They messed up with the translation of the Chinese passport. The surname was not indicated in the translation. They blamed it on me, which I should have pointed out myself. In other bureaus, for some reason, they translate immediately with the last name.
They said they would make a new transfer, you only need to pay a notary and took 38 rubles. And it costs 24 rubles to notarize. What did you take 12 rubles for?

Although they didn't even tell me about it during the call. And they just made up a fairy tale about the courier and the fact that he takes the order to the notary at 12 o'clock. The receptionist, who loudly called herself Natalia, is a customer service specialist - she does not know how to work with clients, but knows how to roll her eyes and shout into the phone, being an incompetent employee who cannot get through to the boss and resolve the issue. Because the bosses have a working day until 18:00. Although the bureau is open until 19:00. This is a good tactic, considering that it is during this period of time that customers pick up orders. So, Natalia promised to call back the next day and tell us how the problem will be solved. But instead I unsubscribed a set of words in Viber. I guess I didn't have the courage to call. When calling again, another secretary said that the authorities were not in the country at all and they could not solve the problem, so come and write us a review in the Book of Complaints and Suggestions (for some reason, nothing was said about this yesterday). And in general, wait until the first star.
Thus, the guys earn as they can. Let's wish the guys from the bureau to enrich themselves and be more sensitive to customers. Because the most important losses for the organization are not material, but reputational.

I sent the document in advance for translation in an electronic version with a clarification of the cost, they told me the price, which is slightly higher than the average in Minsk, but I agreed, since I had already contacted them for the second time and did not want surprises with new bureaus.
As a result, 10 minutes before the document is ready, I am informed that the price has increased by almost a third. To the reasonable question "on what basis?", I was told that the number of characters had increased. How could this happen if they saw the original document before work? Quote: "We determine by eye approximately how many printed pages. When the translator finishes the work, he writes how many characters he got. If there is more mute, you will need to pay extra.".
This is unprofessionalism in all its glory, the client must be warned in advance about all possible surcharges. Determining the size of the text by eye especially pleased me. Apparently, people are not familiar with programs that recognize documents and count signs.
I do not advise contacting such "professionals" if you do not want surprises.

On the appointed day, the documents were not ready, and none of the employees warned us about this, but confronted us with the fact only when they arrived to pick up the documents. On Friday evening, they called back to clarify whether the documents would be ready by Monday at 9 a.m., since on Monday there was a submission to the embassy, to which they received the answer "the documents are ready, come." on Monday, we had to wait for half an hour, as the documents were printed right in front of us, they were not prepared in advance. moreover, another man who came to collect his documents got into exactly the same situation. when submitting one of the documents, the embassy did not accept it, as mistakes were made. I had to redo it myself in an emergency mode. We applied for a refund for this document, as the service was rendered poorly, promised that they would resolve the issue and call back. Silence. We typed it ourselves, the answer is the same. Needless to say, it's been a month, but no one has called back?!?
The most terrible translation agency in Minsk, it feels like some employees were picked up from the street (no professional aptitude). 1) they don't know how to plan - they postponed my deadline. Plus, on the day following the day of issue (I thought I would just pick it up, but it turned out differently), I also waited about an hour while the transfer was completed
2) they do not know how to work with jambs - if something goes wrong, you will find out about it at the last moment and it is good if you do not have anything planned close to the deadline for issuing the transfer
3) they do not know how to work with clients - do not be fooled by "at the discretion of the translator", he will translate so that you redo this document, and this is time and finances. Clearly pay attention to the translation of the full name!!!
4) they do not know how to work with clients - they lie. We will call - silence, we will send something to the mail - silence.
To the director:
put things in order in working with clients
1) explain to the girls that if you do not promise, then you do not need to fulfill it, the client has no expectations and disappointments
2) explain to them that if there is a jamb (there is no one to replace the translator, an unexpected wave of orders, the birth of a beloved cat, ...) then the client needs to be warned about the deadline shift and please give real new deadlines. We will have the opportunity to adjust

They are translated using the Ctrl C and Ctr V method (copy paste), that is, stupidly according to the template. Inattentively, hence the mistakes. And mistakes can be very expensive. For example, when applying for Green cards, such an attitude spoiled a set of documents. In fact, they deprived me of my winnings with their unprofessionalism.
