We were hoping for a vacation where we would have a location within walking distance to all the legendary places, the embankment, parks, etc. As a result, they built a hotel in Tsandripsha in the wilderness and named it the same! The links everywhere indicated the center and the transition to the real Cote d'Azur. A terrible location on the fringes of civilization. The center of Gagra is 20 km away, you can't take a taxi every day: at least 1,200 rubles in one direction. There is absolutely nothing to do there, there are no walking areas, the embankment ... and there is not even greenery on the territory! If you are an active tourist and you need to go somewhere, watch something daily - this hotel in Tsandripsha is not about this type of vacation. If you only want to lie by the sea, then yes, and that's doubtful! The location and construction are reminiscent of an American prison. There has never been a cleaning in a week! We got toilet paper for ourselves, took out the trash. The only advantage is that the food is delicious and everything is new. THAT'S IT! And for the record, how we got out and found a way not to drain the taxi budget... going towards customs takes a maximum of 15 minutes. There is the final stop of minibuses with destination signs, going wherever your heart desires: Gagra, Pitsunda, Sukhum… The cost starts from 200 rubles per person, depending on the destination

The food in the dining room did not change during our stay, we were there for a week. Everything was fine in the early days, but then it just gets boring. The food is very greasy, some of it is not very tasty, but everything is for an amateur. There was wine and chacha a couple of times a week. There are not enough beds catostrophically. Plus, the beach is poorly equipped , I would like a cleaner one . Plus, a mountain river flows into this place , therefore the sea is cold in places , like in a river . There are no promised bathrobes and slippers . The kettle is only at the reception. About room cleaning : in order for you to be cleaned, you need to write an application at the reception and it is not a fact that they will come and clean you. Shower accessories are also not given out every day, only after cleaning, which must be achieved. In general, I do not recommend it , for that kind of money you could find a nicer hotel with good conditions.

The comfort rooms overlook the sea, the standard rooms on the other side, where people were confused by cafes with music until 00:00. The rooms are clean. There are repair flaws in some places, but it's a matter of time. The animation of the child was very pleased! There are few people, there is no fuss. The sea is very clean, if it is not stormy. There is not much to do in the village itself, but you can always hitch a ride and get to Gagra, take a walk. But here it's a 15-minute walk to the border. I would love to return to the hotel!

So, I'll start: we moved into a room with two beds, in which there is only one blanket, the second one cannot even be called a blanket: the nights are cold and I freeze under it in the morning. We don't turn on the air conditioner, because it's right above me, you can't open the balcony door and we won't have anything to breathe. We met a couple who didn't have a blanket in their room at all. She advised me to go to the maids and I found a blanket for a chocolate bar!!! There are not enough bath towels, we were not given. I was given 4 small towels for my face. People went to the store to buy a towel. The administrators gave a terrific response: We don't have to provide you with towels. And with water, it's just a song!!!! On May 21, hot water disappeared in the evening, on the morning of May 22 there was no water for a whole day, and on May 23 we arrived from Adler so there was no water at all, even cold water. To my question, how to use the san.I heard an amazing response from the administrators: buy a 5-liter bottle and use it. They didn't give me any water that night. There's only cold water in the morning, thanks for that....the employee said that they ordered a spare part, they are waiting... Someone wrote that there is animation for children: there is no animation, there are just children's toys in the hotel and the children themselves play. The rooms are not cleaned, the garbage is not thrown away. As long as you catch the maid and ask her to clean up or at least pick up the trash. The water is yellow, the whole sink is yellow. There are only 2 hangers in the room, and we hang our clothes on the dryer. There is no plate, no kettle, there are only 2 cups and a refrigerator. There are no umbrellas on the beach, only near the pool. It's useless to approach the administrator, they don't solve anything. It is better to approach the maid, thank her and ask, this will be the best option. The hotel is open for the second summer, was it really impossible to buy blankets and towels? What will happen next!!!! Think carefully before booking this hotel. I understand that every hotel has pros and cons, I'm not picky, but this time I couldn't help but write a review. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the village, there is NOTHING nearby, the nearest decent store is 1 km away. Gagra is about 30-40 minutes away by taxi, not close. I somehow got from the hotel door to the door of a minibus in Russia with a zero queue at the border in 20 minutes light, but you lay more, of course. All standards with mountain views (as well as a swimming pool with screaming children and a generator rattling in November), sea—view comforts and only with a double bed (at the northern end of the building there is a cafe with a dance floor until 0:00, even in November!), suites — at the ends of the building, with a bathroom in bathroom, family rooms — part in the appendix of the western facade, part with a sea view, they have 4 single beds, two of them with a mattress pad Check-in from 14, check-out until 12, breakfast 7-10, lunch 13-15, dinner 18-20. The first meal service is lunch, come before 15, you will be fed before check—in! The food is a buffet, everything is very tasty, there were no problems, constantly different dishes, although similar. Fish every three days, yes, and fruits are the simplest, but the Psou bus station has a market. The beach is shallow, of medium attractiveness, aquashouses are desirable, but you can do without them. There were no problems with sun beds in October and November :)) As for the staff, the Abkhazians are a proud people, they will not fawn and creep in front of you, but if you do not bend your fingers and communicate politely, there will be only politeness in response! There are plenty of dogs, as in the whole of Abkhazia, I counted 8 of them. Sometimes they arrange their dog squabbles, drive the chushpans out of their pack, do their business on the beach, but they behave friendly and adequately with people.

It's great for children in general: various master classes, exercises on the beach, water polo, sports games and a disco. We went to the stretching and were very satisfied. The animators are trying very hard. 4. Food. For those who have not been to Turkey for all inclusive, everything will be quite good. It is quite diverse, as soon as some dish to choose from ends, a new one is brought. The most delicious and nutritious, in our opinion, were the breakfasts. 5. The Internet. Maybe we got in somehow badly or something else, but it was a quiet horror. It started with the fact that when we entered the hotel lobby, there was no one at the reception and we waited 5-7 minutes for one of the employees to come up. As a result, a young man came and his first phrase was not a greeting, but the following phrase: "What are you doing with us?". We checked in quickly, but immediately there was a problem with the room key, it just didn't work. Several times we had it magnetized again and everything seemed to work, but the next day it was the same again. 7 times we came up with this problem, and the same guy, clearly showing that he was tired of us, asked: "What's not working again? It can't be, I've already done everything, go try again." It was only after the receptionist came with us directly to the room that we resolved this issue. The next problem: we go into the room and see that the glass on our balcony is broken. We approach the administrators with a request to either solve this problem in the near future, or provide us with another room before the glass is replaced, they even offered to pay extra for the replacement, to which the girl referred to our tour operator, then said that all rooms are occupied and she can do nothing. We decided to wait until the next day and went to the reception after 5 pm, where we were simply answered: "The problem is being solved," although no one even came to measure the glass. A day later, we came back to find out when the glass would be replaced, we heard the same answer, but this time a man came, measured the glass and that was it. So no one else came to us until the end of the vacation, and we decided not to spoil our mood. 3. The room. We had an economy, but we could not have expected that it would be so economical. Broken glass, dirty walls, peeling wallpaper, very smelly water was flowing from the watering can in the bathroom, but normal from the shower itself. If you take a room with a view of the courtyard, then keep in mind that there is a cafe opposite, so you will not be able to enjoy the silence every day until one o'clock in the morning. 4. Cleaning. We hung up a sign saying "Please clean the room" and left for a full day on an excursion, hoping that in the evening we would come to a clean room. Nothing was removed. The next day we went to the reception and were told to leave a request. The room was cleaned, but we didn't even notice it right away, the sand and hair on the floor were just washed out and cornered, bed linen and towels were not replaced (it was the 4th day). We came back to the reception, where we were told that they were changing all the linen on the 5th day and then at the request of the guests. We opened and read the official document of the hotel in the same place, where it says that the replacement is made on the 4th/5th day, and showed it to the administrator. In response, she began to argue with us and say that we were "digging into the little things," but they still replaced the linen and towels. The result: We were satisfied with the paragraph and the vacation. Excursions, sea holidays and good weather compensated for all the disadvantages of this hotel.

Moreover, the water is not transparent, it is always yellow, the color of rust. 3. Periodic shutdown of both water and electricity. Though not for long, it was unpleasant. For hotel employees and residents of the Republic of Abkhazia, this is already the norm. During our 5-day stay at the hotel, the electricity was turned off 6 times and the water supply was turned off 5 times. Moreover, there may be short-term shutdowns 2-3 times a day. 4. There is no internal telephone in the rooms to contact the receptionists. I have to constantly run to them when I need to find out something and ask for it. 5. There are no shelves for accessories in the showers. 6. The trash can is very, very small. 7. There is not a single cooler in the hotel at all. If you want clean drinking water, then you need to go to the nearest shops to buy them. And if you want to have tea between meals in the dining room, there are no kettles in the rooms. If you're lucky, you can buy a coffee maker at the nearest store for 270 rubles. of questionable quality. 8. There are no pharmacies nearby. 9. The beach area of the hotel is open, not fenced. Locals often drive cars right across the beach. 10. There is absolutely no security for guests: Anyone can enter the hotel through the main entrance, through the beach, and no one will check whether they have settled in or not. A child on the beach should not be left unattended for a second, because both in the courtyard of the hotel and on the beach, local dogs are constantly walking and sleeping. And no one is chasing them. 11. Music is constantly playing in the lobby right on the territory of the hotel, which is turned on by the animator. Therefore, you can forget about silence, it rarely happens here. 12. The mattresses on the beds are too soft. And here there is another, 8th plus: the hotel is 1.5 km away. from the border. It's a 5-minute car ride or a 20-minute walk. It is very convenient for those who want to escape from the republic with such a service back to the Russian Federation. :))) In fact, there is zero service here. Since the hotel is located in a resort village, there is nowhere to go for a walk. Because there is ruin all around, the legacy of the 90s. There's dirt and trash everywhere on the streets. When you come here, it's like going back to the 90s. Locals drive at high speed on the roads and are very fond of honking their horns. There is no lighting outside the hotel at night or in the evening. You need to go to Gagra and New Athos for excursions and parties. There is both civilization and the beauty of nature. And to do this, you need to return to the bus station, which is located near the border and take a minibus. The cost is 350 rubles/person. + 50 rub for luggage. Or by taxi for 3000 rubles. There are normal minibus drivers who don't drive fast, but there are those who fly headlong. Wine prices are 2 times cheaper than in Russia. The hotel staff is not particularly friendly. Except maybe the bartender. There is no entertainment for children. Animator is one name. But thanks for that too. At least he tries to entertain children (he draws, organizes competitions, skittles are bottles of water) and adults (often drunk, sings karaoke with them in the evenings). Bottom line: there were some expectations from coming here, but the reality is somewhat different. To be honest, on the 2nd or 3rd day I wanted to leave here with the idea that it would be better to pay more than 100 thousand for everything inclusive and relax in Russia or go to something like Turkey. But not to Abkhazia. You can come to Abkhazia only on excursions. We went with my family, but out of 7 days we had enough here for 4 days. On the 5th day, after breakfast, we left for Adler. More frustration than relaxation.

It doesn't scare me. Also, the girls are employees, senior cleaners, I think, and the cleaners themselves are very responsive and pleasant, maybe that's how we got there. But you know, they can be rude in Turkey. The hotel for Abkhazia is at the highest level. I have heard information that at the end of the season they will close to complete the remaining work, I express respect. I would like to shake hands with the person who organized all this. The hotel is great, I think a lot of money has been invested in this building, especially in the tiles that are all over the hotel. I really like everything, the insanely attractive view of the building, but what is unfinished inside is not scary, if YOU, the management, bring everything to mind here, then it will be a cannon🤟🏼🤟🏼🤟🏼 I'm thrilled, honestly. I don't care that there's nowhere to go, I was going for peace and comfort. The food is great, and I don't eat that much, I'm very good at eating here. And don't tell me that I just don't like or respect myself. From the first day I was here, I realized that this was the best vacation of my entire life. There is still one plus, leaving the hotel you find yourself on the beach immediately and the view from the window is beautiful. In general, I would like the hotel to be closed to hell if they continue like this! Please, the higher management pay attention to the service! The reception administrator is a redneck, the waiters are freaks, especially the most adult of them stands and from the Swedish line there is food with his hands in front of the guests, the girl "tavern administrator" is just a schoolgirl who has not heard about hospitality, also rescuers - take off their T-shirts and do not be ashamed, it is disgusting to see how the employee stands smoking spits and cackles like a horse with his friends (yes, this can be said about any male employee you have, except the guy at the reception). The key to the room was done 5 times, and in the end they told me to come every time so that they could open it. Music is played on the playground, which makes it impossible to relax in the room, there is no sound insulation. Also, a car pulls up to the beach and turns on the music, in short, you won't get enough sleep. There is not a single advantage in the hotel, even the mattress on the bed falls through, you sleep like in a hammock

This hotel is not located in Tsandrypsh, as they position themselves, but on the border with Russia. There is a road near the hotel, along which local guys drive very fast. And one day, a local Schumacher flew right into the wall of the hotel! The car is in the trash! The village is very dirty and not suitable for a good holiday, the prices bend it is not clear why at all! There is nothing to see in this village at all. Rest is possible here, only for people of the age of the sea-hotel. My advice is not to go there for young couples! I was very unlucky with the weather, and there is nowhere to go. There remains the option of just stupidly drinking, but such an option.
