact, the filling is herbs, and peas are lentils on the outside). This is not a particularly spicy cuisine, there are a lot of seasonings, everything is very unusual, but tasty and satisfying. As vegetarians, we had enough of everything. It's a pity we didn't have time to try the Afghan ice cream. Especially for vegetarians, I attach a photo of the menu (selectively). There are meat dishes there too, it will suit everyone. Service: 20% in the receipt. Thanks to the team and the hosts for a great vacation!

The service is excellent, cleaned every day, updated toiletries and towels. The room was spacious and quite organically arranged. The only thing that confused me was the dusty chandelier. The bed is very hard, it reminded me of the boards, this is the only significant disadvantage. The bathroom is clean and a little cramped. The air conditioner above the bed can also cause inconvenience, I managed to adjust it so that it does not blow. The choice of breakfast dishes is modest, but everything is delicious enough for a solid four (corresponds to the 3 stars of the hotel) Location in a good area but without special transport accessibility, so you need to use a taxi, since it is cheap in TASHKENT. The nearest store is opposite, the shopping center is a 20-minute walk away. There are many restaurants nearby, the prices are higher than usual, but the food is delicious.

However, my room was very small - you open the front door and climb into bed, the door to the toilet room did not open completely - it rested on the bed, there is a table, a wardrobe. In general, it's not bad for not being moody. There are cafes and a small shop near the hotel.

We liked the room, everything we need is there: slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes. There is tea and coffee in the room, but you need to go to the cooler for boiling water.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat in peace. Almost every day we got fresh hot pastries.
The staff fulfilled all requests. We liked everything.
The mattresses are really hard, but we really liked it, just what we needed. 👍🏻
