Hello. 09/28/24 visited Laputa entertainment center.
One of the advantages is a large space. Different slides. I liked playing.
Of the cons:
1) I did not specify the name of the Receptionist at the reception, but this is disrespectful to visitors. When asked if we could play, we were told that there were no seats. It turned out that there are no places in the cafe, and not in the game area itself. Everyone visited correctly understood this information, but my husband, my children and I did not! To which we were told that we need to find out everything ourselves and ask! Moreover, it would have been difficult for her to break away from some business and bring the guests up to date. I was standing at the counter and didn't understand if I could play or if everything was full!!! It turns out that these are our problems, that we do not work as an Administrator in the center and do not know all the nuances.
2) not the first review about the change! There was no change from 50 rubles and the Administrator looked as if we had to solve this problem!
3) Is the exit prohibited? What????? You have unlimited money. You cannot leave the center, otherwise pay again!!! This is not unlimited, but it turns out to be a prison!
4) There are no lockers for storage. And I didn't really understand where to change the kids! A wardrobe without benches and poufs. There are no cupboards.
5) We never got to the cafe. And I think it's not in vain.
I wouldn't come back again. There are centers with a more polite and attentive attitude towards guests. Especially for such a considerable cost.

A visit to the LAPUTA Entertainment Center on September 2, 2024 left extremely negative impressions. My friend and I and our children came here hoping for a fun and joyful day, but, alas, we were very disappointed.
1. Prices for entrance tickets. We paid 45 rubles for the child, which would seem to be good, if not for one thing – it was on the day of the holiday, and the price was an order of magnitude higher than on normal days. For that kind of money, I expected decent service, but, unfortunately, it just wasn't there.
2. The work of the staff. The administrator of the center, putting us in an awkward position, could not give us change from 50 rubles. Moreover, we had to tell her ourselves that we needed to change the money, otherwise we risked not getting to the center at all. Such an incompetent attitude towards customers is simply unacceptable.
3. Entry/exit restrictions. Surprisingly, after paying for the entrance, we will not be able to leave the center without paying again. This means that after paying for the whole day, you must stay on the territory of the center or pay again for admission. In addition, the only cafe on site was crowded, and we couldn't find a place there. The receptionist did not even warn us about this, which indicates a complete lack of concern for visitors.
As a result, we realized that this "entertainment" is absolutely not worth the money that is being asked for it. There are many restrictions and spontaneous rules, and most importantly, the center does not bear any responsibility for its services. After 10-15 minutes, we asked for a refund for the tickets and left the center.
If you are looking for a place to relax with children, I strongly recommend that you consider other options. LAPUTA is not a place you want to go back to.

Don't like. I won't come with the baby anymore. We visited twice, at the opening and on a normal day. It was not very good at the opening, they did not have time to clean the toilets, they waited for food and waiters for a long time, although they did not give even a minute to sit and look through the menu calmly before ordering. For some reason, the waiters walked with one hand behind their backs while trying to keep the order on the tray. It looked like a separate show, ridiculous and strange.
We came on a weekday, it was better, calmer. But all communication is polite and strained. It's not very pleasant. I liked the filling of the menu, it tastes average. They sell low-alcohol drinks, it looks strange when beer and "garages" are on the tables in the children's center.
Unlimited is not clear. Only inside the center, the child cannot go out, the bracelet is canceled.
It turns out that I was restricted in movement for my own money. It is strange, but understandable - we decided to focus on the profit of the cafe. There is no child care, just themselves. There's nowhere to sit down either.
The conclusion for me is that we will not come, we do not like the conditions of stay in this place.
PS: good reviews written by their own employees and corporate accounts look funny. On August 1, we did our best :-)

Yesterday I visited a children's center with my daughter. The impression is on the "three". The cost was very surprising. 45 rubles unlimited. And you won't be able to use unlimited access there, there's nothing to do there for more than an hour. She noted that a lot has already been broken / torn (the coverings on the hill are very flat, she almost fell over there a couple of times (Another "chip" - when leaving the children's center area, your stay is canceled, there is a large food court nearby and you can't go to it for a cocktail /snack and come back, everything is for in order to use the cafe on the territory of the children's center. OK, but the kitchen is very good and there is not much choice. My daughter didn't eat pizza or ice cream, despite the fact that she always eats these dishes. Plus the issue of seating, is there anything missing for everyone??? And, let me remind you, you can't go out.

We visited Laputa on Sunday. There were very few children and this is an obvious plus. The tables were all empty.
The first "bell" was that I had nowhere to sit while expecting a child: I couldn't sit at empty tables because we hadn't ordered anything. It remained to huddle on the ottoman, which stood near the shoe cabinets, but the shoes smelled unpleasant, I had to walk around the hall.
I tried to leave the center to buy water for the child: you can't! The administrator returned with the words that an 8-year-old child should not be left for 5 minutes.
Good... I took a table, I can't die of thirst in this mini-prison with balloons.
I ordered a pizza for 21 rubles. Drinks are all from 5 rubles.
The pizza was brought dry, the chicken was tough, boiled, thank God, there was not enough of it. Pineapples were caught in places. But there was practically no cheese anywhere)))
I will never return to this prison again and I do not recommend visiting it. This is not unlimited, but some kind of cage with balls. Even for the sake of a child, it's hard to tolerate it)) In other centers, the visit was stress-free, intrusive and comfortable. And here is some kind of "scoop" and a prison.

We visited this game room in early August. Everything was fine, no questions about the cafe or the game itself. We came to the game room today 15. 08. 2024. And it was just TERRIBLE! An employee of the hall, who monitors the children's gameplay, began to struggle with the visitor. There's some kind of struggle in the center of the game. We were shocked by this, and then during the struggle they pushed the child lying on the floor. We were left in shock. The cafe disappointed in the edge today. At first, they didn't bring us lemonade, which we ordered right away. We waited for 20 minutes and only after the reminder and closing of the receipt, and it was in the receipt, they brought it to us. It gets worse. We ordered cheesecakes for the child and were very surprised. They were brought to us raw, just raw cottage cheese, browned on one side. Apparently, chefs do not know how to use appliances in the kitchen. I don't know, but in response to the remark, the administrator said that we have such a pitch, we always do this. Well, this is also a horror. We left these cheesecakes for them and left. One of these days we'll stop by to leave a complaint in the comments book, since it doesn't even fit in my head.

Then, the serving. This is the first time I've seen this at all. All the cutlery is at one end of the table, all the salads are at the other. The space is catastrophically small. There are empty tables nearby (and I asked in advance, will we fit? Of course!). I had to serve dishes to the guests and lay out the appliances.
Next, the paper show was to be conducted by a girl in a unicorn costume. Well, you get it, right? No one warned her.
The only thanks to Anna for the Bracelet Weaving master class, it was interesting.
So it was necessary not to listen to conscience, but to pay those 100 rubles instead of 1000, which the waiter mistakenly knocked out at the terminal and did not notice. You deserve it. I felt sorry for the boy, I told him about the mistake, I fixed it. My husband also left a tip for this outrage.
The administrator Anna has already left, and without her, everything went according to this very thing.

A net is stretched very low over the pool with balls, on which children run, there is a possibility that someone may get hit on the head. A slippery structure with wooden slats near the ascent of the tube slide - what is it anyway? If you accidentally step on it, you will immediately bump your fingers on a piece of wood or fall. The entrance is not cheap 35/45 rubles, you can not get out.

Sooooo strange rules for visiting, they haven't been met anywhere (considering the significant cost). You can enter only once. After leaving for any reason, you must pay for admission again. Because of this, it is impossible to feed the child, and even to sit by themselves, the cafe is crowded, all the tables are occupied for birthdays or other visitors. There are very few slides for children 3 years old. The tube ride is only for children, before that you need to lift the tube up the gurkha and then try very hard not to fall down it. The children's slide in the pool with balls has a sink where a child's finger can get into. Trampolines are installed one by one, i.e. the entrance to the last one is through the first two. If the kids jump on the first two, the third child just can't get there. There's no other way!!! Extremely dangerous!!! At the same time, there is a sign forbidding the presence of two children at the same time and a representative is present (the girls are on the phone).
For this money, it's better to go to a normal place with adequate conditions and pleasant service.
If you are looking for a place to relax with children, I strongly recommend that you consider other options. LAPUTA is not a place you want to return to. I don't recommend it to anyone.

This is the worst entertainment center of all in Minsk. Or even in the country. I don't advise anyone. The owner of a legal entity has focused solely on making a profit, spitting on people and their opinions. No one is looking after the children. There are 2 slides installed, the safety of riding on which is under huge question. These are "tube slides" in which a child of any age gains a lot of speed at the exit of the slide and after that exit slides another three meters on the floor. This exit from the slide itself is not protected from other children in any way. The boys are constantly climbing up there, that is, from the back (bottom). They're climbing right into the slide itself, trying to climb up. And at the top, the other children can't see what's going on down there at all. And they don't see the children from below. If an adult does not control that children do not pass from below near the slide, there may be a serious injury. There is no way to avoid a collision there. And a serious one.
There are no instructors in the entertainment center itself. And they are not there for two reasons:
1. This allows you to explain to visitors at the entrance that adult accompaniment is mandatory, since someone must be responsible for the children.
2. - There is no need to pay instructors' salaries (not very significant).
The merchant decided to force adults to constantly stay with children UNDER 14 YEARS old precisely so that this adult would not walk around the mall, buy food and water there, because it all needs to be three times more expensive to buy from a merchant. There's a cafe here. I go there and ask: "Tell me, where is the water cooler for children installed here?". They answer: "So we don't have a cooler. But you can buy water from us." Well, I didn't even want to buy anything here anymore. I already had water with me) Well, that's how it was possible not even to install a cooler with water for children... In my opinion, it very clearly indicates the attitude towards visitors. The entrance itself costs 40 rubles. It is so-called "unlimited for a day". However, at the entrance they warn and give you to sign the rules of the center that neither a child nor an adult can leave it, otherwise you will have to pay 40 rubles again if you want to return. And this is despite the fact that for the first time I already bought an unlimited ticket. It is written even in the paper "one-time visit"))) There's a crust, you know, full of PI... And there is also a slide for tubing. So that's where the parents hit hard, mostly. The tubes themselves are heavy, it is usually the parents who lift them. If you step on the slide cover closer to the bottom of it in your socks when descending, you will definitely fall) Keep this in mind if you still decide to go to this terrible institution. And do not forget to watch the children when riding the slides. But I strongly recommend that you do not come here!

Hello. A review about LLC "Laputa" shopping center Minsk city moll, I usually write positive ones, I would like to warn you in a human way. We have been to a large number of entertainment centers, we have never seen such a bestial attitude towards people. I do not advise you to be a client, much less work there. The leadership is nervous and extremely unpleasant, the same arrogant people in the administration, apparently because of the atmosphere itself. The feeling that everyone owes them. Usually, in the festive sphere, people are smiling, responsive, polite and tactful, the same center is the complete opposite. They walk with a sour, important face, insincerity is felt, they do not keep their word, they do not understand responsibility, it is better not to remember about the ethics of communicating with people and staff at all. The atmosphere is not for relaxation. We found a lot of negative reviews, and they are truthful, where there are harmonious people, there is a kind atmosphere, the same composition still wants to want the best (about management and administration), I advise you to avoid or defend the rights of customers. And it is better to choose centers where the attitude is better at once, you will save your nerves and you will want to return, especially now there are many of them.

And the entrance costs 45.00 rubles. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by their parents. There is no boiler with water, but at the same time there are no closets so that you can safely leave your belongings. It turns out that for 45.00 rubles neither I nor my child can leave the center even for a minute. It's a very strange position.

Terrible center, even 1 star is a lot. They ruined the birthday and the mood of the children. In this institution, there is a great rule that the child cannot leave the center (the bracelet is canceled), by the way, parents should also always be in the center (you must independently monitor your child). For this reason, the child was able to see his gift only in the evening. In the entertainment area itself, children should behave as calmly as possible (they were reprimanded for any activity). We will not be able to bring elementary desserts even after 1.5 hours. By the way, you can't have your own food. Everyone left in a terrible mood and hungry. They also stuffed items into the check that we never received. If you want to choose this institution, think a few more times. This is the first time I've written a negative review, but to see my child almost crying on his birthday... thank you very much, everything was terrible!

There is a cafe on site, but there are only 2 waiters for about 15 tables on weekends. The guys are fucked up, they no longer pay attention to people who are just sitting. Somehow we caught one for the order. In my opinion, there was no longer any service anywhere
