Sooooo strange rules for visiting, they haven't been met anywhere (considering the significant cost). You can enter only once. After leaving for any reason, you must pay for admission again. Because of this, it is impossible to feed the child, and even to sit by themselves, the cafe is crowded, all the tables are occupied for birthdays or other visitors. There are very few slides for children 3 years old. The tube ride is only for children, before that you need to lift the tube up the gurkha and then try very hard not to fall down it. The children's slide in the pool with balls has a sink where a child's finger can get into. Trampolines are installed one by one, i.e. the entrance to the last one is through the first two. If the kids jump on the first two, the third child just can't get there. There's no other way!!! Extremely dangerous!!! At the same time, there is a sign forbidding the presence of two children at the same time and a representative is present (the girls are on the phone).
For this money, it's better to go to a normal place with adequate conditions and pleasant service.
If you are looking for a place to relax with children, I strongly recommend that you consider other options. LAPUTA is not a place you want to return to. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We had a rest with a child at this center. My daughter liked it very much, but as a mother, I was very disappointed with the rules.
But, I want to mention the cafe on the territory of this center. Cheerful and active waiters, delicious food, the price tag is ordinary and they cook quickly.
I can recommend Laputa as a family pastime option. 😁

The tables are wiped with rotten rags, after 3 attempts by the waiters to correct the situation, they moved to another table.
At all times, you can't bring your own food, even though you pay for unlimited gaming for the whole day. The price is one of the highest in the city of 40 rubles.

In this institution, there is a great rule that the child cannot leave the center (the bracelet is canceled), by the way, parents should also always be in the center (you must independently monitor your child). For this reason, the child was able to see his gift only in the evening. In the entertainment area itself, children should behave as calmly as possible (they were reprimanded for any activity). We will not be able to bring elementary desserts even after 1.5 hours. By the way, you can't have your own food. Everyone left in a terrible mood and hungry. They also stuffed items into the check that we never received. If you want to choose this institution, think a few more times. This is the first time I've written a negative review, but to see my child almost crying on his birthday... thank you very much, everything was terrible!

2. "Unlimited" is a deception, because you CANNOT leave the center. Have you guys studied your competitors at all? They have a real unlimited limit, and you are deceiving visitors.
3. The exit from the game area is free - come in who you want and no one checks you. You're a parent or an outsider. Don't you want to take care of security?
4. Employees who walk and look after the order - as if they themselves are still teenagers, they are as dissatisfied as possible.
5. The air conditioning is very weak for the children's center, the children are all wet, red (they are actively moving, as they should in an entertainment center, do you know?)

Disadvantages in winter, children need to be shod, put on their own shoes in order to walk to the bar a couple of steps and buy juice, how can you buy disposable slippers for 35 rubles??? With displeased faces and disdain, they made a remark to us., the child accidentally spilled a little juice and instead... It's okay, we're told... Well, wipe the napkin on those (it's a child and we always try to clean it up ourselves), but we didn't hear anything terrible or anything else that the staff usually says in all establishments. It is necessary to pay 35 rubles to wash the floors, and the boys with pigtails will look down from high.. I understand the capital, but the level should be appropriate.. 4 children in the center and what is the relationship???? I doubt if we'll go there again...

But the staff. The receptionist walks around with an eternally dissatisfied face, the waiters are slow, they don't know the menu. Coffee was made for 18 minutes, taking into account the fact that the hall was empty! Children are not allowed to leave the center, then why do unlimited payments??? You can't take food with you, you can't take water either! You work in a children's center - please be nicer and kinder and kindly put a smile on your face!
And the worst thing, it showed how the staff treats their visitors is when my child slipped in the undressing area and started crying, it happened in front of the receptionist and waiters! And no one ! Nobody! None of them came up to help or find out how the child is feeling. The center is new and there are a lot of slippery places there. Be careful! The center is nice and interesting, but we won't go back there anymore! And we are not the only ones with such an opinion. The owner of the center, change the staff!!!

The floors in the cafe area are slippery. Children in socks, running out of the maze, slip. It's dangerous. It's better not to take nuggets in a cafe. They are rubber (the chicken is probably old). It will be interesting for children to relax (however, as in all other cheaper and thoughtful children's centers of the city). The overall score is two... There is no desire to go there again.
